XXXX XXXX, XXXX Hello Attorney General 's Office, Inspector General, Federal Trade Commission, Consumer the Minnesota Department of Commerce, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and XXXX XXXX XXXX : This is a formal complaint against National Account Services, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX Minnesota XXXX -- -- for breaching our verbal contract with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and me. My case was referred to them on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. After being unemployed since XX/XX/XXXX The breach is supported by FDCPA and the Consumer Credit Protection Act of XX/XX/XXXX. There are also violations of Minnesota XXXX XXXX. There are many reasons why my bill was sent to collections one of the being that XXXX XXXX and I could not agree on a set amount to pay every month. Originally she wanted XXXX a month while I was unemployed, and I did not get unemployment. There was no income. Now I am working but also paying back bills from XX/XX/XXXX which has contributed to my economic hardship.
My daughter 's experience as a child XXXX at that dance center was less than desirable and she was pulled from dancing XX/XX/XXXX. I refrained from making payments since XX/XX/XXXX because of the treatment she received and also because of the added cost for competition fees when XXXX was not attending.
I had a verbal agreement with National Account Services to what I could each pay period after I started working XX/XX/XXXX after not being employed since XX/XX/XXXX. The collection balance was sent back to her on XXXX XXXX at her request. The effects of my collection account being taken back by the dance studio and being threatened for conciliation court by the owner XXXX XXXX of I do not pay according to her terms, is also another violation brought by National Account Services. I really on have XXXX a month to pay in addition to paying for competition fees when my daughter did not attend. This is causing harm, undue hardship with malice for me and my daughter. Therefore National Account Services has violated the FDCPA by causing undue financial harm or personal harm to me and my daughter, as well as violating an agreement verbally with their office.
Now that the case has been taken back by Stage Left and the owner, XXXX XXXX, I can not have reduced payments that fits my budget as of XXXX to XXXX a month, but will have to pay XXXX a month, my food and grocery money, and have been threatened with conciliation court if I do not agree to her terms. I am waiting for XXXX XXXX to send me her revised contract. I would like to get this resolved.

I went to XXXX XXXX University and have a small loan that is dealt with by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I paid off the loan early - I believe my final payment was mid XXXX. I paid the balance on the loan per what XXXX had on their website. I logged on to the same website about a week later and saw I had overpaid by a little over {$9.00}. I had not received any further information from XXXX so I called them on XX/XX/XXXX regarding the refund. They advised that I had overpaid but they couldn't refund me anything under {$25.00}.
XXXX submitted a request to XXXX for a refund of the {$9.00}. Today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) XXXX informed me XXXX is refusing to refund me the money I overpaid. I have contacted the XXXX financial office with no reply. I believe they should refund me my money since this appears to be an error with XXXX. Again I paid the balance of my loan per what their website said I owed the day I paid off the loan yet they've advised me I somehow overpaid. If their balance was correct then I wouldn't have overpaid.
