I sent this email, among others similar. My employer, XXXX, gave them a XXXX form for employment verification. They said it is not good enough to prove income or employment. They want everything on their form but they won't send me the form so I can take it to be filled. This is one of many emails trying to resolve this issue. We started this process around the end of XXXX, beginning of XXXX. The loan is for $ XXXX@ 3.875 % interest VA loan. We earn close to XXXX through one employment and two VA XXXX. We have provided proof of income multiple times. We owe about {$17000.00} one credit card, and a vehicle loan. Then the regular utility bills. The first time the loan was processed it was processed as if we still owned the house we sold XX/XX/XXXX and still had the debt of {$120000.00} We gave them the bill of sale and proof of bills paid through the process of the sale. We gave them proof that the student loans are in Forbearance until XX/XX/XXXX. I was also told my previous employer stated I worked for them in XXXX and I was withholding W-2. I contacted my previous employer and received a copy of the form which clearly states XXXX dollars earned in XXXX. Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX around XXXX, I was told that if my supervisor could verify that I am expected to be kept on then that would be enough proof. I asked for the form that People 's Mortgage wants my supervisor to fill, then I could take it to them explaining why I need this form filled. I said if you email the form to me I can take it to them. I have not received the form in either of my emails not in my private email or my XXXX email. I also stated that it can't be the form XXXX said is illegal for us to fill. People 's Mortgage wants their form filled a form my employer said is against their rules. People 's Mortgage said I should risk my job insisting on the local HR department fill a form that the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has told XXXX can not be filled due to security concerns. The hold up to this loan is not XXXX or XXXX XXXX. The hold up is People 's Mortgage wants me to risk my job to force XXXX to fill a form that they won't fill because XXXX has provided their own income verification forms. But they would not fill out People 's Mortgages ' form as they had provided XXXX XXXX form. Then XXXX looked at the application with the real facts of our income and debt. We were lead to believe as previously stated, until XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, that everything is fine. For the best of everyone concerned ; People 's mortgage needs to disqualify our loan application or put it through as promised. We, XXXX and XXXX XXXX are not pulling out of this loan application as we feel our XXXX credit score and close to 4,200 dollars per month income should qualify us as we have been told by three representatives of People 's Mortgage that our loan would be approved. We have disclosed all of our income and debt. We have provided multiple documents to prove both income and debt as well as proof as of the sell of our XXXX XXXX home not to mention that we showed proof of old bills being paid and the student loan in deferment. We gave People 's Mortgage the same documents on more than one occasion. We are not pulling out but we are insisting that People 's Mortgage provide a disqualification letter. So the sellers who are strapped with two mortgages and medical bills due to one of them being on ventilation can move forward for to better their situation. Oh my goodness, please help! I have been submitting documents for months and each time they are not received and then my file is closed!!!!!! Today, I received a summons, and I was told that my case was closed again! Please review the calls that were made to XXXXPeoples Mortgage and recorded for quality assurance to verify all of my claims. All documents have been submitted and I have the screen shots to prove it. My home is still in foreclosure and my family members ( ex-husband and son ) are receiving summons. The allegations are not substantiated because I have not faltered any of the attempts to rectify the situation. The company is not organized and each time I call, which is often they have to go through the same dumbfounded process of locating my documents, each time there is a long apology and assurance to make it right, but, they have not! Now, my home is in jeopardy and I am extremely upset, saddened and incredibly embarrassed because my family is being harassed and I appear to be irresponsible. Please review the calls, what else are they recorded for? I just want to keep my home and I need the people at the mortgage company to rectify their technical issues. Most recent correspondences sent to XXXX Peoples Mortgage : XXXX called again, no document received, again. Rep. suggested another email address. Document were re-sent to this address XXXXEach time I call a different person reads me the same two minute disclaimer with complete accuracy but then spends the next five minutes checking multiple, places for my documents. No one can see all of the documents and it appears to be a very haphazard process the team at XXXX Peoples Mortgage is navigating through. In the meantime my home is still in foreclosure status despite my cooperation and multiple submissions. Please help! XXXX XXXX called to verify submitted docs were received, XXXX Peoples Mortgage person stated that four to five days would be needed to review the docs. I have consistently called and sent in information but there seems to be no movement on their end. Each notification I receive has stated that my file was closed due to inactivity, despite the constant activity and information that I provided which makes me fear that nobody is truly working on my case. I do not want to lose my home. My past attempts to make payments were denied because I was going through the restructuring process, but my home is now in foreclosure. I want to make to make it right and get back to making consistent payments. Please tell me what else I need to do. When a follow-up call was made to XXXX, XXXX was informed that the docs. are not visible to XXXX reps. although they are show as being uploaded on my view. I have actively been trying to submit documents online and my file has been closed each time because the documents were not received by XXXX. XXXX of XXXX, I applied for forbearance during the COVID pandemic because my total household income was reduced to less than half due to job loss. Before the forbearance time limit was exhausted in XXXX of XXXX, I applied for a loan modification. The packet was sent to via U.S. but never received. I requested another packet, and it was received, completed, and returned. XXXX of XXXX, I was told that it was denied because of missing information. Once again, I requested a Loss Mitigation Application Package that was reviewed on XX/XX/XXXX and determined to be complete. During this time, I tried to make payments because the documents were not being received in time and I wanted to avoid foreclosure and keep my home. I spoke with multiple XXXX employees who said that I could not make a payment while applying for a modification, but they assured me that the home would not go in to default foreclosure, and that my credit would not be effected, ( please review the recorded calls ). The loan modification was apparently approved XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX a COVID partial claim was approved. On XX/XX/XXXX, the home was in foreclosure. XXXX Letter sent to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX stating my intent to keep my home, followed up on XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX Documents uploaded to https : //loansolutioncenter.com/ but are not seen by XXXX staff XX/XX/XXXX XXXX followed up with XXXX and XXXX XXXX no answer with either, left messages with both. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX contacted technical support at XXXX, to no avail. I explained that documents previously submitted are not visible to XXXX reps. although they are show as being uploaded on my view. I began working with XXXX XXXX XXXX through the XXXX XXXX XXXX Grant Program. I am an XXXX in the state of Georgia and found out about the XXXX XXXX XXXX grant program online. Once filled out the information online I was contacted by XXXX XXXX. I explained that I was looking to buy a home and wanted to take advantage of the grant that they were offering to XXXX looking to purchase in XXXX XXXX. She informed me that she wanted to do an initial mortgage pull so she could see where I was with my credit score. I consented. The score was in the mid XXXX so I worked on my credit, Payed off 5 hard inquiries and was able to get the firms who had the debt to notify the lenders, and was able to get the lenders to notify the credit Bureaus within a months time. My score went up to XXXX from what I could see on s third party company XXXX XXXX. I knew my score could be higher or lower but did not want it again until I was sure it was at its highest. XXXX XXXX, asked if I wanted her to do a second mortgage pull on my credit to see exactly where it was. I told her I did not want the credit pull to affect my score. She assured me multiple times that it would not affect my score because it was being pulled within the 45 day mortgage pull limit. Under the terms that my score would not be affected I gave consent. She did a second mortgage pull and my score went down the very next morning. I worked so hard to have it go from XXXX and her pull brought it down. I immediately called her and she said she did not know why the score went down. I informed her that I get immediate notifications and the notification I received was because their company placed a hard inquiry on my credit file when they did the credit pull. Company name XXXX XXXX. She assured me my score would not be affected. I asked her to have her company remove the hard inquiry they placed on my file and she stated they can not remove their hard inquiry from my credit file because I have consent. I then explained that I gave consent under the terms that my score would not be affected. She then said she would contact her supervisors to see what could be done. Her supervisor called me and said she spoke to her supervisor XXXX XXXX and she said they can not remove the hard inquiry that was placed in my credit file under false pretenses. I am furious that this company has taken advantage of me and my personal information. Their credit score requirement was XXXX. XXXX knew I wouldnt have reached there credit requirements and her crippled my ability to quality for other companies to assist me. Others need to be aware of there dishonest practices so they dont have the same thing happen to them.

