I set up automatic payment drafting for my auto loan. I was instructed to read a form in the office which states that I give XXXX XXXX company permission to debit my account for XXXX each month, and they have done so each month. Today XX/XX/2019 the clerk charged my account XXXX, and told me that the corporate office is now shut down and that she's not going to do anything about the situation! The car needs XXXX worth of repairs so it sits in my yard undriveable, so she added gap insurance without my knowledge. Ok, i get it ... but I didn't agree for you to take that amount out of this bank account. How can she just take money that i did not approve of without my signature?! That's essentially agreeing to one thing then changing stipulations later without notifying the other party! Unprofessional and careless.

This company has inquired information on my credit report that has resulted in hard inquiries being reported to the credit bureau. Resulting in a decrease in my credit score. They have no written permission to do so. They have done the same for my husband and don't have his information at all. I'm not sure how they are able to run his credit or mine without written authorization.
