On XX/XX/XXXX my father XXXX XXXX XXXX applied for a XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to pay for XXXX XXXX ; he did this without my knowledge or consent. My father told me that all of my school 's tuition will be taken care of and kept me out of the details, and he asked me to hand him all letters pertaining to financing my education. My father, XXXX XXXX died on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. Before he died, he and his then wife XXXX XXXX told me what I was to receive when he died and what I was responsible for. They told me to pay the last semester of the spring of XXXX ( I personally paid {$22000.00} to XXXX and additionally I paid one other loan belonging to XXXX XXXX ). I was never informed of any additional loans. On XXXX XXXX of XXXX, I received an email from XXXX XXXX stating that I owed a loan for {$26000.00}. This email was a reminder sent to my school 's email address, however, prior to that I received advertisements only from XXXX XXXX offering me new loans and to consider a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in the future. My father previously took out a Federal Loan from XXXX XXXX to pay for my previous school XXXX XXXX XXXX. This same advertisement from XXXX XXXX was delivered to my school address at XXXX several times starting in XXXX. I do not have an email regarding a specific loan from XXXX XXXX between XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX, only advertisements. Only a notification later that a password was changed and that a new document was available, again my father handled everything. XXXX XXXX is stating that a specific email was sent to confirm that a specific loan was approved to my XXXX address, I have no such document. From the latest email regarding this conflict, " When an online account is created we send notifications to the borrower and cosigner at their email addresses, when correspondence or documents are available for viewing online '' ; this is generic. What I did receive on XXXX ( this was the first time I saw this ) was an email stating that " Dear Valued Customer, You have a new document available online. You must log in to view this document. Please use the same user ID and password you created for your XXXX XXXX online account. '' Again, my father previously had an account with XXXX XXXX and I assumed this was from that since I did not personally create a loan with XXXX XXXX. If the document was created in XXXX of XXXX why was n't I notified then? I believe the burden of proof falls to XXXX XXXX to establish that this loan was mine and that I knowingly knew of it 's existence. The information on this loan was completely falsified by my late father, which makes the document illegal and invalid. If he were alive he would have been prosecuted for fraud according to the law. I also believe he was n't in his right mind ( there are mistakes in the loan ) because he was on serious debilitating medication at the time for his XXXX treatment. XXXX XXXX KNOWINGLY approved a loan they new to be false. 1 ) I was not the originator of the loan. I would like to see the IP address of the computer used to create the document. 2 ) XXXX XXXX voluntarily approved a loan document that they knew was fraudulent. A ) Only my name, address, SS # and an electronic signature was used to link me to this loan. ALL information under my name and my fathers name was my fathers information. i.e, where he worked, how much he made, that he was married etc. I 've already proved that I worked for an Anime Store ( sending them pay stubs ) and not XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX as listed on the form. I am not and never have been married. I did not make XXXX as my salary, etc. 3 ) I had no real established credit at the time to warrant the approval of a {$26000.00} loan. 4 ) What criteria was used to establish a loan with XXXX XXXX? According to XXXX XXXX 's Website using " Credit worthiness and other factors ''. I believe only my fathers information was used to determine the " worthiness '' of this loan 's approval. 5 ) Neither my XXXX, XXXX XXXX ( letter was sent from her ) denying the knowledge of this loan even thought she and my uncle were listed as references and neither did my father 's second wife XXXX XXXX, have any knowledge ( accorder to her ). Can they prove that they did know or was informed. 6 ) I have no knowledge of the accompanied password and user ID used to create the loan, only ( I assume ) my father knew this information. I was able to access this " account '' in XXXX of XXXX. I needed to call them to access this loan by giving them my SS #. If I knew about the loan, I would would have been able to access this myself online. Proving that I had no knowledge. 7 ) A Letter ( in supporting evidence ) and address to me, was in the mail from XXXX XXXX sent to my address, however, I never saw this letter until It was in a folder given to me by XXXX XXXX as part of my father 's effects. Included in this folder were also medical records and named " XXXX ''. Since I paid the two specific bills ( which was requested by him and XXXX XXXX while he was alive ), I had no reason to look further and I was grieving. The letter states : That notification will be sent to the borrower by email OR mail. XXXX XX/XX/XXXX insistence that they sent me an email ( that I could actually open ) was false. This was sent to my home and my father reviewed everything. XXXX XXXX 's statement as my name and address, SS # and an electronic signature was enough to prove my responsibility according to them. Anyone can then take out a loan, pay for something XXXX even though it was for my benefit ) default and claim that I am responsible because of an electronic signature. My father signed my name, his information was used to determine approval. I am asking that Sallie mae acknowledge that the loan was approved by mistake and the responsibility falls to my late father 's estate. I have met my responsibilities and paid what I was asked to pay. XXXX XXXX made a mistake they need to acknowledge this. I am also not ( If I knew I would been prepared previously to pay this ) in a position now to pay for a debt that was done again, without my knowledge or consent. The burden of proof falls to XXXX XXXX. ****On XX/XX/XXXX my XXXX, who is XXXX, received a call form a XXXX XXXX representing XXXX XXXX XXXX asking for me. I do not live with her and have no idea how they got her number. She was a bit shaken when she informed me of this call. Their number is ( XXXX ). *******

