In XX/XX/XXXX National Judgment Recovery Center bought a dormant Judgment that had expired and was no longer active. They did not revive the judgment. However, they illegally issued a writ of execution to the XXXX County Constable in XX/XX/XXXX to be served and executed. They also issued documents identifying non exempt properties in XXXX county ( the judgment was in XXXX County, Texas ) that were not titled in the same name as the writ of execution. After numerous conversations with National Judgment Recovery I confronted them and asked if the judgment was dormant and also confronted them about the amount of debt that they claimed I owed with interest, etc. The amount of debt had doubled according to their calculations in just 5 months and as represented by the previous owner of the judgment ( that went dormant ). They denied that it was dormant. They then posted on the doors of one of the properties, locked out a commercial tenant that had a 5 year lease, and also ran ads showing that they had levied on the property, and that there was an active judgment against me and that the property would be sold. They then collected money and were supposed to release the debt from the court, etc. INSTEAD, they sent a letter to the XXXX County Clerks office and lied and said that the writ of execution had expired ( and the date they cited was a date days before they locked out the tenant and ran ads for 3 weeks and collected funds ), and that they had NOT identified any properties as non exempt, and that they had not taken any levy action or collected any funds. They asked that the writ of execution be unexecuted and they sent the executed and signed writ back to the county clerk. The clerk did as they requested. The debt is still shown as open in the court records of the county clerks office. THAT IS FRAUD. These folks have walked all over the Fair Debt Collections Practice and act and they refuse to answer any complaints from the Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, or previous 2 complaints filed with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I am told that before this complaint they had 8 complaints in the last two years and they had failed to answer any of them but one from XXXX. I am requesting that National Judgment Recovery Center return all my funds and cancel out the court case and any claims for any debt due to the fraudulent and liable actions that they have taken. I should also note that the legal counsel listed on their site is XXXX XXXX who is the legal counsel for XXXX and XXXX which is a company that disputes tax values and tax appraisal or collections with the counties. The email addresses of each one of the representatives working for National Judgment Recovery Center have email addresses for XXXX instead contacts for National Judgment Recovery Center. I did attempt to contact XXXX XXXX and she is out of the office until next week. Her assistant did confirm that they all work with XXXX as an entity that is connected to that business. XXXX XXXX is also a prior paralegal. In addition, the website for National Judgment Recovery Center showed that they had certifications with XXXX ( previously DBA ) and were certified with them ( they have a code of ethics and compliance requirements that they respond to any and all consumer complaints or concerns immediately ... ..something that they surely do not do. And XXXX, which also requires high ethics and performance for any credit collection companies in the industry that are associated with them - and they require strict compliance in responding to consumer complaints, CFPB complaints, etc. That is not something that these folks do at all. AND Finally, this company claimed that they were members of the National Creditors Bar Association. I talked to the CEO and they were NOT members. He went directly to the website to verify and he then contacted National Judgment Recovery and had them remove him from the site. These folks illegally represented that they had an active judgment, they took illegal and threatening actions, illegally seized property, illegally locked out a tenant which resulted in the loss of a tenant and rental income of {$210000.00} for the duration of the remainder of the lease, falsely advertised the property for sale and disclosed to the world false legal claim to the right to auction the property off, denied that the judgment was dormant, doubled the amount of the debt claim, and then FRAUDULENTLY CLAIMED TO HAVE DONE NONE OF THOSE THINGS AND ASKED FOR THE ILLEGAL WRIT TO BE UNEXECUTED TO TRY TO COVER UP THEIR ACTIONS.

A Debt Collector called 'National Judgement Recovery Center , L.P ' has levied several of my accounts including my children 's checking and savings. However the XXXX XXXX for a debt is not mine, it belongs to another person with a similar name ( except that I am a XXXX. ). The XXXX XXXX was rendered in county where I currently reside in XXXX, and I was not a resident of this county until XXXX, and did not have any financial dealings in this county prior to moving here. This has caused me great distress, as I am not able to pay my bills or go to my doctors appointments.
