I purchased my home in XX/XX/XXXX. I used down payment assistance through the XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX program known as XXXX. I didn't have issues getting my home loan nor right after closing. In XX/XX/XXXX I became ill and was XXXX several times. I was diagnosed with two serious medical issues. As I continued to struggle with my health, I fell behind in my payments XXXX. I kept in contact with XXXX during this time. I called XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX to inform them of my plan to bring my account current in XXXX when I received my tax refund. This payment arrangement was acceptable to XXXX. As promised when I received my tax refund I paid the latter part of XX/XX/XXXX I paid three payments for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. In early XX/XX/XXXX my three payments were returned and I was informed that foreclosure proceedings had begun. I called XXXX at this time to discuss my account. When I called I was told my loan was no longer with XXXX and that is was back with Mortgage Solutions who was my original lender. I began reaching out to Mortgage Solutions at this time. I called Mortgage Solutions at XXXX. Starting inXX/XX/XXXX I was told Mortgage Solutions did not have my loan. Then I would contact XXXX and then would tell me they did not have my loan and that I needed to contact Mortgage Solutions. Meanwhile I submitted my request with my intent to cure so that I could remain in my home. I was able to get the sale date of the foreclosure postponed in XXXX. My health issues continued in XXXX. I've been with my employer for over 13 years. This is the same employer that I was with prior to buying my home. Due to my medical issues I'm unable to work my full time schedule as have previously have. This lead me to file bankruptcy last year. My priority was to improve my health and save my home. My bankruptcy lawyer was not the most helpful during this entire process. He to struggled in locating who actually had my mortgage. I was not receiving statements or anything during this time. I did not know who I should make payments too. The last time I tried to make payments on my loan the money was not accepted and returned to me. XXXX told me on several occasions that they could not accept my money. When I would contact Mortgage Solutions I couldn't get passed the receptionist or person who answers the corporate office phone. Mortgage Solutions never tried to help me nor were they kind to me. In the beginning when I closed my loan I was told they gave me a higher interest rate than what they were supposed too. I had to re-sign papers after I closed that I did not understand. Then when I really needed the assistance of Mortgage Solutions I couldn't get them to communicate with me or acknowledge that they indeed had my loan. Each time I called I would instantly be told Mortgage Solutions didn't have my loan. This process created an enormous amount of stress for me. Stress is a major activator for my medical condition. My bankruptcy attorney dropped the ball several times since I've been in bankruptcy. I applied for a loan modification in XX/XX/XXXX and was told the package was incomplete, despite having my attorney review the documents prior to me sending it in. I wasn't informed until XXXX that the package was incomplete. I immediately completed another package and confirmed with a real estate professional and my attorney that my package was complete. My attorney informed me that Mortgage Solutions had been granted a relief of stay. He didn't tell me what this meant or anything. I continued to follow up on my modification request. On XX/XX/XXXX I was told by the HAMP representative told me my hardship letter was unacceptable because it had XX/XX/XXXX as the date. I immediately updated my hardship letter and forwarded it on. Apparently the sale date on my home wasXX/XX/XXXX. No one informed me of this date. I was not notified by Mortgage Solutions nor my attorney. OnXX/XX/XXXX a man came to my house and gave me a paper stating my home had been sold and that I had 10 days to get out. The letter isn't on letterhead of any sort. There is a contact name and number on the paper. I have contacted the investor and have been given until XX/XX/XXXX to leave my home. I am so confused and devastated by this process. I have absolutely no place to go and have no place to turn. I believe my rights have been violated and really need assistance.

