Unsecured loan taken out by business which we paid on for years. Covid hit and we lost everything! now we had to file bankruptcy for the business and close it. On unemployment and Covid relief for income. And now the company proceeds to go after me personalty for the debt when I closed my business and I have nothing left it is not moral and is very upsetting. i really don't know if this will do any good but I really just needed to vent my frustration. Like I wanted to lose everything and now they reopened an old case to try to get money from me when again I am literally failing at all credit and get unemployment for income.
