XXXX sent me emails in XX/XX/XXXX stating that I was past due when I was not. They called me at the following time regarding a collection and they sent emails saying I was late too. I had already made my payment on time. They took 10+ days to post the payment. That is not my issue. They clearly violated my rights with calls before XXXX local time ( CST ). They called from XXXX to XXXX XXXX follows : XX/XX/XXXX called at XXXX and XXXX CST XX/XX/XXXX called at XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX CST XX/XX/XXXX called at XXXX and XXXX CST XX/XX/XXXX called at XXXX CST XX/XX/XXXX called at XXXX CST JXX/XX/XXXX called at XXXX CST ( date shows yesterday ) Then in XX/XX/XXXX- I made my payment on time but they sent me email and called when my payment was made on time XXXX for FDCPA violations In XX/XX/XXXX, I asked for their help in resetting my password, and they refused to send me a new password. I can't validate my account # because I can't get into the online system. If you look at the email thread, they had the information they needed to assist me, however, they chose to play games with me. Attempt to reset password attachment I sent them a demand letter as I was tired of being treated this way. They acknowledged the letter sent XX/XX/XXXX and did nothing. I sent same letter via USPS and chose to ignore it as well ( tracking # XXXX delivered XX/XX/XXXX ). Ack of letter attachment

I have filed a dispute with XXXX in regards to the incorrect items on my credit report. It has been well over 30 days and I haven't received any investigation results.
