On XX/XX/XXXX, I visited a website operated by XXXX Limited-Life to buy XXXX oil they advertised. The deal was that a {$6.00} shipping only charge would be debited for a sample of the oil. I entered my debit card information and instead of the site bringing me to a confirmation page as normal sites do, it took me to a page that asked if Id like XXXX pills as well. I skipped that page and it went to a page asking if Id like to purchase their XXXX cream. I skipped that too and it took me to a page asking if Id like to buy a XXXX enlarger! I immediately exited out of the site all together, realizing it was a scam - NEVER confirming any purchase at all. A few days later, I received a sample bottle of oil, a bottle of pills and probiotic pills ( which were never even on the site! ) I checked my bank account and I was charged the {$6.00} listed as XXXX , another charge from that entity for {$6.00} and another charge for {$2.00} from XXXX XXXX Offer. - Then, on XX/XX/XXXX my debit card was debited for {$110.00}. I called the number reflected on my bank transaction detail and explained to the girl ( XXXX ) that I didnt agree to any of these charges. She assured me that the charge for {$110.00} would be refunded and not to send back the products. She said that she would speak to upper management and make sure the account would be closed and that the recurring charge would be stopped. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received the {$110.00} credit along with the {$6.00} ( one of the original shipping charges ). On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from the collection agency National Medical Administrators , Inc. ( ref # XXXX ) demanding the {$110.00}. When I called this company and spoke to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, she informed me that this account was never closed by XXXX and that I owed this charge. XXXX willingly refunded the money to me so they obviously conceded that this transaction was complete. After reviewing XXXX complaints about these two companies its clear that they are working together, and I realize that this is one large scam that is repeated almost exactly each time. National Medical Administrators hides behind the fact that theyre a third party and have nothing to do with the original transaction, but they continue to do business with XXXX. This indicates to me that they are willing participants in this scam.

In about the end of XXXX or early XXXX, I ordered a Dietary supplement, XXXX, and the online system pushed for addition supplement, XXXX XXXX XXXX, to complete the order. A couple weeks later, the products arrived. If you recall the mail delivery system was very slow before the election. There is no detail instruction along with the shipping. I called and talked to a lady with a XXXX XXXX accent, she said that I can try and have to cancel in 14 days, by XX/XX/XXXX if I'm not satisfied with the product. XX/XX/XXXX I kept that date in mind. On XX/XX/XXXX, the company, XXXX XXXX posted a new charge on my account for {$110.00}. I called and talked to their repXXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, I told the gentleman that I'm not satisfied with the products and wish to cancel. He agreed that the dateline is on XX/XX/XXXX and cancelled the subscription, he emailed to me to confirm ( he also tried to persuade me to keep the products by offering a deep discount of 40 % and 60 %, I'm not certain that he offered 80 % also ). { On their cancellation email stated that the order date is XX/XX/XXXX, I can email you the 2 emails separately to confirm this fact }. With further discussion, he said that I don't have to return the remaining product. The products are still sitting on my shelf at home. If he insist that I have to return in 30 days, I would have. Please take note that their rep. sent me a cancellation email. Now the company have XXXX XXXX XXXX, a debt collector, try to collect {$150.00} from me. She, XXXX - collector, saying that I passed the cancellation date line of XX/XX/XXXX XXXX ( I believe that is the day I received the products ) = trap # 1. I told her that I called and received the extension to XX/XX/XXXX, she didn't acknowledge that. she said that I didn't return the product within 30 days = trap # 2. The gentleman whom I spoke to when processing the cancellation said that I don't have to return the products at the end of our conversation. they have a tape recording of that, they taped everything. have them show you the recording. Additional products had never arrived since it had been cancelled. She threatened that the only way is to pay them. I need your help. I tried to complied with all their rules. I shouldn't be penalized after followed their instructions. Sincerely submitted, XXXX XXXX XXXX

