I write to unequivocally convey my profound dissatisfaction concerning the precipitous and unwarranted termination of my secured credit card account, as indicated in your recent correspondence. This maneuver is bereft of the business acumen one might reasonably expect from a financial institution of your purported standing. First and foremost, I call your attention to the {$1000.00} deposit tied to this secured card, ( see attached supporting documentation with dates and confirmation numbers ) now unethically sequestered by your organization. In accordance with our initial contractual agreement, I mandate the immediate restitution of this deposit to my business bank account, an account which, incidentally, you have obstructed my ability to unlink from your services. Let it be known that I have already initiated a chargeback procedure through my bank and conducted exhaustive research on your treatment of women business owners ( see attached real reviews from XXXX XXXX ) The proliferation of one-star reviews on XXXX XXXX targeting your service is worth noting. Your blanket denial of access to my account statements and your labeling of my account as " high-risk '' not only defies legality but also reveals a concerning level of operational opacity. It is both unethical and illegal to withhold critical financial documents, particularly those necessary for tax compliance. Your failure to elucidate the reasoning behind this arbitrary account closure constitutes a flagrant violation of established consumer protection laws. Transparency is the linchpin of institutional integritya virtue your organization markedly lacks. Be assured that this incident will be reported to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ), The FTC under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), and the Utah Department of Financial Institutions. Moreover, I will disseminate this information across my extensive social media platforms : XXXX ( XXXX connections ), a specialized XXXX XXXX of XXXX entrepreneurial members who have been guided towards using NAV, as well as my own XXXX page ( XXXX followers ) and XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ). Such posts are often shared exponentially to maintain the safety and security of all small business owners who are preyed upon by companies such as yours, thus significantly amplifying their reach and potential reputational impact. The veil of silence that shrouds your social media platforms, where you systematically stifle consumer complaints, further underscores your lack of accountability. I insist upon the following : 1. Immediate return of my {$1000.00} deposit into my business bank account that is attached to this account that I have no access to. Plus the {$200.00} you Charged me to have this account. In total you owe me {$1200.00}. See Receipts Attached. 2. A comprehensive, written explanation justifying your decision to close my account. 3. Unrestricted access to all my past account statements, as is my lawful entitlement. Failure to meet these stipulations will compel me to pursue legal recourse, potentially resulting in substantial financial and reputational harm to both NAV and XXXX. Hello this is From XXXX XXXX Owner of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. We are a Sole-Proprietorship ( very small ) with no employees, a micro-Business. We discovered in XX/XX/XXXX from Signing up for an Account with NAV.com a service provider that sells Credit Reports to Lenders, and on the Business Side Shows us the 3 Major Small Business Credit Reporting Bureaus with their Risk Ratings : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. Since XX/XX/XXXX We have been working on getting XXXX to correct our incorrect " D " Risk Grade that XXXX and Nav.com have been SELLING FOR A PROFIT about my company. Numerous Emails and Letters have been sent to attempt to Dispute and correct this problem. Both NAV.com and XXXX are SELLING OUR BUSINESS RISK GRADE FOR PROFIT and they ARE BOTH UNWILLING AND UN RESPONSIVE TO CORRECTING OUR BUSINESS RISK GRADE TO an A or a B to correctly reflect in the XXXX Business Credit report for my business, XXXX XXXX The Shipping Emporium. There is nothing more harmful than NO WAY TO FIX INACCURATE DATA AT NAV.com and XXXX as they continue to sell my disputed Business Risk Grade that is incorrect at a D making money on their errors. Both of the XXXX Credit Reports for my company come back showing that we are an A-B Risk and that there are no Charge-offs or Bad Debt. In response, XXXX Business has sent us 2 Clean Credit Reports to prove that we do have an A Credit Rating. GA XXXX said that we have a good Credit report and have given us 2 copies, but XXXX of XXXX said today that they are unable to get NAV.com or XXXX to stop showing that my company has A " D : Risk Rating '' even though we do not. And, even though our Business Credit Report from XXXX does not show any problems. NAV.com is Profiting from Selling our Incorrect, slanderous and False/ Fake Risk Grade of a XXXX XXXX XXXX who is Education Director at NAV has said that there is nothing they can do to have an Accurate Risk Grade for my company. And, neither NAV.com nor XXXX Commercial have shown any information on our Business Credit Report, Rather our Business Credit Reports prove that we have an A rating. After 7 months of this entire File being sent to XXXX, NAV and to the Better Business Bureau and after 7 Months my Business Credit Risk is INCORRECT AT A D and IT IS BEING SOLD. We DEMAND THAT XXXX AND NAV STOP SELLING OUR RISK GRADE UNTIL IT IS CORRECTED. THIS IS HARMING MY REPUTATION. In fact, with all of ther Letters that we have sent and our attorney has sent we only received a response when filing a complaint at the Better Business Bureau in XXXX, GA. XXXX Responded that our Credit report was perfect and they Ignored the situation with our D RISK GRADE THAT BOTH XXXX AND NAV.com is selling. This report is being made to CFPB about BOTH NAV.com and XXXX today because they are BOTH PROFITING ( ie Making a Fortune ) off of selling a Fake Risk Grade of a D when we deserve an A. In 7 months many excuses have been made, but no corrections. ALL WE ASK IS THAT XXXX AND NAV.com Correct my Company 's Business RISK GRADE THAT IS FAKE and INCORRECT AS a D today on XX/XX/XXXX as it was when I found it on XX/XX/XXXX and ALL THEY NEED TO DO IS CORRECT MY BUSINESS RISK GRADE TO the A-B that we have.

