This ordeal began in XX/XX/XXXX when we had our daughter. We fell in love with a pediatrician with XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Washington. We ended up moving our other XXXX children over to her care also. Unfortunately, that pediatrician ended up moving shortly after the birth of our daughter, so we were in limbo for a few weeks until new doctors joined the establishment. Rather than switch offices entirely, we were patiently waiting with high hopes that we would find a replacement that would fit our needs just as the previous doctor did. We never settled with a primary doctor but instead bounced around between a few different providers with no real preference or opportunity to have a preference. Things became increasingly confusing when we switched insurances and at one point became double covered for an extended period of time. I was n't sure how the double coverage would affect our co-pay and deductibles so I would frequently ask the receptionist how our bill was going to change or if it would change. No one could really provide any definite answers. After receiving a collection notice in the mail, I called and asked to speak with the billing department. This happened on many occasions with no real resolution. I would continually leave messages with no return phone call. We eventually received a letter excusing us from the practice. We gladly obliged. Not only had XXXX basin excused us from their practice, but they also sent us to multiple different collection agencies. I received another notice in the mail asking to respond to a court date. I responded to the notice, not realizing XXXX other collection agencies were also proceeding with court judgments at similar time frames. This became overwhelming to say the least. Because I did n't understand that multiple agencies were contacting us, I only responded to XXXX of the XXXX, allowing the others to seek and receive a judgement in their favor. This billing issue has ruined our credit, caused significant amounts of XXXX, and yet continues to haunt us today. My husbands check has been garnished multiple times for this by multiple different collection agencies ... each claiming the SAME debt is owed. We are at our wits end and in desperate need of help to finally be done with this horrid ordeal once and for all. I 've lost my motivation to fight this unfair and saddening injustice.

On Friday XX/XX/2018 at XXXX in the XXXX, I received a text message from a receptionist at NCMI on their personal cell phone, asking what my husbands middle name was. When I responded asking her How come she proceeded to tell me that my husband and myself have accounts in their office with XXXX XXXX. I feel that this is a direct violation of my privacy, as to why a receptionist is looking into my account and contacting me on her personal phone when we were unaware of having any accounts in the office before this. I IN NO MEANS HAVE EVER REQUESTED INFORMATION FROM HER PERSONALLY NOR PROFESSIONALY.
