We purchased a new tow truck from XXXX XXXX that lease on XX/XX/XXXX. We did not receive the truck until late XX/XX/XXXX. After shortly getting it the truck was put into the shop due to the rear air bags deploying on XX/XX/XXXX and was there until XX/XX/XXXX. We reached out to XXXX, our salesman as the truck is not working correctly. We asked why the bed was so far way from the cab of the truck and all he could say was that's how it is. We have another truck and its not like that. Again on XXXX the truck was taken back into the shop due to the rear air bags again. Again we called XXXX to inform him that the truck was just not right and that the bed would not go down to the ground as it should and when loading the deck the tires raise of the ground which is not correct to be doing that. He stated that he has never seen anything like that and is unaware but that for us to take the truck in. So we took the truck into XXXX, a XXXX XXXX as that is what the tow bed is. The inspected it at that time and said the bed was to far from the cab of the truck and the safety latch was not latching proper at all and that was a safety hazard so the bed was moved backed. It still did not fix the issue that the truck does not work properly the way it should. on XXXX the truck was put in the shop again for a control module. On XXXX the truck was taken back to the shop again for the air bags deploying. At this point they switched to shorter shocks absorbers to try and keep the air bags from deploying. I then called the service rider XXXX, spoke with him regarding all the concerns that the tires come off the ground, the bed does not hit the ground as they should and the air bags keep deploying. After speaking with him and himself taking a look at the truck he informed me that he would be reaching out to XXXX as there is an issue with the truck weather its the frame or the bed of the truck but that its not right. So XXXX was called and I was told that we needed to take the truck to XXXX for an over all inspection of the truck. on XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX the truck was put back into the shop for XXXX. Finally at the beginning of XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX a XXXX XXXX got a date scheduled to do a full inspection of the tow truck. After the inspection I was told that there is numerous issues with the truck and fixing it would probably be an issue ( attached inspection ) The specs of the truck do not meet within XXXX specs. So even after the inspection XXXX XXXX wanted another inspection done in the hopes that it would be different but nope not at all. The truck was then taken to XXXX at XXXX who himself state he can't get the truck to work right. After that they wanted a 3rd inspection done by XXXX trucking in XXXX. In which they never sent a report I spoke with XXXX XXXX who is employed by XXXX XXXX and he told me that XXXX XXXX sent them the wrong truck for the bed so I asked why was the bed put on and the truck returned to XXXX he got upset and stated its not his responsibility that its XXXX XXXX problem and hung up. At that point I contacted the attorney generals office then they reached out to me to try and fix the truck. I was told by XXXX XXXX the general manager of XXXX that they would be putting a stationary bed and fixing the truck but that did not happen they cut the stands too short and now there is no support under the bed but pressure on the frame of the truck. I have continued to be told by all inspections that this is the wrong bed for the cab axle. Even XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stated that the wrong truck was sent by XXXX. After that I was told by XXXX XXXX that the only way to resolve this issue was to bring in a XXXX XXXX in which from XXXX of XXXX to XXXX of XXXX they never got it resolved.I contacted a XXXX XXXX myself to have it inspected which they did. I let the dealer know i had it inspected and was told that by the inspector that this truck is all wrong. Once the dealer was informed it was inspected they acted as if they had done something stating XXXX said it was all good. I reached out to the XXXX myself who informed me that XXXX will not be getting involved in this truck and no inspection report will be drawn up off what he did as that was a courtesy, it was not requested by XXXX. That the responsibility lies on XXXX XXXX. No XXXX XXXX wants to send a report into the attorney generals office stating XXXX is stating no issues but has not physical report. This is truck is not right and has never been. There is a misrepresentation of product and fraud as XXXX XXXX told me himself that XXXX XXXX sent them the wrong truck for the bed therefore the bed should have never been put on this trcuk... This truck has continued to go in and out of the shop for the entire year and is currently again in the shop for the air bags deploying again not only that but we have had to replace front wheel bearings and seals, front king pins and this could be due to the truck not being correct as we should not be having to replace all these things. I have also reached out to the Financial institution regarding the lease and there are clauses for misrepresentation and fraud in all dealer agreements and contracts signed by consumers. XXXX should have taken responsibility long ago this is ridiculous this has continued this long. I have attached pictures and a video where the stands no longer hit the floor for support as they should be they have been cut too short by XXXX XXXX in an attempt to fix this truck. my issues are with XXXX XXXX for not taking responsibility in this matter, mitsubishi capitalfor not making them buy back the loan due to misrepresentation, XXXX XXXX for fraud putting a bed on a cab axle they new would not work and XXXX if they are making false statements on the status of this truck ( claims made by XXXX. I have an inspection from a XXXX XXXX that states this truck is not working properly and not to XXXX XXXX Thank you XXXX