I am writing to address a matter of utmost importance regarding the mis-reporting of my account to the credit bureaus by Mortgage Solutions . This erroneous reporting has resulted in significant hardship for me, and I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter promptly. As a consumer, I am entitled to fair and accurate credit reporting in accordance with the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Regrettably, Mortgage Solutions has failed to fulfill its obligations to provide accurate reporting, and it is imperative that I bring this issue to your attention. Specifically, I have noticed that Mortgage Solutions had recorded my account as 30 days late for the month of XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX despite the fact that those months had not yet concluded when reported late. This is not an isolated incident ; its been happening ever since I was required to pay via certified check. Moreover, I must emphasize that Mortgage Solutions has neglected to consider my payment date of the XXXX, any grace period days, or postmark dates. Of particular concern is the fact that Mortgage Solutions has disregarded postmark dates for both incoming and outgoing correspondence. These inaccuracies in reporting have compelled me to file disputes with the credit bureaus, yet Mortgage Solutions has failed to rectify the errors in question. Additionally, I would like to draw your attention to an incident involving a lost check. A check sent on XX/XX/XXXX, as verified by certified mail tracking, was received by Mortgage Solutions on XX/XX/XXXX. However, the company marked the check as received on XX/XX/XXXX, which is 20 days after the postmark indicated its receipt. This incident has caused further distress and hardship for me. I am deeply disappointed by the mishandling of my account and payment history by Mortgage Solutions. It is of utmost importance that these inaccuracies be corrected without delay to prevent further negative impacts on my credit score. I have attached a screenshot of my XXXX credit report, which clearly shows five late payments, including the XXXX XXXX late entry as of XX/XX/2023. Furthermore, please note that although Mortgage Solutions assured me that they would rectify the reporting with the credit bureaus, the necessary corrections have not yet been reflected in the report. At present, my credit report indicates a XXXX late payment for XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. Mortgage Solutions ' mishandling of my account and payment history has made it exceedingly difficult for me to seek assistance. The significant damage inflicted on my credit report has resulted in my inability to qualify for credit, and if I do manage to secure credit, I am burdened with substantially higher interest rates due to my credit score. This, in turn, forces me to pay more for various financial obligations. Furthermore, I must highlight that Mortgage Solutions recommended that I explore assistance through HUD and other programs. However, when I reached out to these programs, I was informed that Mortgage Solutions does not participate, rendering me ineligible for support. Despite my efforts to seek clarification on this matter via email, Mortgage Solutions did not respond, leaving me without the help I desperately needed. Consequently, Mortgage Solutions has caused significant harm and disruption to my life. In light of the aforementioned circumstances, I earnestly request that Mortgage Solutions takes immediate action to address and rectify these issues in accordance with the guideline outlined in the fair credit reporting act. I kindly urge you to provide a timely response to this matter, as it is crucial for the resolution of the inaccurate reporting and the subsequent restoration of my credit score. It is my hope that by engaging with the appropriate regulatory authorities, the severity of the issue will be duly recognized, and the appropriate measures will be taken to rectify the damage caused. Thank you for your immediate attention to this pressing matter. A new XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, picks up said mortgages from fallen banks. XXXX is not a bank it was a serviced. And a crooked one at that. Aka XXXX. What has happened here is that XXXX XXXX picks up the old modification paperwork that I used from XXXX. That I tried to modify in XXXX Even in a less pen-dens to enforce the modification I had already begun and wanted to affirm and continue. But then they wanted to switch it out for a very different one. XXXX Then representing XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was terminated in federal court along with my X husband XXXX XXXX ( see attached ) in fact it was because they altered the original mortgage docs. And also added the legal description in which it didnt have. They illegally assigned this bogus loan to me. This was not the loan that I had been a party to in XXXX. That was found to be null and void. Recently I see a lien, and a mortgage with XXXX XXXX XXXX. Theyve got my old documents, and additional pages that are not my signature. And they appear to be modifying this loan for someone else. Using my equity. Please do something, this is soo very wrong Ive been advocating for my home for over 12 years now. In which I was supposed to receive in my divorce settlement in XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX is to blame for this constant nonsense. When his chapter XXXX attorney found no loan they created a new one and expect me to pay for him absconding with the equity. I see XXXX XXXX also received an amount of funds for excess asset forfeiture funds? In XXXX He probably received the title claim funds as well. I have received nothing and ate left destitute. Please Im nearly XXXX years old and are so disenheartened from the crime I find, Even XXXX XXXX is involved. They state that I sold my home on XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, in which I did not! Ive requested through a FOIA request the closing documents, and settlement statement. And they refuse to provide it. Please look in to this and review your stipulation file no 2014-CFPB-0001 RESPA Act 12 U.S.C. 2607 and of course codified. It appears that some good faith settlement occurred, however it appears that I was again overlooked for any funds, compensation, restitution, or rightful claim that I had. You released respondence from all potential liability for violations, and end with giving any legal or equitable right remedy or claim to no one other then their successors in interest. And many waivers added, most importantly the Last I. Any right to claim denial of due process. Any right to claim denial of due process! This is repugnant to the Constitution of the United States of America.! And that would make it null and void. Because not even the president, or your CO, or XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX has the right to deny our rights guaranteed us as as Americans. Your conclusion of Law here may be what has stood in the way of my finding much needed Relief. I would appreciate a concerted effort for the sake of Justice and myself to resolve this situation and make way for defending my rights under the law. Greetings, I have been having financial issues since XX/XX/XXXX and I could not make my XXXX payment for the first time since I have been with Mortgage Solutions since XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX I filed for bankruptcy and they were aware of that and they put me on modification. They assigned me an ally by the name of XXXX, he called me regularly and I also reached out to him regularly to see how the process was moving along, they approved the modification and in XXXX another gentleman called me and said that they needed more document from the underwriting team and I did not waste any time and sent them another application and all documents that they asked for in XX/XX/XXXX, I never heard back from them. I made a call to speak with XXXX and see if the other modification has been approved, but I could not find him and they told me it is with the underwriting team, I kept calling for the past XXXX months and no one can give me an answer, instead I receive XXXX letters saying that I missed the XXXX payment through XXXX of XXXX, now mind you we are in XX/XX/XXXX and no one reached to me and they use to call me weekly to check on my doing. XXXX my ally never called me since XXXX of XXXX early XXXX late XXXX to let me know that thank you for submitting everything and everything looks good. Now, on XX/XX/XXXX my bankruptcy got XXXX and Mortgage Solutions was on the XXXX letter as well my attorney also sent me a letter from Mortgage XXXX asking to do a modification or forbearance. Now, in XX/XX/XXXX, I received a phone call not from my ally which was XXXX, then XXXX, and now another young lady called me and told me that the underwriting team would not be able to continue with my XXXX XXXX XXXX that was approved by them and now they will not be able to continue due to XXXX liens that are on the property, first of all, that is a lie there is only XXXX by the HOA which should not be due to the fact they are included on my bankruptcy and the young lady says that I have a lien in XXXX when we closed on the property in XX/XX/XXXX. So I went online and got the information from XXXX XXXX clerks office and there is only XXXX XXXX and i also made contact with the attorney that the XXXX hired and explained to them and they understand. Now, if I could of been making payment for XXXX then I should of been able to also make my mortgage payment. Now, the only reason they want to stop the XXXX XXXX XXXX process, it is because i asked for assistance so I can be able to relocate my family so we dont become homeless and this is very unjust from XXXX XXXX very unfair that they will want to do this to us, after all the work and sending documents and writing letters. Our home was appraised for {$410000.00} in XXXX of XXXX and now they said that the appraisal is only {$370000.00} which is a joke, we invested a lot in the home by remodeling so how can the appraisal is now less then {$35000.00} that is insane. CFPB, we truly need help now please.