I found a product online that supposedly improves brain and mind function. I decided to purchase the supplement for {$6.00} or something along those lines. I made the purchase on XX/XX/XXXX and the item showed up some time later. The other day I got the mail and I pulled out a debt collector trying to collect {$110.00} for something related to this company. The amount is substantially higher at {$110.00}. I have not heard or seen anything related to the company after receiving the item that I paid for. I did not receive any additional bills, correspondence, or items. Upon contacting the debt collector and explaining my situation they were extremely unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. I was told to XXXX XXXX, that i had a XXXX attitude, that I was lying about receiving additional product ( s ), and was hung up on by three different people. I was under the impression I was paying for the product one time which I did. One of the employees told me " you need to watch what you click agree to next time ''. I haven't been given any information about what the charge is for, why i'm being charged, and why i'm being charged but haven't received any bills for whatever they are trying to collect money from. The debt collector hangs up on me because i refuse to pay them but I do not believe a debt collector would act so unprofessionally, they have not established themselves as legitimate debt collectors, and I don't know what the debt is for. So, I am not paying for anything. The whole thing sounds like a huge scam and the company XXXX limited has numerous scam reports online as well as a news article with a reputable news company. Searching up the debt collector, all of the complaints that I saw were related to this XXXX XXXX XXXX and a lot of the people seemed to be suffering the same issues I am currently suffering. If this is a matter of being charged for an additional product, I have United States Postal Service services in which it shows what packages are delivered to my home and I can prove that I received nothing additional from this company. The company XXXX XXXX doesn't even have a website.

I made a one time purchase with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( company ) in XX/XX/2020, and now I am being harassed by a collections agency named " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' After my purchase of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2020, I called them and told them to cancel my subscription. I notified them that I did not open their product and would be sending back the product. They indicated that they would close out my account and would not be collecting any monies from me as a result of the unopened product being returned. They gave me the XXXX numbers to include on the package. I sent those packages back and they were delivered. On XX/XX/2020, XXXX, I called XXXX XXXX XXXX asking for verification that they closed my account. They mentioned that they could not close the account because I only sent one package and not two separate packages. I told them that I was never informed that the two products needed to be sent in individual packages. The represented from XXXX XXXX said, Oh, wow he forgot to tell you. Dont worry, if you pay {$18.00} today then I will close out your account? I informed her at that time that I knew that this was a scam. I asked her to transfer me to her Supervisor, because I would not be paying the {$18.00} nor providing her with any more credit card information. She stated that she would escalate my case to her Supervisor and that they would be calling me 24 hours later. On that same day XX/XX/2020 at XXXX, I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX again hoping to get a hold of another representative. The gentlemen explained to me that he could not close my account. I then received a cancellation email ( see Exhibit B ) at XXXX, right after we hung up from the original transaction I made on XX/XX/2020 at XXXX. I have formerly written National Administrators Inc. that they cease and desist all phone calls as they are harassing and incriminating in nature. They continue to call me and send me mail, asking to pay the balance of {$110.00}.

In XXXX of 2020, I began to fill out a 'solution for pain relief ' online. I had filled out the majority of the required information, but decided against the product, backed out and never submitted to finalize the transaction. In XXXX of 2020, my husband and I got several harassing phone calls from National Medical Administrator , Inc., saying that we were late on payment for a medical bill of some sort. They said that we owed {$230.00}, but would not indicate from whom this bill originated. I told her I had no intention of paying a bill that I had no idea what it was. Begrudgingly, she did tell me that it was XXXX XXXX, then provided me with a phone number to reach them after more prompting. However, i got online and found another phone number for TRS which I used instead, because I didn't feel I could trust the information she provided. I spoke with XXXX at XXXX out of Florida XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ... He told me I had ordered a shipment of XXXX XXXX, & XXXX XXXX for {$110.00} EACH totaling {$230.00}. I asked him to check his records as I had never placed an order with them, nor had I ever received any of this product. He claimed that he had no way of accessing these records since it had already been forwarded to collections. He said I would have to take it up with the collections agency, since it was out of his hands. In early XXXX is 2020, I received the FIRST physical communication from National Medical ( see attached ) We're currently stuck in a loop between these two parties concerning a bill due for product that I never ordered, nor received.

