Hello, We closed on a house in XXXX, CA on XX/XX/. XX/XX/XXXX our lender XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX called and said we forgot to sign a couple of documents and she sent them over for us to sign. When we opened said documents, it was an entire new loan package with a new payment over {$400.00} more a month. There was so explanation as to why we had a higher payment and no documentation justifying said higher payment. The forms were also backdated to the day our notary came to our home XXXX XXXX for our original loan forms. This, the lack of transparency as to what the forms were and previous issues we had with XXXX, led us to tell her we would not sign the forms until we had a real estate attorney review the situation.XXXX informed us they put the incorrect tax information on our loan papers, that is why the payment is increasing. No documentation was provided to support this. We have a FHA loan with a XXXX construction loan. Our home needs multiple repairs that wouldn't qualify it for a typical FHA loan. We took out {$29000.00} in construction funds. We've had our first contractor complete work on our home with a sewer line replacement. The total came to {$8600.00}. We submitted a request to the 3rd party lender handling the XXXX funds, XXXX XXXX, for the funds to pay our plumber. From them, we found out that 50 % of our XXXX funds were released to us at the time of closing on XX/XX/XXXX, in the amount of {$14000.00}. It was released to XXXX XXXX XXXX and she provided us a screenshot from our closing statement showing the release of funds into mine and my husbands name. XXXX XXXX XXXX refuses to hand this money over to us until we sign the new loan documents. They refuse to explain why the funds were not released to us at the time of closing or why they never disclosed said funds would be released to us. We had no idea we would have access to 50 % of those funds for our contractors right away. After speaking with our lawyer, he told us that before moving forward with signing, we need to request a breakdown of our new tax payment from the county proving that this is the accurate property tax amount, a new closing statement because the one provided by XXXX XXXX XXXX and the one XXXX XXXX ( The 3rd party company handling the XXXX funds ) has does not match, we asked them to clear up those financial discrepancies, and proof of where those XXXX funds went that were supposed to be released to my husband and I. I told them after we received those documents and they agreed to release the XXXX funds to us, we would sign the new loan forms. Now we are getting no response from them. Whereas before, when we were threatening legal action, we would receive a response with an hour or two about how they need to sell our loan so we need to move forward and get these loan docs signed. Now that we've requested documentation proving our new payment, they will not answer an emails. We are only communicating via email so we can have documentation. I sent the request for these forms Friday XX/XX/ and have yet to receive a response. I emailed again Tuesday XXXX XXXX and Wednesday XXXX XXXX and am still being ignored. We had to pay {$500.00} out of pocket for the lawyer to review our situation. We just had to pay {$3800.00} to our plumber as a partial payment to his bill because he is calling us constantly asking for payment. His work was completed over 3 weeks ago. If we don't receive our funds from XXXX XXXX XXXX, we have to pay our full bill for him by next Friday XXXX XXXX That's another {$4800.00} out of our pocket we don't have. We also signed a form from them in our closing documents that's an omissions to errors compliance form where we agree to comply with any clerical errors they make on closing documents within 30 days or we become financially liable. That 30 days is pretty much up and it feels like they aren't responding so that we face more financial penalties. We just want our construction funds so that we can continue the work on our home. We are required to complete all agreed upon work within 6 months and we cant move forward with any of it until they release funds to us. It's insane and feels criminal. We would greatly appreciate your help.