greetings, this is the second complaint against this company Mortgage Solutions of Colorado, the first one got resolved because I wrote a complaint to the CFPB for help. Now, I had a water claim that was resolved asap by my homeowner insurance XXXX by the way which is excellent at handling my claim fast due to my health condition being a XXXXXXXX XXXX and they also knew that I am going out of the country. So XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX the claim examiner got my claim resolved fast and I received the check within three days when they told me that it would take 5 to 10 days, so happy for the way XXXX handle my claim. Now, before I got the check I called mortgage solutions to let them know that I will be sending a check that I will need asap to be endorsed and sent back to me please because I have an emergency and that I have the workers ready to start work asap. I also told them that I can not be going back and forth upstairs using the bathroom due to my XXXX XXXX and XXXX, that bathroom in my master bathroom was built by the VA for me with the HISA grant after I purchase the property, it unfortunate ii had a major leak and I paid to fix for the leak out of my pocket to stop any further damages which are why also I got my claim resolved in such a smooth manner. I spoke with an agent by the name of XXXX, she was very kind and professional she gave me all the information that was needed to get the check endorsed and get it back within two days. she told me that not to sign the check-in the front of the check find any blank place and write this following tracking number XXXX and she also provided me with the address to send the check. On Monday, XX/XX/2021 I sent the check via XXXX overnight in the amount of {$50.00} and they received it on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX and it was signed by XXXX XXXX. now the two days I should have received the check back on the XX/XX/XXXX but since it was veterans day ok, it should have been Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, or Saturday, XX/XX/XXXX which is the date that I am writing the complaint. I have made numerous calls were on Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with a supervisor that told me that I should receive the check endorsed the following day, I called on Friday four times and spoke with four different agents and one supervisor and they said that they are waiting for the corporate office to approve the check, but when I call the corporate office they said that they don't have it and it has nothing to do with them. I will like to know why a mortgage company is making it so difficult when the insurance companies are usually the ones that make it hard for homeowners, I don't know why this company does that to the military family it is shamed and unjust and just sad. They have so much company involved with a check that it doesn't make any sense, I sent the check to the money source, then the supervisor says thank you for reaching out to the citizens. wow, I just don't know CFPB please help.

I refinanced my home in XX/XX/XXXXXXXX and everything was perfect. XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter stating that my Escrow account was low and that my mortgage would go up about {$400.00} per month for the next year to put money back into my Escrow account. I was not able to pay that so I called several times trying to find out what happened to the money. Finally, in XXXX, someone from Escrow told me that they had sent my insurance company over {$3700.00} in XX/XX/XXXXXXXX and {$1900.00} in XX/XX/XXXX. I asked why but they could not tell me. I called the insurance company and they said that they had sent the {$3700.00} back to them in XXXX. The mortgage company said that they did not receive it. I went back to the insurance company and they said that they would have to check to see if it had been cashed and that would take some time. If it had not, then they would send it to me and I could get it to the mortgage company. During all of this time, I can not pay my mortgage because they do not accept partial payments and I do not have an extra {$400.00} dollars to put with the payment. I had never been late nor missed a payment until now. They told me that I could put in for a hardship and they would do something to help me with the payments. I put it in and gave them all of the forms they requested and they used the date of XX/XX/XXXX as the completion date. They called me twice a week giving me updates. I received a package from them about XX/XX/XXXX and I called them to see what did it mean. I was told that my hardship was denied and there was nothing that they could do. I needed to pay all the money owed asap. I was also informed that my mortgage payment was now only {$27.00} more and that was put in effect in XXXX, after they received the money from the insurance company! No one told me any of this before! I could have been paying my mortgage.I was the one who went back an forth between them and the insurance to rectify the situation, no one else at the company cared to do their job and investigate. I used to pay online and each month, I would go online to pay but I was not permitted. None of this would have happened if someone had done their job. I had to go back and forth with them and the insurance company to find out the problem. They did nothing but add more money to my payment and mess my credit report up. I could not even borrow money to pay them nor get a new HVAC unit because of the lates on my credit report. My a/c needs to be replaced but all I can do is pay several hundreds of dollars twice a month for freon because no one will give me a loan now that I have all of these late payments from my mortgage company. Can someone please help me. The mortgage company is Mortgage Solutions. I know that I owe for all of these months but I need time to pay it back and I don't think that these lates on my credit report is my fault. Please help me. Thank you and have a great day.

My husband and I decided to get a home built back in XX/XX/XXXX as first time buyers. The scheduled time for the home to be completed was XX/XX/XXXX. Prior to the initial closing process, our loan/officer processor submitted our information to the underwriter of Mortgage Solutions of Colorado LLC, as a preliminary review. All was good. As time approached to us closing which started in XXXX, we submitted all necessary documents the lender asked for in less than one business day. The turn around time for them to look at the documents were 1-2 weeks top turnaround. We understood during Covid, processing takes a little longer, so, we understood. XXXX approaches and they send a rental history verification to our place of living. Well in order to do that, we had to put in our 60 day notice. So fine, we did that. End of XXXX approaches and here we are back at square one with them asking for the same documents they originally been asking for. So again, we submitted. Again, our turnaround time was less than one day. Now we are approaching XXXX, we finally get a closing disclosure. Surely this was it. Well it wasn't. They ask for the same information once again. Being concerned that time was approaching to our close date, I reached out to the Account Executive ( XXXX XXXX ) that was over our account. My experience with XXXX was the worse. I expressed my concern to XXXX and was looking to see what was happening. XXXX did not give a care in the world. He reasoning was its due to Covid and turn around time is 30-70 days turnaround. He continued to interrupt me and disregarded my concern as a new buyer. Mind you nothing was wrong with our credit, income etc. And also mind you, we started the process back in XXXX which now we are in 90 days. Outside of the SLA XXXX XXXX mentioned above. Now we are in XXXX and yet still nothing. We received a cancellation notice with the builder due to lack of closing. This information was forwarded to Mortgage Solutions team from my understanding and still, nothing. DO NOT choose this lender to close your loan. They have given us XXXX and this is suppose to be an excitement and joy as first time buyers. Other than their lack of fair service, there is no other reason why we should not have closed. This isn't the only platform I will submit my complaint because this has caused us to be put in a situation on many levels. We have to consider now where we are moving with now our lease being up to leave our apartment, my children being withdrawn from their school with the assumption we were moving because of our Closing Disclosure we received. Mortgage Solutions of Colorado LLC is pathetic and have lazy, sorry associates representing their values. If they have any. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

Mortgage Solutions Financial ( MSF ) is the mortgage company involved in my complaint. I am the property owner and I purchased the property on XX/XX/XXXX with escrow payments for the property taxes to be collected, managed, & disbursed by MSF in a timely manner. MSF took the account off escrow in error sometime between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. No XXXX taxes have been successfully processed to date, eventhough the MSF tax portal shows disbursements. The money was taken from the escrow on XX/XX/XXXX, but is unaccounted for. Specifically the taxing authorities involved have not received payment. Also of concern is that the disbursements dated XX/XX/XXXX don't include the late fees and as stated have not been submitted to the taxing authorities. Where is the money? In a nutshell, MSF is not taking the matter serious and I am being assessed late fees. Here is a synopsis of my actions in an attempt to quickly resolve this issue. I received a delinquent tax notice on XX/XX/XXXX for the XXXX County Tax Assessor for I immediately called MSF and was informed that my account had been removed from Escrow Payments in error and that I would receive a letter in 2 weeks advising that the problem was corrected. I paid the tax bill on XX/XX/XXXX to avoid late fees. I paid in total XXXX, see receipt attached below. Between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I have not received any update or correspondence about the mistake made by MSF as it relates to the escrow issue. On XX/XX/XXXX I received two delinquent notices from : 1. MUD # 2 original tax amount XXXX, current amount is now XXXX includes a 7 % delinquent fee of XXXX as of XX/XX/XXXX ( see attached notice of delinquency dated XX/XX/XXXX ) 2. R.U.D. original amount XXXX, current amount is now XXXX includes a delinquent fee of XXXX as of XX/XX/XXXX ( see attached notice of delinquency dated XX/XX/XXXX ). I checked with both taxing authorities and verified that no payment has been received to date. I then called MSF and spoke with XXXX ( manager in the tax department ) and was advised that on XX/XX/XXXX the funds were withdrawn from my escrow account but the money has not been mailed to the taxing authorities as of today XX/XX/XXXX and can not be accounted for. I sent an email to MSF because I am very concerned about this issue. I am filing this complaint so that I will have support from CFPB that someone in authority will address my concern. My monthly mortgage includes billing for taxes and MSF is holding sufficient funds in the escrow account to cover the taxes. I don't know what more I can do. I've called and called but no one at MSF is assisting me.

I applied for getting a house loan with mortgage solutions in XXXX 2016. I was led to believe I was approved and received a preapproval letter of {$270.00}. Everyday he was telling me tomorrow you will get your approval letter. Our closing date was XXXX/XXXX/2016 he wanted us to extend it. The seller extended the closing date a few times. He still was promising the next day we will hear from the underwriters, he played this game for three months. Finally XXXX/XXXX/2016 after my friend gave me 20 % down and he came to the bank to get the bank letter he said he needs to send this to underwriter and they will send an approval letter and we will close the next day. On XXXX/XXXX/2016 I insist for him to give me an answer since we were close to XXXX weekend and the schools were opening we still had no house to go to, my daughter did not know where she would go for school, I was living in boxes since the week before the original date of closing ( XXXX/XXXX/2016 ) and I ended up paying double to continue staying in my apartments after I ended my lease. It was the most terrifying experience to buy a house with this lender, for me and my children. Everyday I was under the belief that we are getting the approval the next day for three months. Finally XXXX/XXXX/2016 he wrote a I am sorry letter and that the underwriters only approve me for {$180000.00}. He said in that letter that the underwriters did not accept the child support income for the loan. This information and all my information were clear from the beginning and he admit at some point and apologized for letting me to believe I was approved when I was n't for the loan. I am a single mother of XXXX children. I lost the property and even though I found another lender the same day and they approved me in three days this interaction with mortgage solution made me lose a lot of money ( the appraisal, penalty of staying longer in the apartments and paying double for each day ) and the lender was completely aware of my family situation and the stress of not knowing where we should live. The lender was well aware of us having to walk through the house and we were all ready to move in. The seller did not agree with extending the contract with the new lender and we ended up losing the house. I have all of these documentations and If I can provide more information please let me know.

I am a veteran with a mortgage being serviced by Mortgage Solutions Financial ( MSF ). I enrolled with the company for a Covid 19 forbearance due to hardships caused by the pandemic a little over a year ago. Upon the completion of the year of forbearance, XX/XX/XXXX of 2021, I informed them I was still experiencing hardship and requested XXXX VA XXXX XXXX Refund Modification Loan, attaching VA XXXX XXXX to affirm my qualification ( Attachment A ). They instead said that I did not qualify for the no document deferment and put me on a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX without notifying me or getting my consent. Upon learning of the modification when I saw it on my online mortgage profile, I informed them that I did not want to do that modification loan, I asked that they take me off that modification loan. I had my attorney reach out to them and reassert my wish to be on the CRML and provided to them the specific VA XXXX affirming my qualification for the CRML option which they denied ( Attachment B ). MSF then sent my attorney a letter stating that they would review me for the CRML but it would take up to 60 days to complete. They also stated that I sent them an application for the XXXX on the XXXX of XXXX but I never did ( Attachment C ). On XX/XX/XXXX, MSF sent me a letter stating they could not complete an application for the " no documentation '' CRML unless I sent financial documentation. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted MSF Loss Mitigation department and asked them why they need financial documentation for the " no document '' CRML. The MSF representative informed me that they needed it to process an application for a CRML that achieves a 31 % reduction in my monthly principal and interest payment. I informed the rep that in my request for the CRML I attached the specific VA XXXX XXXX that explicitly stated that service providers are to consider Steps A and B of the CRML before Step C and asked to have the underwriter review the Circular. On the XXXX of XXXX, I spoke with XXXX XXXX another MSF rep who advised me that a third party submitted and signed an application on my behalf requesting the XXXX XXXX CRML. MSF notified me if the " application '' is not approved, they can initiate the foreclosure process.

