In XXXX of 2015 my adopted mom asked me to co sign a title loan for her. Knowing the title loan has a high interest rate I really did not want too but did. She took my paycheck stubs to the title loan place without me being present or knowing what 's going on. I was under the impression the loan was XXXX. By doing this she is now over XXXX.
Sunday XX/XX/2015 I have a letter on the door.inside this letter was a contract for XXXX XXXX 2015, it has my signature on it, clearly this is not my signature. Then here 's the letter, my name is totally spelled wrong. The tell me in the letter anything over XXXX is a class D felony and I need to take care of the payment in the amount of XXXX. This to me is they are trying to strong arm me into paying. Which I 'm not going to do. If they take the vehicle they take it.
