My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX. This issue with a Loan Till Payday account was previously reported to you for collection practices, etc. I had a pay day loan in 2013. At the time, I banked with XXXX XXXX, who advised me that pay day loans are not good, and in the end XXXX closed my bank account, it was involuntary. In the interim, I made payments to the agency. XXXX and XXXX were the primary contacts. On the last payment, due to the fact that I told him I was coming in to pay cash, and they withdrew the funds, electronically, my account was affected. XXXX advised me that the payment made was the last payment and the other ( which was primarily interest remaining ) would be charged off. XXXX later called me and advised that XXXX was not authorized to make that decision and demanded the payment. I do n't understand how one person can cancel the arrangements made by someone else.
In the end, they sold my account. It was reported to you, and that creditor then stated no further collection activity would occur.
Last week I began receiving calls from a collection agency, XXXX XXXX stating I would called for a civil deposition on this account. I do n't even know this agency. Later, I then received another call stating that I needed to hold, and after several clicks was connected to someone at a Mediaction service. I denied the owing the loan and stated it was paid.
Today, I received a call from an outsource service courier about a missed appointment or hearing??? What?? I have no idea who these people are. I called Loan Till Payday and was advised the loan was sold and I needed to settle with the new company. So, does this mean they are continuing to attempt to collect {$200.00}.
I attempted to call the numbers, and now no one picks up just a voicemail. I called the supposed service courier and advised that their number was showing up as a spam/fraud number and that if they were a legitimate company then they should leave their name, location, a number ( not a voicemail ), and the case they are calling me about. I have not been served with any collection documents - why am I being threatened with a deposition???

I got a payday loan on XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called a few days after saying that I revoke authorization to debit my account. I got into a bad car accident on XXXX XXXX XXXX and had to be rushed to the hospital which I have documentation from state police. I was on bed rest for two days and was scheduled for a re-evaluation afterwards. I was not able to physically visit the lenders office due to my injuries and have to pay for my medical expenses and transportation. Again I specifically called the office and spoke with XXXX and requested that my account not be mishandled and to revoke authorization to debit my account. On XXXX XXXX XXXX around XXXX I receive an alert on my cell phone saying that my account has been overdrawn XXXX dollars from XXXX XXXX XXXX and another XXXX overdraft fee. I told them prior to the unauthorized transaction that I need to set up payment arrangements and XXXX did not take my request seriously and failed to act on my request on behalf of the company. I believe that fraudulent activity is happening due to my case and is directly correlated to the unauthorized transaction on my account. I was told by XXXX that he was going to debit my account anyway and if it comes back unpaid then and only then he will set up a new payment arrangement which is malicious. He is not the owner of the account and does not have the authority to chose to deny my request to leave my account alone, but since he took it upon himself to charge my account against my wishes, now my account is overdrawn {$100.00}. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I want the charge reversed due to fraud and unauthorized use of a bank account.

I was drawn into this payday loan because at the time I was desperate for money and with bad credit I couldn't find any lender to loan me any money. Due to my desperation and how quickly the process of the loan went, it wasnt no time I signed the papers not even thinking about what I was really getting myself into, especially since they fail to explain the details to you, instead they leave it open and up to you by asking if you have any further questions. I signed the papers it took less then 15 mins and it wasnt until I signed and received the agreement that I realized that I would be paying almost 7x the amount I borrowed. In other words I've been paying {$240.00} a month since XXXX, I only borrowed {$400.00} and still presently ( XXXX ) my pay off amount is {$460.00} because the interest rate is so ridiculously high. I owe more then I borrowed to pay the loan off even after paying {$240.00} for the past 8 months. I am submitting this complaint because I want to make as many people as I can aware of how easily you can get yourself caught up in this type of financial burden, and how wrong it is to do this to someone struggling as a single mom who's worked hard to get out of a financial debt. Not only is this wrong it also doesnt get reported to the credit bureau XXXX

