Last fall the XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) and the law firm of XXXX requested that my wife and I execute a written joinder and consent form that would help the ( XXXX ) revitalize their governing documents that had been extinguished by the state of Florida. We executed those documents and forwarded them to the XXXX team for their inclusion in the total package to be forwarded to the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity ( DEO ) for their review and acceptance. Upon receipt of the revitalized XXXX amendment to the Covenant/Restrictions I found that my assessment level was set on pg XXXX at $ XXXX/month and that is what I have been forwarding to the XXXX XXXX. If the XXXX can provide me with documentation that requires me to pay a different amount of assessment than what the revitalized documents spell out and what I signed off for I will be happy to review it and proceed accordingly.
