I had several issues with Upstate Services ( https : //upstateservices.net/ ).
I returned several calls and voicemails on XX/XX/18 from them ( left both on my cell phone and on my work phone the prior week ) and requested a written validation of my debt, which I was told was a " waste of their time '' since I would not pay anyway. The company also called several family members and friends, stating to some of them they were making a final attempt on a complaint against me before turning it over to an attorney. The company also left a voicemail stating this in one instance. On a second call that day with the company, I asked for them to confirm the phone number of their company. The individual I spoke to refused because I had already called them back and had the number.
