The Executive Vice President of Sales, XXXX XXXX Nmls # XXXX who I have been in contact by calls, text messages and email during the period of XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX for the process of purchasing a house. We had spoken and been in communication several times inclusive I had requested to meet in person, which he denied stating that it was no sense now and it was better to meet when we had completed a Pre-Approval and any closing process. I had explained to him that I was a new in the process and that I would like him to offer me a guide of step by step in buying a house and that I was interested in First Home Buyer Program. He said do not do that because they ask a lot of documentation and it takes a lot of time and that if I wanted to sell the house I could not. I told him that I had talked before with another Mortgage company and I had a realtor. He was very nice at the begging offering me support and even trying to talk about his personal life trying to make me trust him in some point. I had requested his license number to be sure and he had guide me in a website portal were you check realtors and companies during their years of experience. He proceed to make me verify all his licenses and years and telling me that the other mortgage company who I had talked first wasn't as good as him and he had connections under his " umbrella ''. He said. However, his name for the research appeared as XXXX XXXX. He stated that it was a confusion of spelling in the system. He said that he managed everything and that doing business with him would be smooth and easy to trust him because he can make deals happen. For me he was somewhat suspicious but me not knowing of this industry and trusting of the website where I saw his licenses and years of experiences. He said that he had to run my credit for a Pre-approval to start the process and that he will recommend his top realtor. XX/XX/XXXX- I had scanned my License ID, Social Security, Bank Statements of direct deposit and savings, offer letter, pay-stubs, taxes from XXXX and XXXX, had signed a borrower authorization as well. Days had passed and had not heard from him until XX/XX/XXXX he stated that he needed a signed documentation - employer Verification. He said that once he had the OK he would let me know of everything. XX/XX/XXXX- I had called him to share information about me probably seeing a house. Mr. XXXX had an attitude, rude and was very unprofessional telling me that he was working on my case that to tell him if I was wasting his time and why I was going to do that if he had a realtor for me, I felt a type of way with concerns because his realtor never called me. XX/XX/XXXX - Realtor XXXX XXXX got in contact with me and we talked but much was not cleared did not like his service and very sarcastic. I said I am confused and more interested in a type of program and orientation in buying a house. He said well Mr. XXXX didn't told me that, I thought you was ready!, he said. XX/XX/XXXX - I texted Mr. XXXX to know the status of pre-approval and amount approved for and see if he had received my employer verification. He texted me back saying, " who is this? '' I was in shock because we had been in communication, I identified myself and he asked me what my current home purchase status was. I told him 0 %. He called me and we spoke I asked him that what was my status, he said well the realtor called you, right. ( In a very sarcastic tone ) and you are shopping so that means that you have been approved, I said you never notified me and I want to know the amount that I was approved for? He said that I DIDN'T NEED TO KNOW THAT INFORMATION BECAUSE THAT WAS BETWEEN HIM AND THE REALTOR. I ASKED HIM AGAIN HE SAID NO, I TOLD HIM I SHOULD KNOW BECAUSE I'M THE BUYER, HE CONTINUED TO DENIED MY REQUEST, I TOLD HIM TO GIVE ME A APPROXIMATELY AMOUNT AND HE SAID HIGHER THAN 120,000. HE CONTINUED USING AN UN-POLITE TONE, BEING VERY RUDE AND UPSET BECAUSE I HAD ASKED HIM. MR. XXXX PROCEED TO CHANGE THE SUBJECT AND ASKED ME WHAT I BEEN TALKING TO THE REALTOR AND THAT THE REALTOR TOLD HIM THAT THE PROCESS WAS GOING SUPER, WHEN IT WASN'T, THERE WAS A LOT OF MISCOMMUNICATION. IN ADDITION, UNTIL KNOW I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM MR. XXXX XXXX. The information provided by him is the following : XXXX XXXX Executive Vice President of Sales Nmls # XXXX P XXXX x XXXX Fax XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , New Jersey XXXX www.MortgageLendingMasters.com