I started receiving calls from an aggressive debt collector from the phone number XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX The " XXXX XXXX '' who called and kept leaving messages stated they were looking for a XXXX XXXX. I do not know this person, nor anyone with a name close to that, and have owned the phone number that they called me on for over 15 years. " XXXX XXXX '' kept calling me every few days, leaving the same hostile messages. Dates these messages were received included XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX, I called " XXXX XXXX '' and informed him that no one of the name he was looking for could be reached at the number he dialed. He got irate, and accused me of lying. I then asked for the company name and address to send an official letter asking them to cease and desist contacting me. I was then told that " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' ( the name used in the precall recording identifying the call as a debt collector ) was not the company he represented and he refused to provide the information that I requested and hung up. I called back XXXX each time being hung up on as soon as the call was answered. On the third time, an irate XXXX XXXX answered again, asking in an aggressive manner what I wanted using demeaning/offensive nicknames based on my given name. I told him to stop referring to me by those names and to remove my number from his call list. He told me that had already been done, and I asked for confirmation of that. He refused and hung up on me again. I subsequently called " XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX '' at XXXX, and after explaining what happened, was told that the debt I had been harassed about was in their " XXXX, Washington '' office. The person on the phone was not able to give me any more information as they were locked out of that system. The customer representative gave me the phone number of that office to followup ( XXXX ). I have called and left a message, and have not received a response yet.

My name is XXXX XXXX. I was a student of XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ,XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. Under the Federal Lawsuit against XXXX XXXX XXXX., XXXX and its subsidiaries schools were closed due to illegal practices with federal funding. during my tenure, i took out student loans federal and private to assist me with my education. I was not fully aware I had taken private loans out, due to the severity of enrollment and pressure to attend classes to graduate. Fast forward, after the school closure I was contacted by National Recovery Solutions XXXX XXXX XXXX who stated they were collecting on my loans and I was delinquent and had to make a payment or else ... .I stated I have in my possession n, a notice from the Attorney General stating the lawsuit and my private loans were cancelled. But in their interest, they stated that it was not valid and I had to make a payment. I made payments as follows - XX/XX/XXXX {$30.00} - XX/XX/XXXX {$200.00} - XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX - {$100.00} a month, and XX/XX/XXXX -XX/XX/XXXX {$20.00} a month. I recently spoke with the company again to tell them these loans have been cancelled and should not have to pay and now I am being passed though the grapevine from manager to manager to phone representative, who has not been able to help me. As stated on the documentation attached, and payments made after the settlement, I would be issued a refund, and as I spoke with NRS, they stated they had no idea about my paperwork, and would look into it. Please help me - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , CA XXXX XXXX XXXX

Now XX/XX/XXXX XXXX is calling telling me I owe this debit and they've been hired to collect it. They, a woman named XXXX, said I owed {$2400.00} to XXXX XXXX from XXXX. I have contacted the company XXXX, XXXX XXXX, who says I've never had an account with them and I'm not in their system, and the XXXX XXXX Sheriff 's department to file again. I have called XXXX multiple times never returned my calls or sent me an email or letter in the mail. I was called at my workplace and my cell phone numerous times by National Recovery Solutions. They told me I co signed on this private student loan that was now in default because the primary person who took the loan did not pay. They told me this would negatively affect my credit because I was the co signer. They offered a settlement which I could not pay. We agreed to {$50.00} bi weekly ( $ 100 monthly ) to pay down this amount owed which I have been paying since XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I asked for verification on how much I have since paid and how much was left on the balance. On the XX/XX/XXXX, I asked them to send me proof I was the co signer which I do not believe at this point I am. The woman on the phone agreed to send. I then called back asking to cancel the ACH payments in the meantime until I had received the proof I was the co signer. They then told me I could not get the proof I was the co signer if I cancelled the payments. I would like either proof I am the co signer on this account or the {$2600.00} back that I have paid on this debt that was not mine due to the misrepresentation of this debt collector agency. I am attaching the letter sent to me that shows the original consumer 's name and not mine.

This company has failed to respond again. I previously filed a CFPB complaint advising this company failed to produce validation documents. I received a response through this portal and then I received a letter via XXXX from the parent company advising they take my complaint seriously and will receive the requested validation documents within 30 days. As of today, I have not received any validation documents, no phone calls or no other letters indicating that I will be receiving my documents soon. As this point, I have lost patience with trying to resolve my account. I have hired a lawyer and in the process of filing a lawsuit against the company for failing to provide validation documents within a certain time frame. This company has not reached out to my job to complete an employment verification and again I have not received any validation documents. Any future correspondence will need to be sent to my attorney. I am requesting that this company, NRS, CEASE & DESIST ALL COMMUNICATION!! No letters and no calls.

XXXX called me on XXXX @ XXXX, she asked for a man that was not me. I stated she had the wrong number and to please remove my number. She stated she was confused as the person had called from my number. I again told her she had the wrong number to please remove my phone number associated with the account she was calling on. She continued to tell me that her " lawyer '' gave her this number. I asked for her name told her not to call and hung up. She called again at XXXX. Once again I told her i just informed her to remove my number that this was the 2nd request. I hung up. She called again at XXXX and left a vm. Then she called my place of employment at XXXX. I told her i was recording the conversation and not to ever call my number again as I am not a party of the debt she is trying to collect. She stated I was not making payments and I explained I will never make payments as I do not owe them anything.

I have requested verification of the debt National Recovery Solutions LLC claims that I owe on XXXX separate occasions. They have failed to send anything other than a requests for payment. They once sent me a collection with double the amount the original collection said. This company runs on an unsecure website and expects you to put your personal and card information, no thanks. Past that, they can't prove debt owed. The only " verification of debt '' sent to me was an amount {$6000.00} less than what they are claiming I owe, which that debt has been settled with the appropriate facility. At this point this company is assumed a complete and utter fraud. Unsecure site, refusal/inability to verify debt, and different collection amounts being sent at different times ranging from $ XXXX {$16000.00}. This is harassment and against the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

XXXX XXXX was issued a cease and desist yesterday via text, the same communication they initiated without my permission to contact me about an alleged debt that I do not owe. Please see attached exhibits, which show that XXXX XXXX violated my right to privacy by contacting me to collect on an alleged debt that I do not owe. XXXX XXXX assumed the risk when they purchased an alleged debt from the alleged creditor. I do not owe neither, XXXX XXXX or the creditor, and demanded all communication ( direct and indirect ), harassment, embarrassment, defamation of character and attempts to collect on an alleged debt to stop. The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is intended to secure my right to privacy and my privacy has been breached so be it.

I spoke with XXXX of National Recovery service on the week of XX/XX/2016. National Recovery Service contacted the main office of my job instead of calling the extension that I placed on my application. I asked them to no longer contact me at any other number except for my personal cell phone number. On XX/XX/2016 XXXX from National Recovery Service contacted my husband at his job looking for me. I called XXXX back and reminded her that I requested that they not call me at any other number. XXXX told me it was in there system to not call any other number. XXXX told me " XXXX is your husband so I can call him ''. They are continuing to contact me even though I have instructed them to not call me.

National Recovery Solutions has tried to contact me at work several times even though I have asked them not to call my work or it would get me in trouble. each time i told them this they told me no one has ever talked to me which is a lie. I spoke with them on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX on my work line and asked that they not call me at work. Then they asked me to let them speak to human resources as soon as i told them to stop calling me a work as a scare tactic. When I told them that i was going to file a complaint he said I Don't know what for. I repeated because I ask that you stop calling me at work.

Received repeated calls from this company, at work, even after telling them XXXX times to stop calling me at work. When I called them back to tell them ( again ), the person told me I was going to be summoned to court for a payday loan debt, but could not tell me where the payday loan was borrowed. She merely stated that it came from XXXX XXXX, and Identified herself as from " NRS. '' I asked her to send debt verification to my address, and she said they would be sending me a court summons. Once again, I never verified anything but my name.