I contacted MLD Mortgage, DBA XXXX XXXX XXXX to see if I could secure a reverse mortgage in XXXX of XXXX. My loan officer was XXXX XXXX XXXX. ( He is no longer with MLD ) and XXXX XXXX XXXX ( who is also not with MLD, as apparently had a shakeup within the organization. I had been assured by XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX that I had been pre approved for a reverse mortgage, without a XXXX pending verification that I had no personal obligation on my deceased mother 's home. XXXX XXXX, who was most unhelpful, took over 9 months to acknowledge the I had no financial obligation for mom 's property. When I called MLD I discovered that neither agent was still with the company. I would be assisted by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I explained the situation to XXXX XXXX and he asked me to forward paperwork to him, which I did. I heard noting for a week and called him back. I left messages for him to contact me on several instances make sure he had received my emails. I heard nothing for a couple of days and called back only to find his mail box was full and I could n't leave a message. I called back and fortunately got a young lady who took my request for XXXX XXXX or a manager to call me back. Later that day I received a call from a XXXX XXXX ( sp? ) who claimed to be the Director of Sales and he informed me he would get to the bottom of the situation. A couple of hours passed and XXXX XXXX called me again stating that according to his chief processor, XXXX XXXX XXXX had informed him that I was never approved without a XXXX and that I was {$20000.00} short to be able to cover the XXXX. I was shocked. I was never notified of such a thing and was told I would have to start over, even though MLD had me in their database. I advised XXXX XXXX that the information he received from XXXX XXXX was incorrect. He said he would talk to XXXX XXXX about it, which he said he did. XXXX XXXX stated that the situation had n't changed even though I had emailed information as requested by XXXX XXXX and that the processor 's word was final. I asked if his company wanted to do business with me and he said unless my credit report had changed, NO. Later that day, around XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and told me that XXXX XXXX was NOT the Director of Sales, and he ( XXXX XXXX XXXX would get to the bottom of it and called me back. That never happened! Both XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX were totally aware of the situation as they were the ones I dealt with initially. As both of them left the company, the only one still employeed there was XXXX XXXX. I was told by XXXX XXXX that she had try to train XXXX XXXX, as she ( XXXX XXXX ) was prone to losing documents and failed to do her job in a timely manner. And to boot, I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX on XXXX XXXX stating that they would be assisting me on the new loan # XXXX and title order # XXXX and that they would help me unless I procured my own attorney. I had sent a 6 page letter explaining my credit situation as I had an XXXX XXXX XXXX and ran up medical bills of over {$1.00} million with XXXX covering 80 %XXXX leaving me a balance to pay in excess of {$250000.00}. The letter satisfied XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, at the time and I sent the remaining requested documents. I have copies of every document requested and will be more than willing to submit them to you, if you desire. I was advised by personnel at HUD to file this complaint and that I was treated unfairly, in their opinion. So, here it is. I 'm a XXXX year old man, unable to work due to medical problems and living on Social Security. I have exhausted my savings, 401K and borrowed money to keep afloat. I thought that with the Reverse Mortgage I would be able to stay in my home and maintain my financial recovery. Please forgive me for the length of this document, but I 'm trying to be as informative as possible. Thank you for taking the time to read and consider this appeal for assistance from your agency. In XXXX XXXX we began the process of taking out a XXXX loan with MLD Mortgage Inc. The loan was finalized on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, the day we closed on our new house. This loan was for a home purchase of XXXX, XXXX of home repairs ( plus the additional 15 % reserve money ), and 3 months of mortgage payment in escrow ( totaling about XXXX ). A few weeks after closing, we began receiving emails from MLD Mortgage about our XXXX mortgage payment being due. After further inquiry and investigation on our part, it seems the Money Store made several errors in processing our loan which is adding up to thousands of dollars of misappropriated money and incorrect fees. Plainly, they seem to have rolled our 3 months of escrow money into the total loan, therefore needlessly driving up the total amount of the loan and leaving us unable to access that money. Further, there are fees they charged us for which they even admitted we should not have had to pay for which we have not received a refund. We tried multiple times to get clarification/reconciliation of the matter with them, but they are now ignoring us. In the initial XXXX worksheet, assumptions were entered to calculate the total mortgage amount, which included XXXX mortgage payments escrowed into the loan to be paid. We have never seen another XXXX worksheet from this point forward and it was blank in the closing documents. The final loan amount per this initial worksheet was carried through to the end of the loan and finalized. This is extremely odd since other minor factors changed since that initial worksheet, but they never updated the total loan amount. There is no way that is possible. When we started to receive emails and letters about paying our mortgage, our loan officer assured us that we did n't have to make the mortgage payments ( we have emails and text messages to show this ). He told us multiple times that there was escrow money in the loan appropriated to pay the mortgage. He then escalated to his manager to clarify how the loan gets paid from these escrowed appropriations. A few weeks went by until the manager responded and told us that they never set up the mortgage escrow and that we would have to pay our new mortgage out of pocket. Note : the total loan amount from the initial work sheet never changed. This worksheet accounted for XXXX escrowed mortgage payments. Our lender will not return phone calls or respond to email requests to clarify all these monetary discrepancies. What information they did give us through past communication has clearly shown that they either knowingly are not being transparent or flat out do not realize the error they have made and unwilling to look into it further. Additional, they have sold the loan to another company which further complicates the issue. In summary, 1. MLD Mortgage did not set up our escrow payments appropriately in the loan. 2. They lumped the escrow payments into the overall loan, thus driving up the total cost of the loan in error. If not corrected, over the span of 30 years, this error will cost thousands of dollars that we should not have to pay. This will have an effect on refinancing the loan once the work is completed, PMI, etc. 3. We are now paying XXXX mortgages at the same time at a high rate which means thousands of dollars are going to interest/profit per their mistake in addition to thousands of dollars of unexpected out-of-pocket costs. 4. They are currently not responding to emails or phone calls to resolve this matter. 5. Multiple past email, text, and phone call communication clearly shows that they represented one thing but delivered another. 6. After closing, they continued to tell us the loan was processed XXXX way, only to tell us weeks later that it was not processed as communicated. They clearly demonstrated either lack of knowledge or deceit with the processing of this loan

