XXXX XXXX call people about their car payments and and if they ca n't get in contact with the customer they will call references and Neighbors and give out personal information also they will offer the customers friends and family money to help them look for the car if their account is delinquent. They will also run credit bureaus on customers several times a month also if there is a third-party driver that is driving the vehicle that is not on the contract they will run credit reports and social searches on that third party and the third-party driver did not sign any kind of release to run their credit information