Greetings, I have been having financial issues since XX/XX/XXXXXXXX and I could not make my XXXX payment for the first time since I have been with Mortgage Solutions since XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX I filed for bankruptcy and they were aware of that and they put me on modification. They assigned me an XXXX by the name of XXXX, he called me regularly and I also reached out to him regularly to see how the process was moving along, they approved the modification and in XXXX another gentleman called me and said that they needed more document from the underwriting team and I did not waste any time and sent them another application and all documents that they asked for in XX/XX/XXXX, I never heard back from them. I made a call to speak with XXXX and see if the other modification has been approved, but I could not find him and they told me it is with the underwriting team, I kept calling for the past two months and no one can give me an answer, instead I receive two letters saying that I missed the XXXX payment through XXXX of XXXX, now mind you we are in XX/XX/XXXX and no one reached to me and they use to call me weekly to check on my doing. XXXX my XXXX never called me since XXXX of XXXX early XXXX late XXXX to let me know that thank you for submitting everything and everything looks good. Now, on XX/XX/XXXX my bankruptcy got discharged and Mortgage Solutions was on the discharged letter as well my attorney also sent me a letter from Mortgage Solutions asking to do a modification or forebearance. Now, they want to pay XXXX XXXX plus dollars to bring my mortgage up to date when they are aware of all my financial burdens and I asked them to please lower my monthly payment becasue i dont want to loose my house and they have not done so and they are also saying I am delinquent on the mortgage. I will attach a letter from the VA showing that they are still processing my XXXX claims and my wife is not working, I am a XXXX percent total and XXXX XXXX veteran, when my mortgage was {$1100.00} a month I had no problem paying monthly but now my mortgage has been {$2000.00} a month and I was making payment on that amount and then obstacles occured and in XX/XX/XXXX I could not make it anymore.

We had went through the loan process to obtain a home through Mortgage solutions of Colorado. We had a pre-approval of {$350000.00} in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. I had a guarantee that this company would get me into my home. We began looking for a home. We had found a home and going through the process of obtaining it. I had put down the earnest money for it and everything else. Finally it came to a few days before closing. The closing date kept changing because the underwriters kept wanting documents and statements regarding items on my credit report. I had made everything current that they had asked for such as my credit card and another loan. I even went through the process to allow them to talk to my creditors and prove I was current. The day we were supposed to close they denied me because even though I made current on my credit card and proved it, it still showed I was late on it. Now they have left a veteran and his family XXXX and have not made any attempts to fix the situation by giving the monies back that way paid into it. It has been 48 hours since the phone call denial and after numerous attempts to get documentation of the denial, they have yet to send it to me or my realtor. They left our family XXXX and they left the sellers XXXX because the sellers moved out and were living in a hotel until I was able to close so they can get their home. I had asked for the denial letter numerous times so I can proceed with further legal action if possible. I have tried to obtain contact information so I can speak to the President but no one is willing to give it out. No one has since contacted us or anything since my denial to see how my family was doing or try to find a way to fix the situation. Keep in mind this was all over a credit card that was showing late on my report even after varifying current status. In the state of North Carolina it is illegal for the lender to guarantee me a home all the way up to closing and then deny me the day of closing. I feel like I was scammed just so this company can make money.

Greetings, We had a claim since XXXX of XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX insurance for water damage which was paid for partial in XXXX and we as the homeowners did all the fixing of our home by using our own money and we hired an attorney to sue the insurance company. Now, in XXXX of XXXX we finally won the lawsuit and the settlement was sent with a letter of explanation to the mortgage company explaining that this was a settlement and that no adjusters worksheet is needed as they keep asking over and over again. This is the third time I had to make a complaint about this mortgage company for their abuse of practice and the way they treat us clients. I sent them the check endorsed and told them that we have used every single fund we had to fix our home and they can send an inspector to see that the house as no issue what so ever to verify that the house is in inpecable state. Instead they keep insisting on adjuster worksheet and adjuster bid for a closed claim since XXXX? Please help ; we are tired and stressed. I had to file bankruptcy due to lack of funds, and I need my money, but not theirs. My wife and I closed on a home on XXXX XX/XX/2022 on a fixed rate. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX veteran my home of record is Alabama. We purchased in Alabama because we would be exempt from taxes. Ever since we closed every month my mortgage has been a different amount, not to mention I'm still paying taxes every month. I've faxed in my paperwork with the parcel number to Mortgage Solutions, they told me it was up to their company whether or not I'm tax exempt and I have to fill out paperwork and it would take up to 6 weeks before I get an answer. None of this sounded correct so I called the closing lawyer ( will not return my call ) to make sure. I served my country, and I would like answers. I don't mind paying if I owe it, but none of this seems fair to me and I want to know where my money is going, why have my mortgage not been the same amount since my first payment all the way to this month ( XXXX ), and why is it up to the company if I'm tax exempt, when it states that as long as I'm a Veteran and I purchase in the State of my home of record ( Alabama ) I should be tax exempt. My mortgage is supposed to be {$1900.00} ( including insurance ) before tax exemption, after it is supposed to be {$1900.00}. I paid {$1900.00} once my first payment in XXXX. The lawyer gave me these vouchers to send in with my payment they won't accept them. The payment I made with the voucher was never applied to my account until XXXX where I had to pay {$2000.00} After I get letters in the mail, I owe {$3900.00} for XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX after making my payments on time. I got another for {$1900.00} then I get 1 for {$2100.00} starting XX/XX/XXXX, now I have 1 for {$2000.00} ( I paid this month, XXXX ). During this process I'm getting more mail from them stating my account is 30 days delinquent on top of all this I'm still being charged taxes. I have been working with Mortgage Solutions Financial to resolve a lost draft claim for nearly 12 months throughout XXXX. In XXXX, our home had water damage where we filed a claim with our insurance company. The mortgage company held the funds and was to release them back to me as we completed work and received sign off. In XXXX of XXXX, construction was completed and all the final documentation was submitted to the lender for final disbursement. I contacted them and they said they had everything and would send out an adjuster/appraiser to verify the work was complete. That was done the second week of XXXX and I was told I would have the final disbursement in two weeks. In XXXX of XXXX, my load was transferred from one lender to another and during that process, all the paperwork for the lost draft reimbursement was lost by the lender. I had to work with them through XXXX to recover as much as possible to resolve the reimbursement which came in XXXX. During this time, the lender charged me late fees for the mortgage payments they were holding in lost draft and wouldn't release. I escalated often that this can be handled one of two ways, either pay me interest owed on the monies they incorrectly withheld and I will pay them the late fees or waive the late fees and I will waive the interest charges they should pay. They are unwilling to do either and after nearly 30+ phone calls, they fail to take ownership of their failure/mistakes and never have they owned the problem. They continue to pay not my department game and shuffle me back an forth to avoid accountability. Clearly they not only have faulted processes and systems but their employees and leadership don't take accountability for their actions as a company. This could be easily resolved but their leadership won't step up, which is disgraceful Please contact me for additional details as necessary.