[ Summary ] 1. My property tax deposit on escrow account statement is incorrect ( 30 % more ). I submitted all required documents to request the correction but no response was received and no correction action was taken. 2. My property tax due on XX/XX/XXXX was not disbursed from my escrow account. I had to pay property tax plus penalty myself to avoid adverse actions from local authority. 3. I requested a cancellation of my escrow account and was denied by the mortgage service company by terms that were never disclosed to me. [ Detail ] I refinanced my property in XX/XX/XXXX. I realized the property tax deposit amount in my escrow account statement was incorrect ( $ XXXX/month in the statement, $ XXXX/month from city 's property tax assessment ). I contacted the mortgage service company XX/XX/XXXX and was advised that I need to submit a written letter together with city 's property tax assessment to correct this issue. I followed the instruction and faxed all documents to the number provided by the customer service representative over the phone. Despite I followed all requirements, I never received a response or correction since then. I believe that this is a clear violation of U.S. code 2605 ( e ) ( 1 ) " Notice of receipt of inquiry '' and U.S. code 2605 ( e ) ( 2 ) " Action with respect to inquiry ''. My XXXX property tax payment due was XX/XX/XXXX, there was not payment disbursed from my escrow account. I found out that I was late on the payment on XX/XX/XXXX, to avoid any potential adverse actions from local government, I had to pay the property tax due plus a {$4.00} late payment interest myself. I believe this is a violation of U.S. Code 2605 ( g ) " Administration of escrow accounts ''. As a result, I contacted my mortgage service company on XX/XX/XXXX to request a cancellation on my escrow account and a refund of escrow account balance. I also stated the recent late payment issue. I received a letter from the mortgage service company today, the company did not response to my statement regarding the late payment or any remediation. It simply declined my request of cancelling my escrow account because1. The Loan to Value Ratio must be below 80 %. 2. The Loan must have 12 months of good payment history. 3. Taxes and insurance that are due within the next 60 days will not be applicable for an escrow deletion. 4. All XXXX must maintain escrow according to the approved HUD-1 statement signed at closing. All these terms was never disclosed to me before of after my closing. I agreed to signed up an escrow account during closing despite my Loan to Value Ratio is far less than 80 %, but there was no disclosure of such terms neither did I sign any document to accept these terms. I believe the mortgage service company and title company are obligated to disclose this information if it is against me, which it serves now. Also by holding my escrow account and imposing a monthly charge without any disbursement, the mortgage service company not only violates U.S. Code 2605 ( g ) but also RESPA cushion limit. The total balance in my escrow account is far more than XXXX annual property tax due.

