Hello, I would like to file a complaint to dispute the claims of a XXXX credit card that was created in my name XX/XX/XXXX. This particular credit card was created in a fraudulent manner in which I had no knowledge of until XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX/NCB never brought this matter to my attention because they claimed while I was in military service, they did not want to burden me with this matter. I am still in military service with the XXXX XXXX. I was XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. I am still in military service for the California XXXX XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I have included several supporting documents to include my XXXX in which shows my service in XXXX XXXX time and the transference to the XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have also included the court papers in which NCB claimed they served me in XX/XX/XXXX. I was never served or given these court papers. Lastly, I wish to state that I must maintain proper standing for my XXXX clearance for the government. A suing and or debt of this matter would of prevented me from obtaining my clearance if this matter was brought to myself or my employers attention. This credit card account never appeared on my credit report in the past 10 years. Please let me know if you need any additional information from me in regards to this matter. Thank you.

Hello how you doing? I am XXXX XXXX I had combined our debt from XXXX credit card company in XXXX. The amount I alone started to owe was {$18000.00}. {$9000.00} of it was mine and the other {$9000.00} was my wife 's. All that was from XXXX. Currently the National check burea bought the debt some how. Now they asking {$100000.00}. In XXXX they intercept my tax return from federal government. In XXXX they asked the Judge to allow garnishing my bank accounts. I am willing to settle the original amount we used in XXXX with a deep percentage off. They insist on getting half. Their attorney is XXXX XXXX. I do n't know about any law that allows this kind of hunting. They do not show on my credit report. My fear is they attack another bank account I own or worse make me sell something I have. My lawyers are telling me to file bankruptcy. I want this debt forgiven because of how old it is. Any way to avoid letting them have so much money is going to solve this issue. ( Help ) XXXX thank you

I was sued by XXXX XXXX. I do not know when. I talked to National Check Bureau about this, they collected the debt. XXXX says we opened a account in XX/XX/XXXX. We were in a repayment bankruptcy. We do not use credit cards. They said they tried to notify us but they were always behind on the address, although I was employed and the address was available. The case number is XXXX. Social is XXXX. They got a judgement for {$2400.00}. We did not know until they garnished his paycheck in XX/XX/XXXX. I do not believe I owed them anything and if I did, why would they wait ten years to collect. Just so the interest was XXXX XXXX dollars higher.

National Check burea and XXXX XXXX XXXX need to be put out of business regarding bad debt issues they are a cancer to American consumers none of money involved was ever borrowed from them they add thirteen percent interest on their investment because they can I say break them fast their causing a very bad life for people in our country
