Vegas Valley Collection Service ( VVCS ) alleges I owe {$1000.00} to the originator XXXX XXXX for a medical debt. I requested evidence and substantiation of this debt in a timely manner, but XXXX already made a negative collection report to one or more credit reporting agencies as early as XX/XX/2021, but did not provide me any documentation until XX/XX/2021. They ignored my requests to validate the debt and dispute of it in accordance with the FDCPA sections 807, 808, and 809. As of XX/XX/2021 VVCS continues to report the debt is valid, effectively ruining my credit score, cost of credit, and increased material costs because I have to abandon my projects until this dispute is resolved.

This company contacted me XX/XX/21 at XXXX from XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX. The representative addressed me by my first name and did not verify any information before disclosing any potential debt. She stated she is calling about the debt owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Nevada. I stated that I owe no such debt and to mail a verification letter to my mailing address. The representative accused me of owing the debt and stated the debt has been verified. I disconnected the call. This representative is pursuing me for a debt I 1 ) do not owe and 2 ) didnt have my complete identity to disclose the nature of such debt.

i have been disputing this account to the bureaus on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I sent a validation letter to the third party collector on XX/XX/XXXX and they are sending me the same letter with a bill with my name on it ( not a signed bill ) at least on 3 different occasions and still not verifying the actual signed contract. I was also a victim of identity theft in XXXX, which i have sent both parties my affidavit. This false accusation that i owe this company is holding me back from my business endeavors and while this pandemic is still climbing I would like this error to be fixed.