I received a letter from a collection agency for something that I didn't order. Status : Unanswered, I tried to call and was put on hold several times and no one ever answered. Date Received this collection notice : XX/XX/XXXX Reference # XXXX I received a notice from National Medical Administrators ( a collection agency ) for an amount I never charged nor did I buy anything from this company. I received a letter from this collection agency in the mail today XX/XX/XXXX asking for {$110.00} for XXXX oil that I never purchased. I had filled out a survey that said I would receive a prize for filling out the survey. After filling out the survey it took me to a web page where I could choose my prize and all I had to do was pay the shipping which I did. I then received the oil in the mail shortly after that. There was no indication that I owed anyone anything. After that, I had to change my debit card because someone hacked into my account. I assumed it was from this scam and I was very upset that I had even answered their survey, but grateful my bank caught it. I have not received a bill, until I received a letter from this collection agency saying that they have been retained by XXXX XXXX XXXX for an obligation that I am responsible for this is the first I have heard about this. I never ordered anything from this company and never received a bill. I want this matter resolved so that I do not owe anyone any money, since I never ordered anything.

On or around the XXXX of XXXX, I don't remember the date exactly, a weight loss pill no one ordered or asked for showed up at our house. We threw it all away and forgot about it. I did notice two charges on my account on XX/XX/XXXX for around {$7.00} a piece, ( one forXX/XX/XXXXand another for XX/XX/XXXX, example attached ) but they looked like in-app purchases my kids might have made so I disregarded them. On the XXXX of XXXX, we received a notification from XXXX that a transaction of {$110.00} had been made on my account by XXXX. I didn't recognize the charge so we declined it, XXXX turned my card off, and we went ahead and had my card canceled and a new one issued, assuming fraud. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, I received six emails, two each day, indicating that there was an attempt to chare {$110.00} to my credit card and the issuer declined those transactions. All links on the emails lead to XXXX sites and other than an address in XXXX, there is no contact information on any of these emails XXXX example attached ). On XX/XX/21, a company calling itself " XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX indicated they were calling to collect a debt of {$240.00} from me for the aforementioned weight loss pill product. I told the organization that they were not to contact me and I would be levying a complaint with the CFPB. The individual hung up on me without providing a mailing address.

Payment was declined and credit card company issued a new credit card. XX/XX/2020 received letter from collection agency alleging a debt of {$110.00}. I had contact with a fake company through spam texts, which lead to me to a website offering free samples. This company appears to be fake, and I was unable to get in contact with them through the numbers they provided. Months later, National Medical Administrators ( NMA ) Inc reached out trying to collect a fake debt. When I asked them to provide the company information, they provided a fake name and address. When I pointed out to them the company name was fake and there is no real company named that, they hung up on me. I confronted them by phone several times about the fake company name, and each time they hung up on me. When I looked at NMA 's XXXX profile, there were multiple complaints about the exact same company ( XXXX XXXX ) which appears to be a fake company, yet NMA is still collecting fake debt even though they have been notified of these scams.

i received a letter in the mail which stated that i had a debt to pay. Hhowever i do not recognize the creditor and i am sure i do not have any debt that would be lead me to collection. I visited the website that is found on the letter and i seems like scams, so i want to report this.

After calmly explaining that I am unemployed and have no ability to pay debts at this time, the rep on the phone yelled at me repeatedly "pay your bills!! Pay your bills!!" they also refused to tell me what the hospital bills were for specifically. I feel very violated and harassed.

I know for a fact someone stole my credit card information and I lost over 400 dollars but this was like six months ago. I got the problem solved by getting a new account and a new card with new passwords and now I get this saying I owe them more money
