RE : Attentively review my formal writ composed declaration of not proven complaint misinformation that is all or in part : deficient of the adequate current status in the fullness of TRUTH, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, documented OWNERSHIP, certifiable RESPONSIBILITY, or otherwise irrefutable, complaint obligatory, and regulatory requisite reporting thereby mandating your immediate actions to rectify and remedy and any infractions behavior ( s ) by retaining or returning to demonstrate TRUE, CORRECT, COMPLETE, and COMPLAINT METRO 2 data field formatted reporting!!! I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with XXXX , XXXX , and XXXX. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Failure to comply shall lead to complaints being filed with The XXXX XXXX XXXX, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Attorney General stating your companys unlawful collection practices, misrepresentation of creditworthiness, defamation of character, and noncompliance to abide by laws enacted by Congress to protect victims of identity-theft who's credit been impacted by acts of fraud. Because I know my rights under THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT ( CCPA ), and FAIR and ACCURATE CREDIT TRANSACTION ACT of 2003 ( FACTA ). I will be taking action. I also know my rights under this paragraph of Section 312 of the FACTA LAW : SEC.312. Procedures to enhance the accuracy and integrity of information furnished to consumer reporting agencies. ( b ) duty of furnishers to provide accurate information. -- Section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) of THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT ( 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) is amended ( 1 ) in subparagraph ( A ), by striking " knows or consciously avoids knowing the information is inaccurate '' and inserting " knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate '', and ( 2 ) by adding at the end of the following : ( D ) DEFINITION -- For purposes of subparagraph ( A ), the term 'reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate ' means having specific knowledge, other than solely allegations by the consumer, that would cause a reasonable person to have substantial doubts about the accuracy of information. Policy states. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C 1681 ), Procedure In Case of Disputed Accuracy. ( a ) Reinvestigation ( 1 ) Reinvestigation ( a ) In general. Subject to Subsection ( f ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a consumer agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller. Therefore, my position is being clearly stated, these accounts do not belong to me, meaning that you are reporting inaccurate account information within my credit file. The fact that these are inaccurate account information means that you, this credit-reporting agency, are reporting incorrect accounts. 1. NCP FINANCE OHIO LLC bal. {$1000.00} I am well aware of my rights as a consumer. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that you, the credit-reporting agency report accurate and/or correct account information within my credit file. My credit issues are very specific, these accounts and/or items do not belong to me. This means that you are reporting incorrect account information within my credit report. It is this in mind that I request that these listed accounts and items be Blocked and Deleted. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA, Section 1681c ( 2 ) Block of information resulting from identity theft. 1.Block. I called and asked them to cancel and settle my account as paid in full, the gentleman, that answered the phone told me to pay off the {$2000.00} plus. My concern and complaint is with Quick Credit Connect. My account was established on XX/XX/XXXX, with monthly payments of {$340.00}. I have paid over {$3000.00} dollars. Today, I decided to check my balance hoping I was near the end of making such high payments. However, I learned that my currently loan balance is standing at {$2100.00}, and my current principal balance is standing at {$1800.00}. I called them and XXXX kept saying, that I signed the contract. She made me angry. I searched the reviews and it was awful. Comments about stolen bank information, etc. is strong. My account with XXXX was breached several times after I signed up with Quick Credit Connect. I asked them to consider my account paid in full, but they refused saying, I must pay the entire balance. Well, all my payments were made for the repayment of {$2000.00}, but I have paid {$3600.00}. This is predatory lending against a senior citizen. They knew that I only received Social Security, in the amount of {$1100.00}, which is my only income. Other people are feeding me because XXXX is charging me a car note. I am asking for them to discontinue deducting funds from my checking account and debit card, because it this matter is not resolved within the next few days with my account being settled as paid in full. I shall mail the {$340.00}, due on XX/XX/XXXX to the mailing address : Attention : Quick Credit, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, OH XXXX. I desire for them to stay away from my financial account. The fraud department is on high alert since being breached three consecutive times every since I signed on with Quick Credit ConnectI am now fearful of their practices understanding the predatory nature. I noticed today after reviewing all the reviews online, that each of my copies, that I made after making payments, that all payments from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, in the amount of {$340.00} each, were only applied to the interest, not the principal loan amount. I shall contact the Attorney General in Washington, the Attorney General in Texas, Legal Aid, LSC, and The United States Department of Justice, and the Federal Trade Commission. Stop them today from taking any further payments from my checking account and debit card. I shall contact my financial institution accordingly. They must cancel and settle my account today I have paid what I borrowed with interest. XXXX XXXX ( I filed a complaint against them in their dreadful predatory practices, in which they destroyed my checking account and now my credit report is destroyed. All payments, which were scheduled to hit my checking account, created me master financial trouble. Its time for me to seek legal action against these companies they have destroyed my life and my financial stability the little bit that I had. Justice must be served because this is clearly predatory lending. The contract should be upfront and visible and well-noted. This is 100 % Wrong! I initiated a refinance on a loan XX/XX/XXXX. I was approved for {$2600.00} to pay off {$1000.00} balance and to obtain {$1500.00} in my account the following day. On XX/XX/XXXX, the funds were not in my account. I contacted QuickCredit and the representative informed me that I selected the option to receive funds by mail. I informed the representative of my emergent situation and asked if I could change the method of payment to direct deposit. The representative could not change due to the " binding contract ''. However, I was ensured that the funds were mailed on XX/XX/XXXX and that it would take 7 - 10 days to receive. By XX/XX/XXXX, I still hadn't received the check/money order. I call QuickCredit again and explained my situation from the beginning ( as mentioned above ). The representative stated she was going to investigate and track the check/money order and email me back no later than 4 hours. After 4 hours, I did not receive an email but did receive a call regarding a missed payment. When I returned the call, I again explained to the representative my issue and that I will not be making a payment since I have not received the funds. The representative at this point claimed she could see the notes regarding the investigation/tracking of the money order and that it would take 48 hours for a resolution. A few hours later, I received an email from the representative I spoke with earlier that day on XX/XX/XXXX. The email indicated the money order was actually mailed out on XX/XX/XXXX not XX/XX/XXXX. No other explanation provided. In disbelieve and frustration, I called the company again after receiving the email and demanded that I receive the funds via direct deposit. The representative stated that could not be since the check has already been mailed and to allow 7 - 10 days to receive the funds. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called QuickCredit to inform them I have yet to receive the funds in the mail. The representative placed me on hold to investigate and stated the money order was mailed out on XX/XX/XXXX not XX/XX/XXXX and to allow 7 - 10 business days. At this point, I may be getting the runaround and need assistance. The company has marked me with two late payment. So instead of owing XXXX I owe XXXX for funds I haven't received.

