This situation with MODERN FINANCE has reached the limits. ALL THIS HARRASMENT FROM BOTH parties. I 'm being harassed and targeted for no reason therefore I 'm taking all necessary steps to secure my safety by all means necessary. Another civil theft has happen by Modern Finance third party XXXX personal information was once shared with this third party without my consent. MODERN FINANCE INTERNAL PERSONEL ( Collections Department ) Stated the only way for the vehicle to be redeem was that I walk in to there location with the full amount of the debt. soon as I Began to ask questions I could not get a straight answer and then he stated that I need to talk softly to him and then he just hung up. That shows the unprofessionalism that this certain entity lacks of. This is do to the erroneous information that MODERN FINANCE failed to keep up to date, monthly statements never came how they were supposed to. If they think that they are gona continue to do this they are wrong my next step will be to push this threw the courts and hold XXXX XXXX and Modern Finance liable on there face for any additional fees I come by.all my receipts and paper copies show all the erroneous data from Modern Finance. there for hope that CFPB can help with this situation again for the forth time.

Yesterday Friday XX/XX/2021 I came into the financial office were they email me the address so I can come in and do payment arrangement on my car they repo from my apartments. I came in and they said my total was XXXX and I said u know what I don't have it complete I can give half then on Tuesday the other half he said and your payment its coming up as well on the XXXX of XXXX so he said so your total comes down to XXXX and I said ill give {$700.00} now and Tuesday remaining balance he said ok thats fine. I pay {$100.00} in cash the other {$100.00} with my debit card and {$500.00} with my XXXX XXXX when the girl that was charging says we don't get XXXX XXXX and I said is there an atm around she said no but u can do the Payment thru XXXX XXXX let me send u the link and I said ok ill do that. Today sat I'm trying to pay online the {$500.00} and they took access from me to do payments online. So I don't know what there were trying to do with fixing payment arrangement and I'm trying to pay and I don't have access no more to my account. I don't know if he was trying to get the money and still take my car away. But I need my car im doing the best to get everything there charging and they taking other actions

This situation is getting very frustrating and is now affected my state of well-being do to the way Modern Finance is conducting business. on XXXX/XXXX/2016 paid {$1000.00} and noticed my receipt i got back after i made the payment that next due was XX/XX/XXXX2016.requested that they fix it and if i can get a new receipt with corrected amounts but they crossed it out with a pen and hand write XXXX/XXXX/2016. Now i got emails from XXXX XXXX dated XXXX2016 stating i get in contact with her in regards of the account. on XXXX2016 received another email letting me know that she recieved a payment for {$9000.00} and attached copy of check. which Modern Finance failed to post on to my account. If they think that they are gona continue to do this they are wrong my next step will be to push this threw the courts and hold XXXX XXXX and Modern Finance liable on there face for any additional fees I come by.all my receipts and paper copies show all the erroneous inputted data from XXXX there for hope that CFPB can help with this situation again.

I have a loan with MODERN FINANCE COMPANY. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record with this company. I tried contacting both XXXX and MODERN FINANCE COMPANY with no successful resolution. ( Bureau ) only reporting me late. There was definitely an error on their part. I was never 30 days late XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX
