For the past year, my family members and I keep getting phone calls from a man who claims to be a server. He will leave voicemails on our phones looking for me, saying he is on his way to my home or employment to serve me papers for XXXX XXXX for a debt I owe. He then will leave an XXXX number ( number changes each time but its the same man/company ) to call to fix the matter. When I try to call his actual number itself that he calls from, it claims that its an internet number, so he calls from a fake internet number each time. So then Ill proceed to call the XXXX number and someone will answer the phone with just Hello this is so and so but they dont tell me the company name when they answer. So then Ill ask what Company is this? And they will say National. And I said National what? And they say National Proceedings. So then Ill give them my name and they claim I owe a payday loan from 2015 that I have never heard of and say if I pay the amount due right now that they will cancel the court papers being served and it will also save me money because if they take me to court, they will tack on more fees etc. I then tell them how am I going to pay yall money for something I dont owe or even heard of. So I tell them to stop calling me and have someone come to my home to serve me then if thats what they are going to do. So then they say okay and then I dont hear anything about it from them for months. And then they will call me and my family again months later and restart the entire process over again ... and there has been one time where I call the XXXX number again like Im told to do in the voicemail..and the person who answered was the same voiced man of the guy who called me one time saying he is a server and he will come to my home. I remember asking him ... um arent you the person who said they were going to serve me? So you work for this company? And he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about that I was mistaking him for someone else but he has a very distinct voice..it was definitely him. So this fake company is also pretending to be servers and using fake internet numbers to call first and then directing us to call their XXXX number acting like they arent correlated with each other. Im getting fed up with this because this has been the fourth time over the past year they have done this. Its embarrassing because they will call family members that are associated with me that I barely talk to. They even called my Ex husband and I had him calling me asking if Im in trouble with the law ... its embarrassing and it needs to stop. I continue to tell them every time they do this to stop contacting me and my family and they are still doing it.

On XXXX/XXXX/16, I received a phone call on my personal cell from XXXX XXXX with National Processing in regards to a checking a credit reference for a gentleman named XXXX XXXX I did n't know personally. I indicated that I was not sure who she was talking about and I was not vouching for someone I did n't know or had given permission to use me as a reference. I indicated to XXXX XXXX that me being listed as his reference could be a mistake because my son, who shares the same first and last name with me, did have a friend who I vaguely remember under a similar name but I was n't sure. How he got my cell number is unknown to me. But she acted as if I was blowing her off and told me in a nasty voice that I should n't let people list me as a reference then! I asked her not to call me again regarding this again and hung up. Today on XX/XX/2016 at XXXX, XXXX XXXX calls me back on my cell and leaves a message for me to return her call by XXXX today regarding a check case with XXXX XXXX XXXX or the case would be turned over to the XXXX County DA and I would be deposed for a deposition regarding his case. So I immediately called back and opened the conversation by stating my name and I was returning her call and gave her the case number upon request which she left on the message. She then asked if this was me and I indicated that I just told you my name at the top of the conversation so why are you asking again? She responded angrily that I was getting smart with her and did not have to deal with me. I called back and she hung up on me. I called back and another lady answered and I asked her to nicely tell XXXX XXXX that I am not associated with XXXX XXXX and to please not call me and that I would be filing a complaint. She said she would. My complaint is that the company 's tactics are unethical and unruly to contact me and falsely make me think that they were initially checking a credit reference and yet they are really a collection agency. I have clearly asked this company to stop calling and harassing me over this man 's account and yet they still persist in doing so. I want this harassing action to cease and take whatever action against this company that the law allows. Thank you!

I received a threatening phone call on XXXX XXXX, 2016 at XXXX from a voice recording message saying- if you do n't answer the phone or return our phone call legal actions will be taken against you immediately including your personal resident where you reside and your vehicle. If a payment is not give before XXXX today you will be arrested by your local authority. I asked who am I speaking to the representative ( XXXX XXXX ) insisted on saying NP group several times after I kept asking what does NP stand for. I had to google it just to see what NP stands from. I 'm not sure what kind of debt it is but it 's very scary to receive a call like that and all they want me to do was verify the last XXXX of my social and I did n't provide that information. Once I disconnect the phone he repeatedly called over and over until I blocked the number. XXXX called and left several threatening messages saying. You will be in jail by XXXX unless you answer my calls today. At one point I asked him where is your company located he stated-I ca n't give the information to you unless you give me your last XXXX digits of your social.

0n XXXX XXXX 17 XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX called my daughter in NC, my son - law in NC, my son in XXXX, Ma and left me a message too from a restricted phone number. XXXX, told my son his co had a warrant for my ARREST and needed him to get me this urgent message. My son hung up on him. my message stated he had a summons for me to appear in court to call Law Firm XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX with file # XXXX ..I called the number today and spoke to a XXXX XXXX who I told my family members were harassed and that my son was told they had a warrant and my message stated they had a summons for me to appear in court? I told XXXX XXXX this co is out of line, not licensed, not following lawful, guidelines. XXXX XXXX disagreed and did n't want to listen. I have not received anything from these people and they had an old address I lived at. I asked to have info sent to my correct address and he only threatened me and said I will be receiving a summons to go to court being sued

On or about XXXX XXXX I received a phone call from a place called XXXX whose name may have been changed or otherwise to Global or Debt Management Partners. Possibly Called National Processing As Well. They called family and myself making threats if I didnt make a payment then they would proceed with actions within the laws of my state regarding an XXXX XXXX XXXX pay day loan. I had been paying on this loan and the place was just XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX never called me or wrote me any communication and simply said pay when you can. The Debt collection agency also never sent me any written letter or otherwise concerning this debt. This situation caused me anxiety, nightmares and a health scare due to the XXXX I endured. They called from XXXX XXXX XXXX

On several different occasions an unknown caller has called and said consider yourself served. Left a number and with case number to call. When I called that number XXXX the gentleman told me that I owe a hospital debt and that I have been served? I have never been served and he stated just because I watch law and order does n't mean XXXX. I explained to him that my medical bills have been paid and that I just paid over 3,000. for XX/XX/XXXX and he stated that I owe {$900.00} from XX/XX/XXXX. I said that I would need to review that bill please send it to me. There is nothing on my credit report otherwise. He said that you can not deny you were at the hospital and you need to just pay it now or we will sue. Please have them stop harassing me

SCAM. COMPANY IS ON THE FTC LIST OF LAWSUITS FOR THEMN NOT TO CALL PEOPLE. THEY STATED THEY ARE CALLING FROM NATIONAL PROCESSING SERVICE. THIS COMPANY WAS ASKED TO STOP CALLING MY PHONE NUMBER BECAUSE THERE IS NO ONE BY THE NAME THEY ARE REQUESTING. HOWEVER, THE CALLS CONTINUE. THEY HAVE ASKED FOR BANKING INFORMATION, CREDIT CARDS, SSN, ETC. SEEMS AS THOUGH THIS IS SOME TYP OF FRAUD, ESPECIALLY SINCE THE COMPNAY IS LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE AS BEING IN A CALSS ACTION LAWSUIT. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE TO STOP THIS NONSENSE.