I was looking into possibly buying a home and inquired with " The XXXX XXXX XXXX '' who then passed my information on to Peoples Mortgage. I wanted to have a conversation about the home buying process and get some questions answered. A XXXX XXXX of Peoples Mortgage contacted me and asked some short questions then told me he would put me in touch with his associate XXXX XXXX who would further answer my questions but to fill out the online application before my conversation. The form has you fill out all this information then goes on to mention after submitting all personal docs and income that moving forward gives permission to run credit. I thought, " well how/why would they run my credit before speaking to me. I send an email to both XXXX and XXXX that I do not want my credit run because I don't even know anything about you company nor the process, and I still have questions. XXXX replied to my email, " certainly. '' On XX/XX/2022, I had a conversation with XXXX and quickly determined that he was only interested in pressing me to move. I verbally mentioned to him again that I do not want them to run my credit because I was merely making an inquiry, gathering information about the home buying process to determine what my next steps were. He again agreed, then dismissively went on to ask me what my apprehensions were about buying a home. I explained I am researching the process and further into the conversation realized that I did not want to work with him and politely wrapped up the conversation with, I am not ready and still have some work to do. XXXX replied, " ok when you are ready, just give us a call and we can get going. '' On XX/XX/2022, I received an alert from my credit monitoring app which informed me that there was a hard inquiry. When I logged in, I saw that there was an unauthorized credit check for a mortgage through XXXX XXXX, and XXXX. I am disturbed by this and tried to call XXXX and he did not take nor return my call. I sent an email and he casually apologized then posted my credit score in the email and stated that " I was all good '' and " how would I like to proceed? '' This was underhanded dishonest of XXXX! Peoples Mortgage and XXXX XXXX are now known to me as company and mortgage lender that should not be trusted. I will never do business with them and I will warn others.

