ON XX/XX/2018 I recieve a letter saying I have 10 days dated XX/XX/18 to respond to lender about my payday loan payback. On XX/XX/18 they submited payment for payday and was withdrew on XX/XX/18 Now by them doing this caused my account to go negative and some payments were denied When I question them about letter that they sent me answer was '' ya so what '' Not was it rude and unprofessional but it caused my account to go negative The letter clearly says I have 10 days to respond to letter before submiting to bank for payment