My XX/XX/2019 mortgage payment had returned NSF and then paid in XX/XX/XXXX. I then made my XX/XX/2019 payment online, but then Mortgage Solutions called asking for my XX/XX/2019 payment. So I went back online and made the payment again thinking it didn't work the first time, but it did so the second payment I made NSF. Which caused me to have two NSFs, therefore I have to mail in my payment until XX/XX/2019, I was told. I mailed my XX/XX/2019 payment to the address on the payment coupon certified mailed. They said they never received it, so I went to the post office and got a copy of the receipt signed that they did received it. I gave them that information, but they continued to call me about it. So I asked how I could send the information, one option was to email it to " XXXX '' and so I did. I have uploaded a copy of the email response being undeliverable to this email. And I have also included a copy of the payment coupon with the address that I sent my payment to that they say they didn't receive. And a copy of the money order stub and certified letter receipt for both XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. They told me to send the payments to the corporate office. So I send XX/XX/XXXX 's payment to the corporate office address. I find it strange that I couldn't find a customer service phone number on line for this company and that even though I mailed my payment to the address on the payment coupon they provided, my payment didn't make it to them. And also that they provided me with an email address that isn't valid. Now I find that they have reported on the credit bureau that I missed a payment. I just called them but they were not opened yet, but the automotive system says that my next due is XX/XX/2019, which is correct. Now I just need them to remove the late and/or missed payment from the credit bureau reporting systems.

In XXXX, I noticed that a payment was made from my escrow account to my flood insurance company. However, I had previously paid the premium since it was due while we were still going through the refinance process and I was concerned it could/would get lost in the bureaucracy and my insurance would lapse ( I live on the water in Florida so one can imagine how important it is to maintain flood and hurricane insurance ). I contacted the mortgage company and after some investigation they determined that On XXXX XX/XX/2020, they did in fact receive a return as overpayment the {$2500.00} and it was being processed. Move forward to my XXXX statement and no return of the funds to my escrow account. When I explained the situation, customer care sent me to the insurance side of the company since it dealt with insurance. Insurance said they can not see my account at the level needed and said I needed to speak to customer care. I informed them that it was customer care who sent me to insurance. The representative said not to mention the insurance aspect when discussing the escrow refund. Customer care ultimately sent me back to insurance. Tried as I XXXX, I just could not get my point across without giving the story some context that it dealt with an insurance payment. So, after two hours of discussion between the two offices, the line was severed or ... I have since sent two e-mails to them and received no response. I really do not know if this rises to level of a complaint but I am at my wits end concerning what I have available to get relief- other than some civil action requiring a lawyer and likely to cost more than my r efund. Bottom Line - my escrow is shy {$2500.00} And it appears my mortgage company - Mortgage Solutions Financial refuses to or is incapable of refunding the returned amount.

Sometime in XX/XX/XXXX, I was contacted by XXXX XXXX via U.S. mail offering a home refinance using the VA IRRRL program. The final discussion between the two of us was that the refinance will be done thru Mortgage Solutions of Colorado. On XX/XX/XXXX Mortgage Solutions emailed me a Closing Disclosure. I did not agree to the monthly mortgage amount so I called XXXX and told him that I did not like the amount. On XX/XX/XXXX Mortgage Solutions emailed me another Closing Disclosure with a smaller monthly mortgage. My wife and I signed that Closing Disclosure. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX emailed me a copy of the same Closing Disclosure that my wife and I signed. In XX/XX/XXXX, I received a mail from Mortgage Solutions increasing my monthly mortgage plus a shortage amount for the duration of the home loan. In XX/XX/XXXX, I found out from XXXX that Mortgage Solutions did not impound my homeowners insurance which led to XXXX cancelling the insurance that I purchased. Because of the lapse in the in the insurance dates, my homeowners insurance went up. The reason I refinanced is to have a lower monthly mortgage. My monthly mortgage is much higher now and it went up further because of increase in homeowners insurance. I think that Mortgage Solutions played with the numbers in order to gain my business initially. They should also be responsible for the increase in my homeowners insurance. My husband and I are in the middle of hopefully closing on a home through Mortgage Solutions of Colorado , Llc. This process has been the most emotional and XXXX experience of our lives. The company started out on the wrong foot by waiting until two days before closing to look at our file, then sent us through hoops to prove things like a debit card reissuance in XXXX or proof of XXXX in XXXX. The company even went so far as to say we needed adoption papers for my husband 's name change when he was adopted at age XXXX. They claimed our marriage was not filed with the state even though we provided the marriage license to them. Every time they asked for something new, we gave it back to them immediately or the next morning. Those things would have been minor had they all been sent in the beginning. However, we are now XXXX days past our original closing date, and the company refuses to issue us the final closing papers due to a spelling error for which they have an amendment and a copy of the title of the home verifying the correct spelling of the home 's address. Not to mention the fact that when the loan estimates and closing disclosures were issued we specifically asked if the misspelling would cause a delay, but we were assured it would not. The company has deliberately been delaying our closing in the hopes that we will or the seller will back out of the deal. I called Mortgage Solutions after receiving a hit to my credit, which showed my credit dropping and which referred to a deed lieu, which I don't have with them. This property was sold in a short sale, closed in XX/XX/XXXX, I received this notice in XX/XX/XXXX. I first called XX/XX/XXXX and spoke to a person who said they were with loss mitigation who gave her name as XXXX XXXX and who asked me to mail documents at the time to XXXX, her words went along the lines she saw an account open but could not understand why. She requested I send the documents I have, I emailed what I had, a letter stating that if there was any debt, Mortgage Solutions Financial would not come after me for, also a release of deed issued. She requested I call back and check if she had received them, called back there was no luck reaching her XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX was in was unsuccessful overall reaching someone, this at first was a series of phone tags, transfers went to the automated system, the automated system would not get me to a person. Contacted XXXXXXXX XXXX who my Mortgage was with through Mortgage Solutions today on XXXX XXXX and spent over 2 hours trying to get to the right person to help with the situation. The associate XXXX hung up on me after XXXX mins of working. I was in forbearance from XXXX - XXXX of XXXX and then approved on XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXXXXXX for a partial claim after receiving a bill for ~ {$36000.00}. I am now trying to finance a home and can not due to a single 120 day late charge reported on my credit. XXXX stated on a recorded line that she could see that there were corrections reported to in the past and that it was put into the system for correction and never completed. This is unacceptable and needs to be corrected immediately as the lack of action from the company is causing financial damages to my family and life. This single 120 day late payment reported is impossible as there are no XXXX or 90 day lates prior to that. XXXX of XXXX my mortgage was bought by XXXX XXXX and the late payments were reported in error by them as well. Please reference CFPB Complaint ID XXXX. There were issues with XXXX XXXX at the time of the reported late charges and according to the XXXX XXXX claim, that is what caused the reporting issue. I do not know if Mortgage Solutions have the same system as XXXX XXXX but the open ticket number if recorded correctly by XXXX is XXXX.

