I got a car from a company called XXXX XXXX. The car was a lease to own and could be returned at anytime. The first month with the car I was having so many issues and received an alert from onstar stating that the car had a major recall for carbon monoxide emissions. I called car today and ask them to fix it they refused so I told them I was bringing the car back. They stated that they buy cars from the auction and ca n't fix everything before they put them out on the lot. They then pull the kill switch on the car and towed it the next day. I received a letter from them saying the car was no longer my obligation and that the car was leased out to someone else. A couple of months later I checked my credit and I saw a repossession from a company called Orbit leasing Company with a XXXX balance due. I have disputed this item and they still refuse to delete it off.

On XX/XX/XXXX I participated in an " AUTO LEASE '' transaction in the amount of {$22000.00} with Orbit Leasing, LLC of Wyoming, XXXX with an option to buy. I was provided with a form to OPT-OUT of having this transaction and experience shared, TRAFFICED, furnished, provided or reported to ANY non affiliate of Orbit Leasing , LLC dba XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I utilized the form provided by filling it out, signing it and mailing it to Orbit Leasing, LLC via CERTIFIED mail green card return receipt requested, along with a notarized written communication. On XX/XX/XXXX, ORBIT LEASING LLC committed " identity theft '' by in-fact reporting my transaction and experience with them in violation of 15 USC 1681 ( a ) 2 ( A ) ( i ). and 15 USC 1601 ( a ) as it has resulted in injury and actual damages to me in the form of increased cost and denial of accounts.

Received in XX/XX/XXXX correspondence about another balance owed in amount of XXXX odd dollars from Orbit Leasing again. I paid this company through XXXX district courts for fine in XXXX but paid XXXX district court for fine due to Orbit Leasing in XXXX for debt. Also was garnished by Michigan Treasury in XXXX, XXXXOrbit Leasing, I had to let it happen this way because at time I was homeless and mainly living in an hotel and with family up until XXXX of XXXX when I moved to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MI XXXX Case number used to garnish wages XXXX year XXXX for year XXXX

I XXXX XXXX entered into a consumer credit transaction with Orbit Leasing on XX/XX/2017. I used my credit card as defined under 15 usc 1602 ( L ) and there was a finance charge involved as defined under15 usc 1605. Orbit Leasing then took my credit and got a loan and began to violate 15 usc 1692e because they falsely represent the status of a debt. Hello, my name is XXXX XXXX, and Im submitting this complaint for myself and there is no third party involved.

Hi, Pursuant to 15 USC 1692g ( b ) I sent a Notice of Dispute on XX/XX/XXXX to Orbit Leasing , Inc. notifying them that I was disputing the alleged account they have on my consumer report for the amount of {$6900.00}. I then sent out a Debt Validation Letter, along with a Cease and Desist on XX/XX/XXXX. It is XX/XX/XXXX and I have yet to receive a response from this company. I do not owe them, and will not pay for this.
