On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted Musa Auto Finance to break the lease of a XXXX XXXX XXXX that was leased due to my then ex-wife and I moving to XXXX under her military orders. I spoke with XXXX XXXX as can be noted in the emails. She was going to check with the legal department and get back to me about coverage under the SCRA for spouses. She sent me paperwork but I did not sign the voluntary surrender agreement form to be held responsible for the balance as can be noted in the second email. XXXX XXXX was going to get back to me about coverage and if not, the vehicle would be returned to me and the lease to continue which was not a problem. Instead, after my return to XXXX to settle affairs, we made agreements for the vehicle to be picked up without the responsibility form being signed as the legal team was still " looking into it. '' On XX/XX/XXXX she contacted me saying they needed to pick up the vehicle and I asked them that if I could have the option of having the vehicle back if they found out I was not covered. She said yes and we scheduled pickup of the vehicle mind you as the last payment had been made on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX- I called her and XXXX in XXXX and XXXX and they assured me the vehicle had been sold ( XXXX said XXXX, paperwork on their end says XXXX but the bill of Sale says XXXX ) and there was no balance. XX/XX/XXXX- They started sending balance delinquency paperwork and even reported collection on credit report. Had it disputed/removed. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted MUSA 's billing department and they stated there was a deficiency letter dated XX/XX/XXXX. In this email, they note their notes from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX were of me being advised of not being covered under the SCRA but yet the bill of sale attached is dated for XX/XX/XXXX. That email, outlines the dates and facts I provided to them to have someone hirer up respond but never did. I have since then filed a XXXX complaint against the new company name of XXXX XXXX ( Case # XXXX ) in which they responded that the account had been sold to a collector, ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, TX ) who I also opened a XXXX complaint ( Complaint ID # XXXX ) and they removed the account only to reinstate it after 2 weeks. Attached are the emails between myself and XXXX XXXX on behalf of Musa Auto finance, the call logs spanning from XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX complaints including the responses from both companies.

Bad business practices- I made several complaints directly over the past two years with correcting the payment amount, name change after speaking with manager ( s ) directly ; XXXX legal documents, new ID card, copy of SSN card, emailed and faxed docs. And, the results are always none of the information was received. The very reason I chose to get away from this company MUSA/XXXX , The vehicle was PAID IN FULL in XX/XX/XXXX ; XXXX. This company refuses to report the correct information for the payoff. Instead it totally deleted the account from the report, like before in correcting the monthly payment, which was incorrect. Ive called the company many times on this issue ; to reflect the correct balance of the est. $ XXXX + instead of a diff amount of $ XXXX. I called the credit bureaus, it shows there is no record of the company ; business started in XX/XX/XXXX, now its as if the account never existed. PLEASE REPORT THE CORRECT INFORMATION. BOTH NAMES ( XXXX XXXX ) REFLECT WITH XXXX. As of XX/XX/XXXX, I called XXXX and the account was closed/deleted for XXXX, which is still incorrect. Deleted all reporting history from XX/XX/XXXX, as if it never existed on the report. XXXX advised It does not reflect on the credit report. XXXX also advised because of this type of status, it will need to be re-added, then another dispute can be filed. The company/XXXX tells me to wait and there is nothing more they can do and its on XXXX. XXXX stated it is NOT their issue and it needs to be corrected by XXXX/MUSA/XXXX/XXXX, whoever they are today. - THERE HAVE BEEN MANY NAMES. This company has not provided a paid in full letter, received a XXXX payoff from the dealership. They made attempts to block my number from calling customer service at XXXX and No response from the escalation requests. Outcome : TO CORRECTLY REPORT THIS INFORMATION TO XXXX WITH THE CORRECT BALANCE AS PAID. THIS IS THE ONLY BUREAU THE COMPANY REPORTS. Attaching the XXXX company response.

I had a loan from XXXX XXXX, I would like more information on the class action lawsuit. My loan was transferred, I was not given any notice regarding change in loan servicer. My car was repossed once. My car was turned off a few times. Documentation on loan paperwork was false. Car was sold for almost triple times its worth. Now I'm fighting to get a title.

I noticed false reporting XXXX inquiries I have not inquired about, on my credit report. I have mailed a request to XXXX XXXX Musa Auto Finance XXXX have the inquiry removed from my XXXX account. Have not received a response. I am requesting these inquiries be removed. Reported on XX/XX/2021