I started a loan application with Peoples Mortgage Company, because they have a program called XXXX program. I was sign to XXXX XXXX, to work with me to be able to get a mortgage. Me and my husband had a lot of credit issue that I was trying to explain to XXXX XXXX but he was not trying to hear me. He felt like it was not his department and was turning me over to a credit report program. But the problem was I had to do couple of police reports because my oldest sister use my information to create debt in my name. This was the first problem with XXXX XXXX, he came over to me and husband as not friendly or a people person that work with the public. After Mr.Sheff information to me I just started to work on my credit in less than 10 days I have XXXX items fix on my credit on my credit report. The next I spoke to XXXX, I let know and I ask him for a pre- qualification letter. This is what XXXX had to say to me, '' XXXX XXXX, As of today 's date you do not qualify to buy a home. With your current debt and current income you do not qualify. If you 're looking for a dollar amount - I 'm sorry to have to tell you but Zero dollars {$0.00}. You do n't qualify to buy a home right now. There is quite a bit of work that needs to be done concerning your debt before you will qualify to buy a home. Even if your credit was perfect - your student loan debt is putting your income out of range to qualify for more than just about enough to buy an inexpensive car. I 'm sorry to have to tell you this but we seriously need to get control of your debt and pay your student loans down before you will qualify. '' This man cause me to be upset all day long at work, never been hurt so bad in my life. If your working with the public you have to be careful of what you say to a person because you do n't know how much your words hurt someone and you are representing a company. Good afternoon, I purchased a home through XXXX XXXX and my home closed on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX after a VERY long drawn out process. My first payment was due to Moria Development on XXXX XXXX XXXX. I reached out to XXXX XXXX to ask how I make my payment and was advised to mail my payment to Moria development. I was told my loan was going to be transferred to a new servicer ( I was not informed of who the servicer would be ). I made my payment early and mailed in a Cashiers check to Moria development which they received AND cashed on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX ( confirmed by XXXX XXXX because I got a letter on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX saying XXXX was taking over my loan as of XXXX/XXXX/XXXX so I wanted to confirm they got my payment ). XXXX XXXX XXXX contacted me early XXXX to advise my payment was late. I let XXXX XXXX know I was n't sure what they are referring to because I made my payment to Moria development and got conformation from XXXX XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX that Moria development received the payment. I received a letter in the mail from XXXX XXXX around XXXX XXXX or XXXX stating my loan had been transferred to them as of XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I am in the middle of a battle with XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX to try and figure out resolving this " late or missing payment '' issue. I have been in contact with XXXX XXXX numerous times and I feel my needs are not being met. I was informed by XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX that this would be handled and if I had any issues with XXXX XXXX to reach out to them and they will handle it. The last few times I have reached out to XXXX XXXX about this issue it has been ignored. I 'm told someone will follow up with me shortly and nobody ever calls me back or emails me back. I sent an email on XXXX advising I still need help because XXXX XXXX calls and emails me all the time about this missing payment. I 'm not sure what else I can do at this point as my needs are not being met, I was not informed of this servicing transfer until after it took place, I 'm being harassed by XXXX XXXX, and nobody can seem to get back in touch with me at XXXX XXXX.

