On XX/XX/2020 I contact Mrs.XXXX XXXX to assist me a purchasing my first home. Okay missed while collecting all my information got everything she asked me to get. XXXX XXXX induced me to XXXX XXXX the realtor, He show me homes from XXXX to the second week of XXXX and that's when I pick out the home that I wanted. Gave them {$2000.00} earnest money pay {$600.00} for the appraiser and XXXX for the inspection. Everything was going good but I had to get like three extensions because all parties could not get in touch with Mr. XXXX week later waiting on the XXXX to approve and to look over the papers making sure everything was in order. XXXX was approve XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX didn't contact me until XXXX XXXX after XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX Weekend. Asking for more documentation that which I had already turned into Miss XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had left the company.I got a phone call on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX stated that he would be taking over the long process of me going to the closing of my first home as time went by XXXX nothing no call ) 2 weeks I haven't heard anything from Mr. XXXX so I decided to get him a call myself he always send me to the voicemail or text me stating he's in a meeting, or he will call me after XXXX. So I decided to call Realtor XXXX he stated that he been trying to call and get in touch with him also also the the seller couldn't even get in touch with him we all have text messages going back and forth with XXXX XXXX so the founder was he has been holding my loan for 90 days and the seller decide to pull out of course I lost my {$2000.00} I wasting my time with XXXX with the appraiser and XXXX for the inspection I called and let him know what was going on he was trying to call Miss XXXX back the seller I asked for another 30-day extension. All the time he never sent me the CD for closing so when I asked him since I lost my money What he going to do to accommodate me my {$2000.00} earnest money {$600.00} appraisal fee. XXXX XXXX told me there's nothing he could do because it wasn't his fault all I'm asking him to do is give me my {$2000.00} back for the earnest money my {$600.00} appraisal and my inspection and call it a day he told me he would never give me anything because it wasn't his fault. I have proof of everything. And I really feel he was very unprofessional always texting won't pick up the phone to call always give you different lies, or he always in a meeting, or or he's taking care of his dad going out of town.So my point is how can XXXX work on my loan a try to get me closing and you doing all these extra activities there for you never looked at my folder or try to get me close and never sent me the CD before the closing.
