On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email from XXXX saying my application was submitted to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and it was declined. I did not apply for any loan and I also have a fraud alert on my credit report. No one tried to contact me via any forms of communication I have listed on my credit report to let me know someone was trying to use my credit. Instead they ran my credit and submitted me for a loan. I have tried to email and call Monevo, but there is no customer service phone number. The number I did find was no help at all. It was just an automated system. I reached Out to XXXX and told them this was a fraudulent application. They told me that they can only have the application in " identity theft '' status for 7 days. I'm on the phone telling the representative that I did not authorize this and she says that is there policy. I need for Monevo to take my personal information out of their system!! And now I have an unwanted inquiry on my credit report!! Monevo did not do their due diligience on verifying my identity. All they are concerned about is making a loan/profit!!!

The company MONEVO INC has obtained my consumer report on XX/XX/2023 and XX/XX/2023 without my knowledge or consent. I have not given written or verbal consent to MONEVO INC to access my consumer report. This is a violation of my rights under the fair credit reporting act ( FCRA ), specifically 15 USC 1681.