On or about XX/XX/2018, the servicing of my mortgage was transferred from XXXX XXXX to MLD Mortgage. I was notified of the transfer and advised that any payments made by me to XXXX XXXX in the first 60 days after the transfer would be posted to my account as though they were made to MLD Mortgage on the date received by XXXX XXXX. I made payments of {$420.00} to XXXX XXXX through my credit union bill pay service on XX/XX/2018 and XX/XX/2018. Only one of these payments has been posted to my account, and not on the date received by XXXX XXXX, but on the date received by MLD Mortgage. Since early- to mid-XXXX I have been trying to work with MLD Mortgage ( XXXX ) to get my payments properly posted to my account and the interest on my loan correctly calculated based on the payment dates to XXXX XXXX. I have spent over 100 minutes on the phone with MLD Mortgage/XXXX and XXXX XXXX to try to get this {$420.00} payment correctly posted and credited to my account. I also spent an equivalent amount of time talking with my credit union and researching records to provide dates, amounts, and proof of payments. I have sent four different forms of proof of payment to MLD Mortgage/XXXX and yet they have failed to contact XXXX XXXX to find out where my payments are. Rather than try to solve this problem MLD Mortgage has put the burden of finding these payments on me. I recently received from XXXX XXXX proof of receipt by MLD Mortgage of the check from the XX/XX/XXXX payment, yet MLD/XXXX did not make effort to track this down prior to my providing that proof, and I still have no clear indication that they tracked this down. In addition, though I have made all of the required payments on my loan during this period and discussed the servicers error in not crediting my account, until last XX/XX/2018, I received at least two calls per day from MLD Mortgage saying that they were trying collect a debt. These calls were never by live people whom I might talk to and explain that MLD has not properly credited my account, but were robo calls requiring that I call back and be placed on hold. I also received a letter indicating that my loan was subject to foreclosure if I did not make the required payments immediately. I would like to get this corrected and would like my loan servicer to take responsibility for doing this.

I applied for a {$120000.00} fixed rate 15y mortgage with XXXX % down with The Money Store on XX/XX/XXXX. We spoke about closing XXXX/XXXX/15 but did not since the commitment was issued XX/XX/XXXX. I submitted all documents requested XXXX/XXXX/15. The contracted closing date was XXXX/XXXX/15, which they also now missed. Since submitting all my requested documents on XX/XX/XXXX, The Money Store has continued to delay the closing requesting unreasonable documents, not originally requested. Each time I submit documents, they come back with yet another request. For example, there are beneficiaries listed on my bank accounts and The Money Store demanded that I obtain a letter from the bank stating my beneficiaries can not withdraw any money from the account. Once I submitted that bank letter, then they asked that my beneficiaries sign something to the same effect. Another example is The Money Store requesting me to contact the title company I sent a wire to requesting the copy of the cashed check for the money I gave to my mother to pay the balance due on the purchase of her home XX/XX/XXXX! I have perfect credit with no debt and an annual salary of over {$100000.00}. I have plenty of cash in my Money Market account to cover the XXXX % of the purchase and to cover all closing costs, yet The Money Store continues to make these unreasonable requests delaying our closing and pushing us back beyond the contracted closing date. What rights do I have in NJ regarding this issue? The sellers of the house are looking into their legal rights since I have violated the contracted closing date due to The Money Store. I have requested an extended closing date and have yet to hear back from the sellers. The Money Store has had some management changes. I wonder if they are hoping I move onto another lender due to the benefits I reminded them about - {$1000.00} back at closing, no application fees, no commitment fees, no lender fees. Their commitment letter to me listed the fees, which is when I reminded them of the benefits listed on their own website! The loan officer said he was not aware of them and said after checking with his supervisor, it was determined I would receive those benefits at closing.