Mortgage Solutions of Colorado LLC. asked me to send them my complete financial information via fax and/or emai, in which we did. I do have a sale date of XXXX XXXX, 2016 and I have called Mortgage Solutions of Colorado LLC. to check status on my file, and my sale date. I just spoke with XXXX a representative in the Loss Mitigation Department on behalf of Mortgage Solutions of Colorado LLC. and was informed my file is complete and was forward to the processing department and is currently in line for review. However when I asked about the sale date XXXX informed me they, Mortgage Solutions of Colorado , LLC, do NOT postpone sale dates until the package is complete. XXXX XXXX she just told me my file was complete and because of the completion the file was forward for underwriting and asked her to correct me if I am wrong? XXXX placed me on hold and came back on the line to inform me they will try to review my file and I can call back tomorrow to check status on my file and see if they did not sell my property. We are attempting to fix our house from storm damage. The mortgage company Mortgage Solutions of Colorado took our insurance check and it has been increasingly difficult to get payment from them to pay our contractors. I recently submitted the required paperwork for payment to our painter, had the inspection and then i received an email stating " Your loan has been service transferred, our company is no longer assisting with claim. I'm the Buyer and Buying agent of my first home in Florida. We were supposed to close on the property with an FHA mortgage on XXXX XXXX, 2020. We were using a lender that outsourced the underwriting to Mortgage Solutions of Colorado, who subsequently informed us it would take another month to close on the property after we had already extended the deal 3 weeks. I then swapped lender to a friend of mine who had the file underwritten in 1 week, however, they need the FHA case number for our appraisal transferred from the old underwriter, to them. The old underwriter we were using has taken another 3 weeks to respond to us. My question is if there is a time limit they have to transfer the appraisal 's FHA case number. Even after we swapped lenders, the old lender is still holding up our closing because they won't transfer the case number. We obviously have a lot riding on this home closing ; schools, furniture, a lease ending soon where we live currently, and we face losing our escrow deposit money. All because the old lender won't timely transfer the FHA case number. We will be facing serious damages if they do not. mortgage solutions have been reporting a late payment since XXXX when I had my account switch to a new processor and I have been fighting with them to get it resolved because I never make any late payment. now today XX/XX/XXXX, I just received an alert from the credit bureaus that I am delinquent for 150 days and since XX/XX/XXXX, they have not received payment. now, mind you I was on a forbearance plan and I called to make payments so I can modify the loan. I was applying for a refinance on my primary residence with Mortgage Solutions Financial. The representative told me the loan was approved, that they had found financing with XXXX XXXX and that he had some difficulty getting it approved. He requested supporting documents and ordered an appraisal which I paid for. Five days later he emails me asking to show more liquid assets and explain why there was a lien on my home ( which there wasn't ). Even after explaining no lien and sending proof from XXXX XXXX county he said he was closing the loan and canceling the appraisal. He offered no explanation why he was looking for more assets. The entire email conversation was less than an hour while I was working from from him asking for more assets to giving up. He ignored my questions about the supposed lien. When I contacted him by phone he essentially said that there was nothing he could do and offered no explanation as to why he was canceling the loan. He did not give any details about what underwriting had found and never offered to have me talk to the underwriter. He gave me nothing except an offer to talk to his manager.

In XX/XX/XXXX through no fault of the " Mortgage Solution '' we received a notice from the mortgage Co, that our escrow was short. Unfortunately our city property taxes, went up from XXXX to XXXX. So I went to my city to figure out what was going on. I was informed that I had not filed my exemptions in 3 years and was getting money back for all three years. My problem is that after I went to XXXX Courthouse, on the check back for 2017, they told me to send the 'overpayment ' amount to the mortgage co , and they would then adjust my amount due. I did that on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, my mortgage was still over XXXX. So I called them and was told, that the county letter of 'overpayment ' was not enough from them. They would need direct info from XXXX. Then in XX/XX/XXXX I sent in XXXX to mortgage co. towards my tax escrow. They told me, because of the shortage that would not be enough to go down on my mortgage. Everytime I talk to someone there, I'm getting another lie. I recently received a mortgage financed by your company. I also just received notice that my loan has been transferred. I am trying to have my escrow account for property taxes adjusted. I am exempt form property taxes because of my veteran status. I am trying to have my monthly payments reflect the new escrow amount. My current monthly payment is {$1700.00}. With the adjustment for property taxes my monthly payment will be approximately {$1600.00}. When I tried to make a payment by phone today I wanted to pay {$1600.00}. However, since there are no documentation currently that reflects my tax payments I was told that I need to pay {$1700.00}. I have submitted the required paperwork proving my exemption status twice. I believe in the process of the loan being transferred my documentation has not been received. I have also called several times to have this situation taken care of but, receive a different answer every time. Greetings, We had a claim since XXXX of XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX insurance for water damage which was paid for partial in XXXX and we as the homeowners did all the fixing of our home by using our own money and we hired an attorney to sue the insurance company. Now, in XXXX of XXXX we finally won the lawsuit and the settlement was sent with a letter of explanation to the mortgage company explaining that this was a settlement and that no adjusters worksheet is needed as they keep asking over and over again. This is the third time I had to make a complaint about this mortgage company for their abuse of practice and the way they treat us clients. I sent them the check endorsed and told them that we have used every single fund we had to fix our home and they can send an inspector to see that the house as no issue what so ever to verify that the house is in inpecable state. Instead they keep insisting on adjuster worksheet and adjuster bid for a closed claim since XXXX? Please help ; we are tired and stressed. I had to file bankruptcy due to lack of funds, and I need my money, but not theirs.