This is essentially a case of false advertisement and terribly rude customer service. I signed up for Nav 's " Nav Prime '' membership and its XXXX XXXX {$10.00} service today, XX/XX/XXXX Three ( 3 ) of the most important features I paid for are unavailable. 1. ) The XXXX XXXX service I paid extra for is completely unavailable to me. When I attempted to use the XXXX link to access my business ' score, it provides an error message stating, " Something went wrong. It looks like the page you're looking for doesn't exist. '' Error screenshot attached. 2. ) When I attempt to apply for the Nav Business Checking, it provides an error message stating that it " ... .is n't currently live in your state ... '' Error screenshot attached. 3. ) When I attempt to apply for the New Prime card, which was advertised ( please see attached advertisements ) as being " exclusive to Nav Prime members, '' it also provides a similar error message. I attempted to chat in and reached representative XXXX. The rep provided no apologies or empathy. At best, she offered absolutely minimal technical support assistance, and, instead, mainly tried to express the *other* benefits of Nav Prime membership. When I finally asked for a full refund, she said, " In order for Nav to process a refund you will need to call in ... '' Screenshot of the chat attached. So, I called in as instructed, & after waiting on hold, received another unhelpful representative, XXXX. After explaining why I wanted a full refund ( false advertisement & inability to access features I paid for ), she tried saying I wasn't eligible for a refund. After demanding to speak to a supervisor, she allegedly put in a ticket for a supervisor to call me back in 2 business days. She refused to transfer to me to a lead or supervisor. This is absolutely ridiculous. I signed up, started experiencing issues accessing paid for services, and immediately tried to reach out. I have gone ahead and cancelled any renewal. However, I want a full refund.

Nav Froze my account on or around the XXXX of XXXX with no warning or notification and left my funds unavailable to me when I needed them immediately. I had unauthorized transactions on this account in the amount of over {$1400.00} dollars and had to file a dispute with XXXX. I have since won the dispute with Visa but I feel NAV has frozen my account and placed it under a security review even when I have informed them I canceled all my debit cards after the unauthorized transactions and got new ones there is no more unauthorized transactions being charged and the account is secure I as the account hold know for a fact everything is above board even if NAV does not. I feel this just retaliation for my dispute that for some reason NAV has a problem with.

XXXX, I spoke to the representative who acknowledged the information was wrong, and stated they would forward it to a supervisor XXXX Monday no correspondence, I reached out again Tuesday and they called and gave an excuse, they are reporting the wrong information about my business to the credit bureaus, they have acknowledged and refuse to vefiy the discrepancy has been remedied and the correct information has been forwarded to the bureaus respectively, they report on the XXXX of every month and have been reporting wrong throughout the duration, I pay XXXX quarterly and they have failed to adhere to the contract, I have been diligent with trying to fix the issue, hence this was my last report, I will report the XXXX next.

In XX/XX/2023 I subscribed to NAV in XXXX I tried to cancel and they took me through XXXX screens that say deactivate and when I confirmed they charged me {$160.00} for the next XXXX months. I tried to contact them and they say they do not do refunds but will give me XXXX of XXXX months. I paid and used the service for XXXX months all I wanted to do was deactivate my account and now my membership is extended. If I cancel now they keep the money and I lose the service. I want a full refund.

After submitting a dispute against XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stopped me from opening bank accounts in the US and refused to provide complaint numbers to address my consumer rights being compromised.