I refinanced my home with MLD mortgage. They were so eager to get me refinanced, they were in a rush to get my loan done. They promised me that my old mortgage with XXXX would be paid off on or by XXXX XXXX 2015 and I would not be drafted for my old mortgage company. Paper work was signed & I was not suppose to pay for my new mortgage until XXXX XXXX,2015. I did everything on my part and everything turned upside down when my old mortgage was drafted on XXXX XXXX Because MLD mortgage failed to pay off my old loan on time ( it was paid of by XXXX XXXX ). I have been battling MLD mortgage for the past few months and I am mentally exhausted. The company MLD hired to service my loan ( XXXX XXXX ) told me I did not have to make my first payment until XXXX XXXX. However MLD has been after me to pay XXXX payment when I have continuously told them that my XXXX payment was not due because of their error ( the XXXX payment was applied by XXXX XXXX to go to my new mortgage ). Another red flag is the paper work I signed does not reflect the pay off amount, its off by over {$1000.00}. I do not know who to turn to, every time MLD tells me they will work it out for me, I get another phone call telling me I owe for XXXX & I 'm back at square one. NOW as of today when I went to go to make my online payment, XXXX XXXX informs me that my loan will now be serviced by another company. I regret 100 % refinancing with this company, I get harassed every week by this company, despite the fact I have physical paper work confirming my account. Can you please let me know who I can complain to or who I can go over my mortgage paper work to see if my refinance was done correctly?! Any help will be greatly appreciated! On XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/2015, I closed on a property that was obtained thru a XXXX loan. The mortgage is with MLD Mortgage Inc. The way the mortgage is set up, I borrowed money for both pruchasing building, and rehab for it. The rehab money is in an escrow account, operated by The Money Store. The process is that we complete some of the rehab, thru an approved general contractor, the work is approved by a HUD consultant, and the money is distributed according to work completed. I was told once the paperwork is completed by the HUD consultant, it should take 3-5 business days for a check to be issued. The HUD review was completed and turned in XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/2015. My loan officer XXXX XXXX turned the paperwork in that day. I have not received any money for the work completed. I have contacted XXXX, and he states he turned the paperwork in, and after that, it is out of his hands. He gave me several people to contact at the Money store to get information on why the process is taking so long. I have contacted every he suggested, I have not gotten any information as to what is delaying the funds being distributed. I actually can not even get anyone to return my emails or call. I 'm frustrated because the contractor for the porch completed the work 4-5 weeks ago and he needs a payment of {$15000.00}, which I do not have. I would like some communication between The Money store so I can tell the contractors when to anticipate payment. I also am paying interest on the money I borrowed, so I feel it is unfair that I do not have access to money I 've already paid for. I have a 30-year fixed loan with MLD Mortgage Inc since XXXX 2015 with XXXX % down for a single-family house. A few months ago I was calling and emailing their customer service to get quote in order to remove my PMI. First they said I can not remove my PMI for my loan with them is less than XXXX years. I read some online forums and knew that as long as I can make LTV as XXXX %, my PMI should be automatically removed. I gave them my second call, and presented the info I read online, they told me that I should be able to do so as long as LTV is XXXX %, but to get an quote I need to put it in a formal request by using their online form and email it, which I did. Two weeks later, I got a letter saying that PMI can be removed only if it is XXXX-XXXX family residence or for commercial use and LTV reached XXXX % ; and to remove PMI on single-family house, my loan has to be with them for two years and LTV has to be XXXX %. I was very upset by the letter and called them again. They said I can remove PMI as long as LTV is XXXX %. So I made some payments recently to make my PMI reached XXXX % now.I noticed today as I checked my statement online I am still charged for PMI. I just called them, and could n't believe they brought up the same trick about have-to-be at least two years having loan with them in order to remove PMI. I just told them I am done with them and will refinance using other companies.

