1. Per the attached Tax and Insurance Account Disclosure Statement, ITEM A, dated XX/XX/XXXX, from XXXX XXXX XXXX : Referencing the following : `` COUNTY & TOWN and HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE '' " You Have a surplus of {$5600.00} '' " WE ARE SENDING YOU A CHECK FOR THIS AMOUNT '' " New Payment Effective : XX/XX/XXXX : {$500.00} '' *We called National Asset after we received this letter and check to verify that was accurate. We were told that the letter was accurate and that the check amount payable to us was correct. 2. Per attached Tax and Insurance Account Disclosure Statement, ITEM B, dated XX/XX/XXXX, from National Asset ADVISORS , LLC : Referencing the following : HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE , COUNTY & TOWN, TAXES, MISC., CITY TAXES. " You have a shortage of {$100.00} '' " WE HAVE DECIDED TO COLLECT THIS OVER 12 MONTHS '' " New Payment Effective : XX/XX/XXXX : {$910.00} I spoke with XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX ( Email : XXXX ), and she said the the letter dated XX/XX/XXXX, was a mistake and we should not have been mailed a check for {$5600.00}, because our Tax and Disclosure did not previously include City Taxes so we are making the correction. She added that we should questioned them, in XX/XX/XXXX as to why the City Taxes were missing from the Tax and Insurance Disclosure Statement, and that we should have known that we were not entitled to the " surplus check. '' I asked XXXX why the XX/XX/XXXX disclosure statement is from XXXX XXXX XXXX, as referenced in 3. below, and she did not know why. I asked XXXX, " If the XX/XX/XXXX Tax and Insurance Account Disclosure Statement was WRONG, how do I know that the Tax and Insurance Account Disclosure Statement dated XX/XX/XXXX is CORRECT? '' She repeated that we should questioned them, in XX/XX/XXXX as to why the City Taxes were missing from the Tax and Insurance Disclosure Statement. I told XXXX, " No offense, but based on the Tax and Insurance Account Disclosure Statements, and Proof of Insurance and Escrow issue that has occurred more than once, as per 3. below, it does not appear that national Asset Advisors , LLC knows how to properly calculate our mortgage. She said that I would have to take this up with the Manager of the Servicing Department, XXXX XXXX. I fell behind on my mortgage payments for three months due to identity theft, and then loss of income. I started worked with a Housing Counselor to help me avoid foreclosure. With her help, we completed a Loss Mitigation packet in XXXX 2017. She also helped me complete an application for Hardest Hit Funds, but XXXX XXXX XXXX will not accept them, despite attempts to get them to participate in the program. It is now XXXX, and I have never received any paperwork back from XXXX XXXX XXXX. Someone did come to my home in XXXX or XXXX to post a notification that I needed to bring the loan current, or I would lose my home. I have continued to make on time payments since missing those three months, and they are accepting my payments. When I call the company to discuss my situation and ask for an update on the Loss Mitigation packet, no one answers and I am forced to leave a message. My Housing Counselor spoke with the Loss Mitigation Manager and he agreed to a scheduled phone call appointment, but did not call and will not answer our phone calls. We have tried all phone numbers we could find, but we are only able to leave a message. I did receive notice on XXXX XXXX, that my mortgage payment is going up due to escrow shortages/tax increases, but I have not received anything else referencing my Loss Mitigation packet. I am concerned that I am close to losing my home, or that a sheriff sale has already occurred without my knowledge. I have XXXX children and do not want to lose our family home of five years. According to my Housing Counselor, XXXX XXXX XXXX is not following foreclosure guidelines.

We fell behind on our mortgage after my husband could n't work due to XXXX. The company had worked with us before and took a partial payment of about {$3500.00} sometime in late XXXX and refused to accept a partial payment this time. In XXXX XXXX we paid our mortgage company, National Asset Advisors , LLC {$8800.00} needed to keep our home. Our balance was listed as {$0.00} Not even a month later we receive a bill saying we were delinquent {$390.00} and owed {$790.00}. At this point I discovered that my husband had asked to have our payments placed on bi-weekly schedule. This was the cause of so many late pay fees. I asked to have the payments placed back on a monthly schedule so that if late we would only pay XXXX late fee as opposed to XXXX. I was told this could n't be done. I explained that we would always be late because my payroll schedule is once a month and the amount dependent upon my quota. The company still refused to change the payment schedule and continues to tack on late fees. In XXXX we received a bill saying we owed the company over {$3000.00} for mortgage payment, late fees and attorney fees. I disagree with this. We had a {$0.00} balance in now we are at {$3000.00} delinquent?

I have asked to please contact me by email or after XXXX XXXX by phone, but they have ignored my request.
