On XXXX XXXX XXXX I was offered a payday loan with unclear terms and interest through my email. I do not know why I received the offer. I was short on rent due to changing jobs and my vehicle having its motor replaced due to recall. Sunshine loans offered {$600.00} I want through the prompts on the website trying to discern the rates and commitments. I ended up accepting it thinking I would be paying back around XXXX XXXX over 5 installments. On XX/XX/2022 the {$600.00} was deposited into my account. When I logged into the website, it said and now says I owe {$250.00} out of my next 5 pay checks totaling {$1200.00}. I sent a a letter of revocation of authorization to withdraw from my debit card or checking account on any and all withdraws on XX/XX/2022. I received response from Sunshine loans before XXXX the same day acknowledging the revocation and requesting me to discuss new payment method. Before I could respond the withdrew the first installment of {$250.00}.

I was contacted by this company threaten me that they were going to serve me court ordered papers to my home. If I didnt pay them, they gave me a settlement amount to pay and I paid and then went online and discovered this was a scam. I was scammed over {$350.00}, and then they call me again and again trying to get more money and I called the original creditor and said I have nothing owed with them but they have all my personal information. This company is called XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

XX/XX/XXXX I received a Notice of Adverse Action stating that I was turned down for a loan from Sunshine Loans.
The letter was addressed to my maiden name and references an alleged loan number. I never applied for a loan.
XX/XX/XXXX I called to discuss with the company and was told this letter was so that I could apply for a loan. I explained that I never applied and the person hung up on me.

On XX/XX/2023 got a phone call from a lady claiming to be a lawyer. She told me an order of location has been submitted and county officers were on their way. Soon after she called my wife and mother from number XXXX. She gave me a number to call with a reference that number was XXXX. That guy said he was working with sunshine loans to settle a debt. And pending legal action was taking place.