I was approved for an FHA loan by MLD MORTGAGE but denied again because the process XXXX XXXX was looking for information from my significant other whos not on loan. He did not have information to give to him and he did n't want to supply the information because he felt that the mortgage was not his and he was not his client. XXXX kept giving me the run around and he made personal coments about my significant other. XXXX and his processer XXXX XXXX said they would let me know by a certain day but dif not. Myself and my agent reached out to both of them with no response. I decided to switch to another company before my contract deadline. To satisfy XXXX ego he would not respond to any emails or phone calls from the new company to transfer my paid apraisal. Finally after days of emails every one who wanted information from me before he answered saying he will transfer the appraisal. XXXX never shared information with me on why they denied my loan but instead decided to share sensitive personal information to the new company saying that I have a foreclosure which is not true. XXXX is unproffesional and he lied. I need this company to provide proof of my foreclosure to myself and FHA. XXXX went out of his way to email the new company but failed to communicate to me. XXXX could not close the loan but would not let me go anywhere else to close it. So he decided to blackball me.

MLD MORTGAGE, NJ ... " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' In XX/XX/2018 I engaged in the mortgage process for a home we have been living in. Everything went well then, of course. Credit, income, employment, etc ... Was approved in its entirety. XX/XX/XXXX I received a commitment letter and email stating that I was fully approved. The company between the commitment letter I received and XXXX had a " walk out '' that included several higher up employees, due to mal-practice if you will. I was told not to worry my loan would be handled accordingly. So I stayed with them, trusting I would be sitting at the closing table soon. Come XX/XX/2018 I received an email stating they are sorry but my loan had been denied. How could it be denied if there was commitment and full approval. They proceed to explain that its because even though I have been XXXX XXXX for XXXX ', my recent switch to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was part of the reason. Also my income ... Even though after expense I have more than doubled my income from prior years. My credit score went up since I applied for said mortgage. They declined me on false reasoning and was told it would be placed on the uppers deck for further inside investigation. Well now I'm here. And I will tell you all to steer far clear of this mortgage company.

So after my initial attempt to communicate the issue on MLD Mortgage 's unauthorized inquiry on my credit report, they not only never show any regret or apology for this misconduct but keeps lying about what really happened. Again, I never agreed by any means over the phone for them to pull my credit report. If they have any evidence like conversation recording, I agree here in public that they can use it as evidence in court against me. The reality is, I only asked for a quote over email from the person who called me from their company but she apparently thought abusing the existing client 's private information in their database is something that doesn't really matter. Lucky for me, I am a person who actively monitoring my credit report and have different alerts on all the time. That is the reason I was able to find out their ugly behavior so quickly.

XXXX XXXX sold our mortgage to MLD mortgage, and during the process of loan sale our Home Insurance wa s due ( XXXX ). Neither company paid our insurance from the funds which were available in escrow. Now we are receiving failure to make payment letters and potential gap in insurance letters fro m XXXX XXXX . XXXX says MLD will not speak to them regarding our account. MLD will not release payment to XXXX because they claim they can not make contact with any XXXX employees. After numerous phone calls and emails with each company we are no closer to having this issue resolved than when we started. MLD has exceptionally poor customer service with representatives becoming belligerent with customers on the phone when all we are requesting as paying customers, is to have the company fulfill obligations for which they are being paid.

