I started the refinancing loan process on XX/XX/2020 with Mortgage Bank of California via XXXX XXXX. Today is XX/XX/2020 and the refinance is still not done. During this time due to the poor handling and time management of the refinance, I have turned in every document requested within 24 hrs. Many times within in one hour. Due to the delay, they have constantly pulled my credit report, causing irrevocable damage to my credit score. So far there have been 3 pulls against my credit due to we are now going into the XXXX month of this process. As well, my current mortgage that was in good standing due to the loan had not come to maturity has now matured, again causing major damage to my credit. Items requested by both XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX have been unorganized request, duplicate request of items already turned in and not concise at all. To be honest I am very concerned about the banking practices of this institution and really have been destroyed mentally, emotionally and credit wise by this unprofessional process.
