As a seller I signed and closed my documents on XX/XX/XXXX. My house had been vacant since XXXX and the process had taken a while. On XXXX the buyer was not able to close because the buyers cash deposit was not accepted. This should have been discussed a while back. The buyer now and me the seller are in a waiting game with this lender. The lender is not responsive to my realtor and to the title company. The lending company is lending XXXX or mortgage one solutions in XXXX virginia. Their address is. Their XXXX and XXXX reviews will tell you to stay away from them. The fact that they are not responsive with something like a home sale is disturbing and as a consumer I urge for this company to be audited and reviewed.

Have dealing with XXXX XXXX ( One mortgage solution ) to consolidated my account, provide 2 check XXXX usd and XXXX usd paid to his account XXXX XXXX, the credit was running on XX/XX/XXXX all account listed will be included for consolidation, but now on XX/XX/XXXX still open, Mr. XXXX refuse to provide details on settlement. I been contact him many times but no respond id cell is XXXX.
I might not be smart to attach the checks and all comunication with Him, but i will upon request.