Debt collection company XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting on my credit a debt of {$850.00} for an original creditor listed as NCP Finance Limited Partnership. Upon review of my credit reports, I reached out to each credit bureau by mail on XX/XX/XXXX requesting validation of the debt. In response they stated that the debt was verified, however, did not supply any additional information to me proving such. I then reached out requesting the method of verification on XX/XX/XXXX to the credit bureaus and was told I could reach out to XXXX XXXX XXXX directly. I sent another letter directly to XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX requesting proper validation of debt. In response, I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX showing copies of a promissory note to which I believe to be fabricated, as it has my maiden name and dated XX/XX/XXXX, a time in which that was no longer my legal name, no signature, and no proof of debt or validation was provided. They then proceeded in request for me to call them directly by phone, when I have established communication in writing by mail. I have provided ample time and numerous opportunities for this company to provide proof that I am responsible for this debt, and after months of reaching out, I still have not received anything.

In XXXX, I was a victim of Hurricane Ida, and I received a one-time deferral that was put until the end of my loan contract, due the the natural disaster. All of my other payments have been made on-time, and in full. However, this company illegally added extra interest to my loan, as part of the one-time deferment. The balance is incorrect, and being have been illegitimately charged interest. My maturity date is XXXX. XXXX. With the deferment, it changed to XX/XX/XXXX. However, this company illegally added interest without written notification, and is now trying to extend the debt even further. I was NEVER legally notified ever, in writing that there would be added interest due to my deferment due to XXXXurricane Ida. The company also NEVER notified ANY of the credit bureaus that I was effected by Hurricane Ida, like most other creditors did during that time. This added interest needs to be taken off immediately, due to the the aforementioned facts of nothing being sent to me in writing, as well as nothing being notated to the credit bureaus of me being effected by Hurricane Ida. Legally, they can not charge added interest without proper written notification at the time of the deferment.

I pulled my credit reports and to my amazement, saw that you report this account with multiple lates. I also have no knowledge of this account. I disputed this information with XXXX and the results of the investigation came back " verified ''. Not only am I late on any of my bills with any creditor, would never be late on this account if I had one with you, but according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), as the information furnisher, you are required to notify me of the insertion of negative listings. Since I have disputed the late payments and no knowledge of this account with XXXX, and you obviously " verified '' them, I am very curious as to what kinds of " records '' you may have for this alleged account. Under the FCRA, you are required to conduct an investigation on this account if I request it. I therefore am submitting my written request to you to conduct an investigation. XXXX is again reporting on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX product XXXX XXXX loan # XXXX as XXXX days past due to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX in XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. This loan was CURRENT and never past Due. It has payments received on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and is CURRENT. This dropped my credit score across all 3 credit bureaus XXXX points and caused me to be denied housing as a result if my credit tier rating dropping. Resulting in irreparable harm.This is a blatant UDAAP violation. This is the second loan that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has fraudulently reported past due that was in fact current. I am filing investigation requests at the Texas State Attorney General office. They decimated my credit score last year in XXXX with the same Deceptive practice on previous loan. I applied for this loan through quick credit on XX/XX/22 When I applied the website was messed up not allowing me to pick the proper pay days I proceeded because I thought it wouldnt be a problem to call and give them the accurate dates of my paydays since there sight was at fault and like every other loan company that does not have a problem with correcting that I called to tell them that their website was messed up and didnt allow me to pick the proper paydays so I can pay back the loan this company has charged me double interest and argued with me that they can not change my paydays to the right days of my payday I told them that if they didnt my account will be overdraft which they did do seven days after I had made an payment they took another payment they explained that they were not going to change my paydays to the right days and here is a copy and look at the interest this company does not want to work with me being unfair because they want to charge more interest

Requested a loan from NCP Finance in XX/XX/2019. Agreed to XXXX every two weeks. I missed two payments totaling {$130.00}. However, the payments have continued to ACH every payday since the two missed payments. NCP Finance forwarded my account to a collection agency, XXXX which has reported negative information to Equifax. The debt reports {$440.00} and dated XX/XX/2019 when the loan was taken in XX/XX/2019. XXXX, the collection agency is reporting false and inaccurate debt to my credit bureau. I am requesting them to remove the file from my account. Additionally, I am currently paying installments on the loan to NCP and I am requesting they consider my debt paid in full and stop all collections based on their integrity of forwarding my file for collections and continuing the withdrawals from my account. They cant have it both ways. Reporting me delinquent and tapping into my account twice monthly.

I've disputed this over a year now. I took out a {$400.00} loan out 8 yrs ago and the collection agency XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, KS. XXXX is charging me {$2800.00}. I told them that Ohio does not allow hundreds of percent taken on pay day loans and I would pay off at a reasonable rate.They told me they will not remove for another 7 yrs if I dont pay almost 500 % interest on a {$400.00} loan that should be charged off by now they bought for pennies. Original creditor NCP finance Ohio who also was in trouble for overcharging and being predatory.

I have disputed a collection for the amount of {$1900.00}. This has been added to my credit report from NCP Finance. I dispute this collection because the account has been settled. I would like for NCP to provide me with a copy of the original contract between myself and and the original creditor with my signature. I would also like a full detailed accounting history on the account and the calculations on how they reached the amount due. I also would like proof of the date of the last payment on this account.

Im a military veteran who received a title loan from XXXX in XXXX, Ohio back in XX/XX/XXXX for around {$7000.00}. They kept extending the loan and even changed companies through the extensions and changed terms of the entire loan. I was stuck paying high fees monthly. I probably paid atleast 4 times the amount of the original loan. The company is no longer there. I still have a lien on my title. I was still making over $ XXXX monthly payments in XXXX to the new company cashmax which is no longer there.

It seems that my payment each month barely touches the principle. The intrest is almost at 100 %. I live in Washington State and the intrest cap is 36 %. I dont think this company is legal to do business in Washington State . The company needs to have a business license in Washington state or a bank that is legit to do buisness here. XXXX my family members, My mother and father to be specific. When I called them they did not ask me to verify who I was, they gave me my own DOB and asked if that was correct. They could have given out my DOB to anybody who called in since they didn't ask me to verify it. I asked for documentation to be given to me and told me they were not in a rush to send it because I was not interested in paying them. XXXX me with damaging my credit report if this was not paid.

This debt is now being pursued by a law firm and they have filed a case against me in court. They refuse to settle for less than the exorbitant amount owed due to the 275.99 % interest rate charged. I had made several attempts to settle this debt, but did not understand I had to reply to the lawsuit to the court.
