Dear Sirs : XXXX XXXX XXXX is aware that I reside in a area that was affected by Hurricane Harvey in Texas. My county is one of many under The Federal Emergency Disaster Declaration that went into effect on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX.
Consequently, I am under a 90 day moratorium issued by FEMA since I have a FHA backed mortgage. XXXX is fully aware of this as indicated by them verbally and in writing.
This Federal Moratorium prohibits any Forclosure or Collection related activity thereof from XXXX/XXXX/XXXX onward and possibly extended.
However, I continue to get harangued with phone calls and letters threatening Forclosure and most recently from an outside agency XXXX has since contracted with as seen by the attached letter herein.
I have asked them to please stop these attacks and to respect the law set in place due to this Natural Disaster mandated by FEMA. This harassment is uncalled for and perhaps illegal.

I called XXXX XXXX on several occasions and informed them when I was going to pay them but instead they acted as if I never called and arranged payment. They then sent a person to my house to bring papers after speaking to me mor e than 2 weeks prior. Then I receive a letter from NCCI a collection agency advising of the debt but I was already given a time frame to get my payments up too date. This company is not keeping track of communication from their mortgage holders and sending mortgage holders to collection agency and sending door knockers for no apparent reason after they have already received calls in order to bill a mortgage holder fo r services that are not necessary and to be harassed by a collection company at the same time after they have accepted payment arrangement.

NCCI Debt Collection Representatives is calling me repeatedly and using profane, vulgar and abusive language, making threats of taking legal action against me for garnishment of my wages, calling my employer to make me lose my job, getting me sent to jail and prison and making threats of violence and death against me for a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account # : XXXX, the amount of the debt is {$30.00}, XXXX thats a fraudulent and unauthorized account that dont belong to me. This extremely frightening and very disturbing to me. I am in fear of losing job and life because of the severe and numerous threats I have received from NCCI Debt Collection Representatives.

The lender sent a collector to my house 3 times in one week which I consider harassment. The paper that he gave me does not tell me who the original creditor is nor what the debt is for, I consider this gross harassment. Further they have not shown me any proof that the debt is valid or how they acquired it.
