I received XXXX loans from various payday loan Agencies, all in which were financed by the same Finance Company. I needed the loans to pay medical bills, and well needed car repairs, I was not aware that their was XXXX Finance Company for all XXXX loans. When I went back to payoff XXXX my loans and re-loan, I was told that I could not re-loan due to my reaching my cap with the Finance Company. This caused a great financial crisis for me, because I had given them over {$700.00} contingent upon them giving a portion of it back so I could fulfill my other obligations. I contacted the Finance Agency, whom had XXXX my loans listed under a different ss # and another not listed at all, but yet I was declined receiving another loan " due to reaching my cap '' I had also paid off another loan to get a higher amount the lower amount was {$1100.00} APR of 286.27 % total payments of {$3100.00}. I had paid {$2400.00} at {$280.00} monthly for six months. I was told I had to payoff the loan first before increasing the amount, so the Lender said I still owed {$810.00} plus pay a additional fee of {$55.00}, so the interest that was deducted for paying off the loan early was only {$560.00} ( which was unfair amount ) so now the new financed amount was {$4100.00}, I received {$3300.00} after they deducted fees at a 221.13 % APR with monthly payments of {$760.00}, so the total amount owed to this same Finance Company would be {$13000.00} over a period of 17 months for a loan less then {$3000.00}. I 'm certain that the Loan Agencies are not allowed to charge this much for small loans, and if they are someone need to do something about it. If they are licensed under the Mortgage Lending Act then they should be giving Mortgage Loans not payday loans. Payloans from XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX and installment loan from XXXX all financed by NCP Finance ( Lender ).

I applied for a loan of {$400.00} on line on XX/XX/XXXX. They approved me and I was under the impression that the loan would be paid back in 4 payments. My monthly payment amount was {$250.00} and was done by automatic withdraw on the 4th Wednesday of every month. I am on Social Security XXXX and that is when I get paid. In XX/XX/XXXX I contacted them to confirm that my last payment would be in XX/XX/XXXX. They informed me that the payments would continue until XX/XX/XXXX.At that point I had already paid {$770.00} on a {$400.00} loan. I asked what interest rate they were charging me and I was told 650 % and I was told that was the rate I agreed to. I never agreed to pay 650 % .I thought the interest rate was either 35 % or 40 % which is still a lot but I was in a pinch. I stopped payment at my bank on XX/XX/XXXX so that no further money could be taken out of my account by them. The name of the company on the bank records is XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have received phone calls and emails from a company called XXXX XXXX and a company called XXXX demanding payment of $ XXXX.Last week XXXX put me on hold so I could speak to a supervisor ... .I hung up after being on hold for 10 minutes. All of the people who have contacted me have foreign accents. I received an email from XXXX stating that I could send payment to : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Texas XXXX OR send payment to : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX same address only Dept. number is XXXX instead of XXXX.

On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a call from XXXX at XXXX XXXX. After she verified who I was, she attempted to collect a debt. I explained that I don't want anymore calls and wanted the debt validated - she refused and said that she didn't have to do that and that I needed to pay the debt. There was yelling on both parts and she disconnected the call. I called back and got her again, explaining that I wanted the debt validated and again she refused, so I disconnected the call. I called back a 3rd time and got the general voicemail box stating that I wanted no more phone calls from them at all and for them to validate the debt and that I was issuing a complaint with the CFPB. On XX/XX/XXXX, I went on their website and stated that I wanted a cease and desist and to have the debt validated. On XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX, I received a voicemail message from XXXX asking that I return their call. This is in direct violation of FDCPA. I told her on a recorded line that wanted the debt validated and she refused, I left a message on their general voicemail that I want no more calls and on their website and yet they continue to call.

Took out a short term loan with XXXX in XXXX, Ohio who sent it to NCP finance. The initial amount of finance charge is not what I'm paying now. I took a XXXX loan out in XX/XX/XXXX and first payment was due on XX/XX/XXXX for the payoff amount of XXXX. I was talked into refinancing the loan for a finance fee of XXXX in which they refinanced it with NCP for a payment due on XX/XX/XXXX. When i called back on XX/XX/XXXX the payoff had increased to XXXX. pay off with a refinance fee of XXXX to refinance a XXXX loan. I had no choice but to due it again. The same thing just occured for XX/XX/XXXX. That means for a XXXX loan in XX/XX/XXXX I have paid interest on a XXXX loan of XXXX. This is loan sharking and OHIO Chapter XXXX : SMALL LOANS.

On or around XX/XX/2019 we took a XXXX payday loan with XXXX XXXX ( NCP ) out. After a few months we noticed the Hugh interest rate which has since changed in Ohio with a max of 27 %. I contacted both XXXX XXXX which is now XXXX XXXX XXXX, and was informed I had to contact NCP, WHICH IS THE ORIGINAL LOAN HOLDER. I BEGGED THEM TO PLEASE LOWER THE RATES DUE TO THE NEW LAW IN OHIO, AND THEY REFUSED TO WORK WITH US. We are more then willing to pay the XXXX with the new rates, but paying XXXX for 12 months is just to much for us to pay. The last payment is XXXX totaling around XXXX. Please help Thank you

NCP Finance Limited Partnership have called me several times pretending to be someone coming to serve me papers about a debt I supposedly owe. I have voicemail messages to verify this. They have also called my grandmother, pretending to be a judge with my casefile looking to discuss my case with me. The one time that contact was made, I was spoken to very aggressively and in a condescending manner. I was never told the details of the alleged debt, as they were too busy trying to scare me into making a payment right a way and threatened to sue me if I did not.

I took my loan out with XXXX. NCP Finance does their lending. I was told that there would be a coupon credit to my account if I come to their location to pay off this loan. Yesterday I was told that is only if I pay it off early. I was never told that just that it would be done at payoff. There is nothing in my loan documents or disclosures that explains this. Also with the fee they added my APR is over 430 %. Ive already paid {$1700.00} on a {$900.00} loan. Now they want {$1000.00} more. They are predatory lenders.

Please be advised that I am pending a XXXX Veteran XXXX claim and am currently at XXXX. I have had many circumstances beyond my control and am having extreme difficulty with the interest and monthly payment for this loan which currently has an APR over 218 %. Please consider lowering my interest and monthly payment so that I can pay more towards principal to pay this loan. NCP Finance Ohio is the Lender and I signed the contract with XXXX.

NCP financed a XXXX loan to a person of no association that used my savings account information with not authorizing loan with me. NCP debited my savings account for the loan unauthorized. I am getting no resolution of the problem. I have filed report with my sheriff department who is actively investigating the report. I am not the borrower or any association of the person who received the XXXX loan.
