I submitted a refinance application with Interest Mortgage, I reviewed the application several times with the loan officer and i repeatly state my interest in only paying for an Appraisal if and when I was conditional approved and the appraisal being the only item needed to clear and approved my loan request. The loan officer stated several times, that he will only ask me to pay for it, if that was the only thing keeping the loan from clearly/approved. After several delays, my applciaiton being reasigned to another processor and many emails to obtain a status. I finally after several weeks of waiting, recieved a conditionally approved mortgage with the only items to clear, being statement of debt that I would pay off at closing and the appraisal. I was quote {$530.00} for the appraisal, which i paid for and after waiting several weeks for an appraiser, i received an email stating that my appraisal cost increase and I would need to pay the difference of {$65.00} dollars, I ask questions and ask for proof which none were provided. In the middle of this, my processor was change and out of the blue, i received a call from the worst appraiser in the country to schedule an appraisal. I reach out to the processor and was inform the company would pay the difference, that is agains the law for the mortgage company to pay for an appraisal for any type of loan. XXXX XXXX XXXX. After waiting several weeks, i received a letter from the compay stating my loan was denied due to insufficient income to loan. Which was something that was clear from the beginning of the applicaiton process. I have ask the mortgage company for the refund for the appraisal since, i have mutiple times request that i would only pay if my loan was required as the final items for final approval. this mortgasge company stole my money and send a bogus appraiser to conduct the appraisal that was corrected two times. I am asking for a full refund of my {$530.00} dollar i pay for a services I did not recieveed as expected.

In XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX Interest mortgage ( Mortgage Loan ) processed a loan refinance for me and payed off the previous balance of my loan to my previous mortgage holder XXXX XXXX Mortgage. As commonly occurs the amount initially quoted and paid by me for the payoff was higher than the actual payoff ended up being as I paid an additional month of balance down during the time that the loan was processing. When this occurs, mortgage handlers are required to send the overpayment back to the client. I have received no overpayment back from Interest mortgage. Here are the details : Interest mortgage charged me {$400000.00} for the payoff Interest mortgage was only quoted {$400000.00} for the payoff per the payoff settlement In addition Interest mortgage was quoted interest for a further 2 weeks then I carried the loan with the payoff attached, thus when you paid you actually paid {$360.00} less than the CD settlement summary. Therefore interest.com owes me a settlement of {$2300.00} plus {$360.00} = {$2700.00} which I have to date NOT received. I contact interest mortgage on XX/XX/XXXX ( to XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX who had all previously been involved on my loan ) with all documentation of Closing document, settlement with my former mortgage company XXXX XXXX XXXX Mortgage ) and the amounts of discrepancy without response. I then contacted customer service at Interest on XX/XX/XXXX, again without response.
