Company called me on XX/XX/XXXXsaying I owed them approximately {$220.00} for medical debt from XX/XX/XXXX. I requested that they mail me a letter explaining the debt and contact information for the party claiming I owed money. The agent, XXXX XXXX refused to send a letter saying that " this is a courtesy call prior to us initiating legal action, you already know about this debt ''. I stated that unless they wished to send a letter validating the debt, to not contact me again. This action is a violation of the FCRA and federal and state collection laws. I received another call on XX/XX/XXXX but nobody spoke for 10 seconds and then hung up. I have made two attempts to call back to resolve the issue but nobody answers the phone. I attempted to resolve on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX

Representatives, Specifically XXXX - Senior Vice President Director Commercial Recovery & Litigation The Offices of Montgomery & Meyers P.A. Corporation, have been harassing me regarding a debt. It began by them calling my XXXX father, they threatened him and tried to get him to pay a bill that clearly was not his. In addition, I have tried to resolve this but they have refused to provide any documentation that they represent the company they say they represent. I asked them to provide the original invoice, they refused. Throughout the process he has been abusive cussing and yelling. Lastly, while speaking with someone else from this office I agreed to pay the bill. When I called back to provide payment XXXX again being abusive refused to honor the arrangement.

XXXX Banks from the office of Montgomery & Meyers contacted me this morning after yesterday she verbally abused my wife on her cell phone. I asked he again to please send me do documentation of what she was claiming and she told me that i had it and was lying. I asked her not to talk to me that way and to stop harnessing my wife, She told me that I needed to pay the debt. I again told her that I needed her to send me some sort of documentations which I had requested four times to be emailed to me. She refused. I told her that I have never been in court on this issue ( she said I was lying ) and that I have never been served with any paperwork. She then said " you know what I will just see you in court '' A threat and hung up.