LOAN # AND THE XXXX STATED IN THE BANKRUPTCY PAPERS. THE LADY STATED THAT I TOOK ANOTHER LOAN OUT AFTER MY BANKRUPTCY WITH THEM. THIS IS NOT TRUE AND SHE OFFERED NO PROOF. I have been borrowing from Loan Til Payday and I can not seem to ever pay anything more than interest when they are taking {$280.00} out of my check every other week for the past 3 or 4 pays on a {$1000.00} dollar loan and I can not keep doing this. The interest is way to high and just with that along I ca n't put anything towards the principle. I spoke with someone about it and they told me I am getting ripped off and to contact you because XXXX dollars every other week just for interest is insane.I am a single mom of XXXX and needed the money to move into a better house after being almost homeless. Now I ca n't seem to get back on my feet with this high interest alone. I am getting set back further and further by the XXXX being taking out of my account just for interest.

A woman from Loan Til Payday in XXXX Delaware, at the phone number XXXX called. I answered the phone by telling her to remove me from her list. She said she is looking for XXXX something and I told her I do n't know XXXX, he does n't live here and remove me from the list. She ended the call by calling me a XXXX and hanging up on me. When I called her back, she refused to give me her name, her manager 's name, he corporate phone number or any other identifying information. I called another location of Loan til Payday and got the corporate phone number from them. I spoke to XXXX and explained what happened and he said he would get to the bottom of it and get back to me. I am very angry with her unprofessionalism.

The XXXX they were sent a no contact letter, They were also informed by CERTIFIED mail and over the phone + texts to no longer contact me as I was obtaining a lawyer to the unfair and defensive business practices they were using.
The XXXX & the XXXX they called me. Demanding payment or they would take it to court.
The XXXX I was contacted by im assuming the owner or lawyer. Ive left voicemails twice and havent been contacted back.
They have also contacted me on my work phone ( direct phone line, in a grocery store where personal calls are not allowed and I have consistent customers calling to place XXXX XXXX XXXX

On XX/XX/XXXX Loan Till Payday took two unauthorized payments from my account, in the amount of {$220.00} and a second payment in the amount of {$74.00}. I have reached out and spoke with XXXX XXXX on multiple occasions an di Have asked her to reverse the charges but I have received no response in regards to reversing the unauthorized charges. Prior to this, XXXX XXXX has charged my account multiple times without my approval. I have photo proof of this that I have provided to loan till payday and XXXX advised me through email, that someone else in the company made the unauthorized charges.

I have a payday loan which I was paying weekly. I had issues paying it which led to issues with my bank account. I called and made a one time payment on a new debit card. I never agreed to or signed any paperwork stating that this card could be used for automatic withdrawls. Yesterday morning the payday company charged a {$50.00} payment without my consent. A phone call to a XXXX XXXX on their " legal dept '' got me nowhere. He had a condescending attitude & his only solution was to not to use my card. I want my money returned to that account.

I applied for a loan with Loan Till Payday in XXXX, DE in XX/XX/2018. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to manage payments with the loan and a judgement for {$600.00} was filed against me. I have tried to make payments of {$100.00} per month to repay the loan, while unemployed. Hello, I have asked that my work number not be called by the pay day loan company Loan Till Payday. Ive asked verbally and in writing via email. They continue to call my job and cell phone daily. They are now calling my work twice a day. Their newest tactic is calling my coworkers and asking for me instead of using my extension. This is harrasment. Ive told them that I can not pay and will be filing for bankruptcy. Even after telling them this, they call my cell and work number 4 times daily.

I have received four phone calls today l, two within the same hour, all of which state they are from XXXX XXXX in regards to a loan til payday loan. I have asked them to stop calling each time. On Wednesday XXXX XXXX I physically handed a Revocation and a Power of Attorney letter to National Financial LLC XXXX Loan Till Payday to stop payments of {$170.00} from coming out of my checking account.
They did not honor the letter and processed to take the amount out anyway.