Many fees were incuured and the repairs that was ordered by the appraiser were done poorly and the damages are still here today ( attached report and images ). The repairs was ordered to " Remove debris, repair fencing and properly landscape rear yard '' but now I have to deal with broken fences and hazardous objects int he ground. Final Version Closing Disclosure was also provided only 1 day to closing when 3 days is the minimum. Additional complains to other local and federal regulators will be filed. My payment was increased {$61.00} to cover an escrow shortage. I never received notice that there was an increase so my payments were considered short. Because of this, my automatic payments were not credited and they claim I have missed two payments. I have been talking to them for days and getting no resolution. Here is just some of what I have been told. My homeowners insurance increased by XXXX per year. That would be roughly {$12.00} per month increase. When I contacted their office I spoke to several people. I was told that because the value of my home increased, the loan payment increased. I was told that I would need to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA. because the county dictates my payment amount. This was an increase in homeowners, not taxes. We submitted payment on XX/XX/XXXX for our mortgage payment. 5 days later the money was still in my bank account so I inquired with the mortgage company and they said they got a generic kickback of the payment from the bank. I then submitted payment on the phone with the representative. She stated that the account would not be marked as delinquent since payment was processing. Two days later I am notified by email that I have a late payment. We am going to lose our current home loan as we are in the process of purchasing a new home. I tried to talk to the lender and resolve issue. They refused to transfer me to any other person. I called three times. I eventually got an address to send a letter overnight. I asked for an investigation based on the conversation I had with the agent on the phone and I do not know how the process will be resolved with me. The agent told me this happens a lot. I have called and emailed Mortgage Solutions Financial multiple times with no success in resolving this issue. I obtained a cashiers check on XX/XX/23 from my bank to mail the same date to the companys payment address. This is the second time I have mailed a payment and my payment is lost despite having mailed certified mail and tracking showing that it was delivered and signed for on XX/XX/23. Everytime Ive called, Ive been told they are putting in an investigation and that someone will call me. Its been almost a month and nobody can seem to figure out where my check is. Ive sent photographic proof of the cashiers check along with the tracking number etc. Nobody is giving me answers and I am now late and subject to a late fee and receiving emails and calls saying that this will affect my credit score although all of the evidence and all of my phone calls should be noted in their phone logs and on my account.

I sold a house in XXXX of XXXX. I was current at the time of closing and was never aware of any missed payments or late payments. It is reporting 120 day late payments every single month for the past 2 years on that account. I have called the company Mortage Solutions Finance every single month for the past year to inquire about these errors on my report and they can not supply me with any information, or in fact that or ever existed. I had past issues with Mortgage Solutions of Colorado, LLC. Specifically XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX dating back to XXXX of 2018. I noted their disclosures/closing costs were extremely high, but was urged to sign to keep the process moving. Eventually, I was able to cut ties and close through another lender at 1/4 the cost. I put everything behind me ; however, I was recently contacted by XXXX regarding a refinance. He professionally referred to me as a XXXX off During the lending process, they denied my COE, claiming I fraudulently altered it and told me I was a liar. It was then determined that their administrative personnel did not correctly request my COE. I contacted the VA, and it was confirmed that no requests were made through the portal by mortgage solutions. I have emails of correspondence to support this, but majority of the discussion was held by phone in XXXX 2018.

I applied for a mortgage in XXXX and at closing paid the required escrow. In early XXXX, my lending, Mortgage Solutions Financial, send me a check for about XXXX saying that that money was escrow overage. When I called my lender, they stated the money was mine to spend. I was n't aware that anything was wrong. Around 12 months later, XX/XX/XXXX, I received a notice that my escrow was short XXXX. My lender is now requiring that I pay an additional XXXX ( new payment of XXXX ) per month to cure the shortage! Upon researching, I discovered that my taxes were assessed at land value for the year that I closed ( XXXX ) ; however, I do n't know why my lender would NOT have adjusted my expected escrow for the full purchase price the following year ( XXXX for year XXXX ). I ca n't afford this dramatic increase in mortgage payment.

I got XXXX and was off work for a couple of months and we got behind on the mortgage so I wanted to do a modification and went through the process we sent in all our information and waited on their response. Finally we got a letter in the mail informing us that our mortgage payment has went up over XXXX dollars a month for the rest of the loan. Our payment went from XXXX to XXXX for the remainder of the loan. We were told to pay the new monthly payment or they will take home. After talking to many different people asking why our mortgage has went up someone finally told me that after looking at our finances they determined that we could afford the make the higher payment and if we could n't we would have to do a short sale or get our home taken. This is the WORST mortgage company in America!!!!!

i requested a copy of my entire file, including the notes made on my file in order to audit it, I believe that the fees I was charged at closing were not consistent with the actual amount paid to the agencies. After my first request, I was given only the note, mortgage, and cd ( which they referred to as the XXXX, obviously incorrect since I closed long after TRID ) I rerequested my entire file, asking to include everything pertaining to my loan with them, and I have gotten nothing. I purchased my home in XXXX of 2017. I felt like I was forced to go with this company or I could risk having my information shared on the internet or stolen by the loan officer. I found out my credit report was ran after opening an email he sent containing all of my personal information ; it was scary and surreal because I knew I had not shared this information. On XX/XX/2020, mortgage solutions of Colorado denied my request for mortgage. The stated reason was for DTI die to debts from a non-borrowimg spouse. These debts were accrued prior to the marriage and under Texas Family Code Chapter 3 Sections 3.201 and 3.202 I the borrower am not liable for the debt. I believe it is improper and illegal under Texas state law for the lender to attempt to deny the loan under these conditions. My mortgage company falsely added 120 days of being late on paying my mortgage on my credit which was incorrect.