XX/XX/XXXX I came in and got a new car after some deliberation and sales tactics. They ended up coming up with a plan to get me into the XXXX Mitsubishi XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, however once I left with the car ... that's when all support and action ended. Now my calls, texts and emails are ignored after clearly stating I wanted updates on the actions taken/pending concerning this issue. The salesman XXXX, and the two Finance Managers XXXX XXXX XXXX worked through my paperwork on the XXXX when I left around XXXX after getting in around XXXX... However a few days later I was sent an inquiry as to my satisfaction. To that date, my biggest dissatisfaction is the false advertisement pictured here showing that my brand new XXXX special edition SUV had Mitsubishi XXXX, and upon trying to activate and calling Mitsubishi XXXX... it doesn't have it. New XXXX special edition doesn't have the same features my spouse has on her XXXX XXXX ... OK. False advertisement and misleading signage meant to infer I had a product I did not when purchasing a long term commitment new vehicle .... now on to the worst part of this. After sending the initial email and two more, combined with contacting their QA via text message several times, the branch manager finally contacted me and explained that while I did sign and purchase the vehicle on XX/XX/XXXX ... someone on their end did not do their job and as a result are causing me to suffer statutory and actual damages. Not only did they do hard inquiries against my credit several times on the XXXX XXXX XXXX, they then tried to get me to come up XX/XX/XXXX after FINALLY noticing that nothing was done on their part. One of their 'managers ' drove up that day to have me resign paperwork dated for XX/XX/XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, in an attempt to be disingenuous. I had been trying to reach them for 2-3 weeks with no answer or response other than 'i will look into it ' from their emails, automated attendants, etc.. Now I have had two more hard inquiries to my credit outside of the 30 day period, my previous loan is now late and will damage my credit, and I still don't have a title from the XXXX ( expires XXXX and will likely incur tickets ) or the XXXX cashback refund they said I'd have within 2-3 weeks. This is the third vehicle I've purchased through XXXX XXXX 's family of dealerships, and with the way this interaction has gone ... it'll be the last and I'll warn every person I ever speak with to stay far away from this company.

My sister in law lease a XXXX XXXX XXXX with Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America , Inc . I was her co-signer and we signed the contract at XXXX XXXX XXXX. When the lease ended she decided to purchase the vehicle and went to XXXX XXXX XXXX where on XX/XX/XXXX she signed by herself ( I was not needed as a co-signer ) the sale contract ( attached ). My sister in law received a letter from Mitsubishi Motors/Ally dated XX/XX/XXXX congratulating her for the purchase of the vehicle and giving instructions on how to create an online login to manage her account and make payments. She did so and made the payment. Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America has been reporting the lease account ( of the same car which has been purchase ) as opened and with payments delinquent. I contacted them explained that the car had been purchased on XX/XX/XXXX and that it was financed by XXXX XXXX/XXXX and asked them to contact that department since it was XXXX. They told me that XXXX XXXX and Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America are not the same company and are not related. They also told me that I had to contact XXXX XXXX/XXXX and ask them to send the payoff or verify if they had possibly sent it with the wrong information which would explain the delay. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and they said that the payoff check was sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX. This confusion between these 3 companies has been damaging my credit and my sister in laws credit. Incorrect derogatory information has been reported and I feel disrespected and helpless as a consumer. A sales contract was signed ; a down payment check was cashed by XXXX XXXX XXXX ; the first payment has been made to XXXX XXXX/XXXX ( account is current ) and yet Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America is reporting the lease of the same vehicle as delinquent. Please help us resolve this very serious issue.

On XXXX XXXX , XXXX I entered into a XXXX month lease for a new XXXX XXXX XXXX with creditor Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America XXXX MMCA XXXX . Note, that the contract did not assess a Disposition Fee upon return of the vehicle ( see attached contract ). The first lease payment of {$100.00} was due upon signing the lease ( see attached contract ). The subsequent XXXX lease payments were paid in XXXX lump sum, totaling {$2400.00}, and was received by MMCA on XXXX / XXXX / XXXX ( see attached MMCA statement ). At the end of the lease the vehicle underwent a Lease Termination Inspection and there were no charges assessed for either Normal Wear & Use or Excess Wear & Use ( see attached inspection report XXXX . The vehicle was returned to the dealership where it was purchased in XXXX of XXXX . There was not a problem with this account until XXXX XXXX . MMCA fraudulently reported to the XXXX major crredit bureaus that I still owed a lease payment of {$100.00} in addition to a {$5.00} late charge thus totaling {$110.00}. I 've disputed this with the credit bureaus supplying them with the proof attached hereto but they have not removed this fraudulent charge because MMCA 's electronic response to the credit bureaus is " this account is being reported correctly. '' On a recorded line with MMCA on XXXX / XXXX / XXXX a MMCA representative stated that the {$110.00} charge is NOT owed but still on my account because they have not yet received a " signed odometer statement from the dealership. '' Whether or not MMCA ever receives a signed odometer statement from the dealership, that has since changed ownership, does not give this creditor the authority to commit fraud against my credit history causing an unjust, significant decrease in my credit score due to thier fraudulence.

Hello, Mitsubishi motors is reporting an account that is a paid charge-off that is NOT MINE to XXXX. It is someone with a similar name not me. I called Mitsubish several times and they advised it was not my account but that I needed to dispute it with the credit bureaus. I informed them they were the ones reporting the mistake and they needed to fix it and they were very rude and told me to send them something in writing. I faxed a letter to Mitsubishi on XX/XX/XXXX stating the account number and it was not my account. I also faxed a letter to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX with the information and they initialed a dispute with Mitsubishi and it came back that Mitsubishi VERIFIED the item! I called Mitsubishi on XX/XX/XXXX and they advised the account was not mine and notified XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX electronically that this account was not mine. I then called XXXX on the same day XX/XX/XXXX and they stated the Mitsubishi verified the item as accurate and placed yet another dispute for the item not being mine. This has caused me many hours of frustration and financial hardship as I am being denied loans because of this error! The account number is XXXX and it is someone with a similar name. My social is XXXX and dob XX/XX/XXXX. I need this account removed from being reported to XXXX as it is not my account! Mitsubishi has advised that it is not mine but they are still verifying the item as accurate with the credit bureaus and telling me on the phone they are notifying the bureaus it is not mine! Signed a Lease for a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in 2015. The vehicle was for a personal use. After returned the vehicle, MMCA started charging me for Property Taxes. The county I live in Texas ( XXXX ) does charge for property taxes on leased vehicles used for commercial purposes. I never agreed in paying such taxes as vehicle was being used for personal purposes. On XX/XX/XXXX the payment went delinquent to a collection company and a derogatory mark was put on my credit report. I contacted the dealership where I signed the lease and the Sales Manager provided me with a copy of the Affidavit I signed in XX/XX/XXXX indicating vehicle was being used for personal uses, this affidavit is required by the county so they would not assess property taxes. Problem is that this document never made to the county which in turn, and rightfully so, charged taxes. MMCA failed in ending the document back to the county which not only caused me a huge inconvenience with all the harassment to pay something I was not supposed to but also generated a delinquent payment and a derogatory mark on my credit incorrectly. I have been receiving threatening phone calls from XXXX XXXX to collect on a debt for a vehicle that was repossessed in XXXX. I was first told that the company was a law firm but when I spoke to someone at the return phone number they only refered to themselves as case managers. They have told me that they are sending someone to my house with a summons, that they will be suing me, that they are in the process of putting a lien on my current vehicle, they threatened my credit and my husbands who was not part of the original debt. Most recent calls were yesterday XX/XX/XXXX and today XX/XX/XXXX. Today 's message also stated that they " firm '' is ready to take legal action and they are having the information forwarded to me and without further notice stating the phone call was my notice. I filed bankruptcy and it was discharged 7 months ago. I reaffirmed on my loan with XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I have made payments the entire time along with their website showing payments continued from XX/XX/17 to current. I went to trade the car in yesterday and the dealer said all the bureaus are not showing that I'm making car payments on the loan in any of the car part of the bureaus. It shows that the car was included in the BK. It needs to show payment history. This needs to be backdated to show I have been making payments. Since I have been working hard to rebuild my credit this is the only thing holding me back from making the trade yesterday that would have paid XXXX off and made me non upside down. Great way to help me get back on track. All that hard work thrown out because someone is not reporting accurately.

And he said every y ear I have to change the brakes. Instead of going to the dealership because it 's not under warranty. I was sent mail from mitsubishi that i had won {$1000.00} dollars. at XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX on the phone, They told if I am came in that they would redeem the ticket. when i got there at XXXX they said that they were no longer honoring it and tricked me into their sales floor. they were rude and inferred it was common practice to use deceptive mailers. the mailer even said no gimmicks. the phone guy said they would redeem then they acted like i was the XXXX and said they sent out XXXX winners but only had to pay out XXXX. they really were happy at how deceptive it was.

Had an auto loan with Mitsubishi they say we were late one month out of the entire loan. That was the month that we moved an switch addresses. I called them to give them the information of our new address. I get a call the next month stating our payment wouldnt go through. When I had them check they sent the payment through using our old ZIP Code but our new address. I asked him to make notation of this error on their part and they said that it would not go against my credit.

Mitsubishi Motor Credit of America posted my final payment to the wrong account and has not fixed it. It has been months. My account has been paid in full since XX/XX/2021. They arent taking notes correctly on their representative line. And they keep reporting that there was NSF but I was have record that my checking account was charged. And they are very rude. Multiple disputes submitted pertaining to MMCA account and yet the account continues to report incorrectly. This account has already fallen off the other two credit bureau reports and should have already aged off of XXXX as well but I do not feel they are looking in-depth into the account or contacting MMCA about correct payment information or balances. I Have Excellent Credit but they ran my credit score 6 times at dealership without my consent. I purchased a vehicle on Wednesday XX/XX/18 at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, IL XXXX.