I was not able to check more then one complaint above but not only do i have had a issue with closing on mortgage but i have a complaint about the applying for the mortgage section box and the trouble during payment process box so i reached out to the owner of XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) and he called me back and sounded surprised of the many complaints and requested i send a timeline of my complaints so he could investigate my file and promised he would call back in two day and a week later i reached back out to him and told him i was finally able to fix the credit issue and then his assistance called me and said they were glad i was able to get XXXX to fix the negative credit reporting they did nothing wrong and sometimes that happens and asked me if i was satisfied and i said no i want honest answers and understating of the many loan changes and the strong arm tactics used during my loan i truly feel they prayed on my bad credit and being a first time home buyer never having been threw a loan process of this magnitude and now looking back and trying to find a way of not feeling so violated by the games and tactics used by XXXX XXXX and who knows may have broken some federal or state laws ( but i'm no lawyer i'm just a simple consumer ) and after being disregarded of my complaint i feel like i have duty to report my complaint and hope i can finally be heard and i can get some clear answers and hopefully prevent this from happening to some other poor soul and unexpecting consumer and all my dates, the full complaint, and the details of my loan and the evidence the proof and also i will add the complaint i have just filed with arizona department of financial institutions

I was reached by XXXX XXXX Loan XXXX at XXXX Mortgage, XXXX Utah about financing my mortgage for my potential home listed at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX, Ga XXXX was well at first, he was going to assist with a No Down Payment Program ( my husband had a stoke in XXXX and most of our cash was depleted by medical bills but this program was a great fit, or so he said XXXX .Then the Down Payment Program closed according to him, so i had to come up with almost XXXX. So I came up with XXXX dollars. So he said since I did n't have all the money that the Down Payment Program was back, and I could close with that program.So I asked why did you not tell me this before? So now we are back to the XXXX Payment Assistance XXXX. So now I have paid for my Appraisal ( FHA ) it took XXXX weeks to get the Appraisal XXXX XXXX days before closing he calls and says the office was shut down and someone will call me within XXXX hours and I would close on XXXX I was suppose to close on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and I have called many times I talked with XXXX XXXX # XXXX he said he would return my call, and get it taken care of, this was a lie, today I still have n't heard from anyone at XXXX XXXX talked with XXXX last week around the XXXX at the other Peoples location and he said XXXX XXXX # NMLS # XXXX would call me but no call from him either. I do n't know how they do business in Utah but this is unexceptionable! I pray that they do n't continue to mislead people like this and if they ca n't close loans in Georgia why are they soliciting business in this state?

I was in the process of purchasing a home. The lender was working on my credit report to do a rapid rescore. She began to be unresponsive or less responsive with emails and not returning my phone calls. Then I was notified of a new credit card that was applied for in my name, but I did n't apply for one. The lender was very determined to process my loan, to the point where she opened up a credit card in my name without my permission. Doing this would show more available credit and less debt, increasing my score. When I emailed her and her supervisor asking about this card, she never responded, i did not close on my house and I lost all my money that I put in. At this point, the sellers realtor filed a complaint due to non communication, my realtor sent an email to her demanding a response within a timely manner and she completely did not respond to anyone. Her supervisor called me 3 days after we were supposed to close and said that I needed to contact the FBI and that they 've decided to deny my loan because everything is just a mess now. I am asking to be refunded on all the fees I paid out, or I will be pursuing further action.

