XX/XX/2018 I called natsb to get an update on my background check and they said they found a felony. I was only notified of this felony until XX/XX/XXXX when I called. Had I never called I would of never know they were reporting inaccurate information. I told them those charges were dropped for me and there. I asked that they need to pull the court documents to get better accurate info. She said for me to do the research and there decision may not change. I went to XXXX XXXX and read the correct information of the other person being charged and convicted and my charges being dropped. everyone involved was on the same case no. I guess natsb did not further investigation the case number and the names. If a company going to have full control of your lively hood they should report accurate information and if there is a problem they should be able reinvestigate in appropriate amount of time. The system is not fair. The person who is being investigated has no rights. Sometimes you have to view the court documents instead of the report for accurate information.