I refinanced my mortgage with MLD Mortgage on an investment property I own on XX/XX/XXXX, which included escrow for the property 's taxes and insurance. My insurance company, XXXX XXXX, issued bills to MLD Mortgage on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX before sending an overdue bill directly to me on XX/XX/XXXX. After 2 calls to XXXX XXXX and 3 calls to MLD Mortgage, I was finally able to reach someone at MLD Mortgage on XX/XX/XXXX who confirmed payment was not issued at closing on XX/XX/XXXX as it should have and placed the request for payment, stating it would take 24 to 48 hours. Despite being 3.5 months late on payment, when I inquired about compensation ( if roles were reversed, I would have been charged significant late fees for 3.5 months of non-payment ), I was told that the loan care department was not responsible for the mistake at closing.

I have closed on my FHA XXXX loan over 3 months ago, I took out a XXXX loan so I could have the roof replaced after I bought the house. The roofing company I chose got half down for the roof and supposed to get the other half after the roof was replaced and all inspections have passed. The roof has been replaced and all inspections have been passed over two and a half months ago. The money store is refusing to pay the roofers roofers and continue to ask for more financial information for their " investers '' ond saying they will not pay the roofers unless I give them all the info they need.I have cooperated fully, now it has been almost three months, the roofers are still not paid and they are going to put a lien on my house. The money store continues to ignore my phone calls

In XX/XX/XXXX My husband had emailed to MLD Mortgage Inc. that I had prepaid XX/XX/XXXX 1st & 2nd quarter real estate tax totaling {$11000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. He had attached proof of payment in the email. He requested MLD Mortgage Inc. to refund the real estate tax that I had paid. He had never receive any response from tax department of MLD Mortgage Inc. He had also repeatedly made numerous phone calls to request for the refund, but nothing has been done. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX my escrow balance is over {$21000.00} ( it has been over {$11000.00} since XX/XX/XXXX ), and I still didn't receive the minimum {$11000.00} refund.

I contacted my servicer on XX/XX/XXXX to confirm a change in my property taxes due to a citywide reassessment which resulted in a much lower property tax bill for my home. I have followed up several times for ( i ) an update to my escrow withholding and ( ii ) confirmation that action is being taken to pay my property taxes correctly ( follow ups on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX ) with NO non-automated response. I have yet to receive a single update and my servicer missed my latest property tax due date. Only next step I can take at this point to elicit a response is a CFPB complaint..

Late Friday evening on XXXX/XXXX/15 I was informed by the mortgage company that they made a mistake and submitted my loan as conventional when in fact it 's supposed to be FHA. As a result the purchase is now postponed another 3-4 weeks. Once I received the commitment I notified my landlord who rented out my current house starting XXXX XXXX. I now have no where to go with a XXXX year old son!

I was charged points on final HUD that were never disclosed to me. When I received final HUD XXXX hours before closing I immediately called my mortgage broker but he was unreachable. The following business day I followed up and pressed him about the points, he told me his " disclosure department '' should have sent me the updated Good Faith Estimate and disclosures XXXX before on the date the rate was locked. These were never sent to me and he could not produce any evidence that there was any attempt to send them.

I was refinancing my loan with MLD Mortgage and we closed on it but they did n't fund the mortgage for a week and did not repay me the interest for that week. They also stated that they would not charge me for the closing cost but it appears as though they still did. After 2 months of me paying my mortgage directly to them ( without them providing me with an amortization schedule or an idea of how my payments were impacting the principle ) They then sold the loan to XXXX without reimbursing me the interest.

My mortgage company at the time, mld mortgage, cashed my mortgage check twice in error resulting in XXXX $ in bank fees being charged to my checking account. They are denying they did this, even after I provided them with all the bank statements. They are being completely unprofessional and are giving me the run around. This has been going on almost a month. I do not know how an " accounting '' department can not know this occurred, and then deny they even did it.

On XX/XX/2020, I noticed a hard pull for my credit report from MLD Mortgage. I have never agreed in a written form or verbally for them to do so. They apparently abused the information they have on me in their database ( MLD is my current lender and I provided my ssn to them before ) This is definitely not acceptable to me and I would like to take action to protect my own privacy and rights.