I opened my first complaint on XX/XX/18, and the issue has yet to be resolved, despite two complaints being closed already. The mortgage servicer claims to have not received a payment sent through my bank 's billpay system on XX/XX/18. I provided proof that it was sent by the bank, and my bank did a trace and determined that the servicer never cashed it. On XX/XX/XXXX, the payment was reissued and a stop payment was placed on the payment that the servicer could not locate. I was assured that the negative information would be removed from my credit report and that everything would be resolved, and as of today nothing has been fixed and I am still receiving collection letters indicating that I have missed a payment, although I have provided XXXX 's with proof that every payment was sent. They have failed to correct this in a timely manner, resulting in an inability for me to obtain financing needed for my business based on false information provided to the credit reporting agencies.

Complaint : Unauthorized hard credit inquiry regarding a mortgage for XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) and XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) by Peoples Mortgage ( PM ) on XX/XX/2015. Contrary to XXXX & XXXX written instructions PM instructed XXXX to make hard credit inquiries to the major credit bureaus on XX/XX/2015. Despite XXXX repeated requests over two months PM failed to remove the unauthorized requests. Twelve months later they still show on the XXXX reports and continue to have an adverse effect on the credit scores. PM was asked to produce original documents such as Universal Residential Loan Application and a signed form of authority allowing a credit check. Since these documents had not been filed with PM they could not comply. A complete history of the XXXX requests and PM responses is attached.

We were contacted by an agent from Moria Development DBA Peoples Mortgage, and gave false information about a loan product, specifically a XXXX loan. The agent expressed that she was an experienced loan officer and knew what she was doing. She screwed up our loan process because she waited until the week of closing to tell us that she did not know how to process a XXXX loan. She made me pay for an appraisal for the property, as well as a XXXX consultant, and she did not know what she was doing. There was false advertisement, lies during the process, and she was the cause of us missing out on a great home as a first time home buyer. XXXX XXXX of Peoples Mortgage who is Moria Development , Inc. should be held responsible for her falsely representing products.

For the third time in the past year and a half, I have gotten notices claiming that I have missed a payment on this loan, which I have not. Payments are always made from my bank 's online bill pay system for all of my mortgages, many of which are with this same lender. I have bank records that show that all payments were sent on time and that the lender cashed all of the checks, proving receipt of the payment. They just resolved the last issue in XXXX, and have now put a missed payment on my credit report for yet another issue. I tried calling the lender and they told me that I would have to write yet another dispute letter, which I have already done several times. Payments were made on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX.

Several of my mortgage payments have been mis-allocated when received by the mortgage company, resulting in a claim by the bank that I have missed payments and resulting in negative information being reported on my credit report. I previously filed a complaint, and the company responded that they were able to find two mis-allocated payments but were still missing the XX/XX/2018 payment. The bank claimed that they attempted to reach out to me to resolve, but I have received no written response from the lender, and had previously blocked their phone number due to harassing phone calls I received regarding missing payments that I had in fact paid.

A mortgage lender opened a credit card in my name without my permission. She did this during the process of my mortgage loan which we never closed on. She stopped responding to my phone calls and emails and when I asked her about the credit card via email, I never got a response from her. She stopped all communication and because of that, I lost my dream home, my money that I invested, time and money lost from taking off work to provide all the documentation that she needed. Now my credit report has a fraud alert on it and it is now causing me to pay deposits for things like my XXXX bill of {$250.00}.

We tried to obtain a forbearance with Peoples Mortgage in XXXX and there is a was a long wait. By the time the forbearance was approved a late charge in the amount of {$73.00} was assessed. I'm requesting this be waived as a first time courtesy. My husband lost his job with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. That is predatory that a company is assessing late charges on loans that can not be paid due to COVID and job losses.
