I am truly incredulous- I got a notification from XXXX that my score dropped XXXX points, so I looked closer. Some company that has absolutely 110 % never contacted me in any way shape or form, placed a collection on my credit and DESTROYED it. I PAID THE BILL TO THE MEDICAL OFFICE< APPROPRIATELY. I have never been contacted by this " National Healthcare Co '' and I know that the surgery center has all of my info as I have had XXXX surgeries there. The medical office may have made a mistake but this credit collection company should have CALLED or WRITTEN. I have tenants moving into my house in XXXX days- and I am in escrow. I am attaching receipts to this bill for XXXX dollars that was paid in XXXX. It took some time as I was working with the insurance company which I finally gave up on due to TIME it takes to deal with insurance so I paid it. The fact that they did not call me, I know to be illegal and against the fair credit reporting act. If this does not come off my credit by XXXX when I wake up- I will file a lawsuit immediately, online. Not only will I be sued as I have tenants moving in, and this will make me fall out of escrow, this company in XXXX will have to travel to XXXX XXXX for Court Dates- and I am 100 % within my rights as I paid my bill, in good faith. This needs to be deleted AT ONCE>I will file a lawsuit with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX.

I got a credit strike for debt XXXX XXXX reversed after an investigation into unauthorized billing. Its from a location I do not live in. I moved to XXXX in XXXX of 2020. I have a XXXX and XXXX. They obviously did not know you have to send mail or make contact before reporting a collection to a chapter XXXX protected individual. File # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had billing fraud from XXXX Hospital in XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX attempted to collect for a preemployment physical and then a XXXX XXXX. XXXX swept it under the rug but he has more complaints, and licensure investigations for having XXXX with patients, XXXX use, and HIPAA VIOLATIONS. I have a great XXXX team and a great attorney who has advised to report this as fraudulent credit collections. I will sue them in court for unauthorized credit card billing, identity confusion, signature forging, and illegal collections of a bill not received. I am contacting you because of the threats in the past. XXXX XXXX collected from them money they investigated for running a card for payment 400 miles away. I am reporting a violation of federal law. I will be happy to produce evidence of such.

This is from XXXX of XXXX. The insurance was to pay. It had been submitted several times. I also have canceled checks stating this is paid after they had discharged the debt already. THIS MEDICAL BILL IS U DER XXXX and is to not be placed on my credit report as of XX/XX/XXXX all medical under XXXX is to be removed. Please remove this from my credit report. Its under XXXX and its paid. They have also taken steps to remove all medical collections under {$500.00}. This last step went into effect on XX/XX/XXXX, and with this change, its estimated that roughly half of those with medical debt on their reports will have it removed from their credit history. If youre one of the millions of Americans with overdue medical bills, you may be able to take steps to ensure this information no longer affects your credit, including your access to employment and housing.
