Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I am writing to dispute several hard inquiries on my credit report. According to my credit report, there have been several hard inquiries made by various lenders over the past few months that have negatively impacted my credit score. I understand that lenders have the right to request my credit report as part of their lending process, but I believe that these inquiries were made without my consent or authorization. I have not applied for any credit or loans during this time period and have no knowledge of any lenders or financial institutions conducting a credit check on me. As you are aware, hard inquiries can stay on a credit report for up to two years and can have a negative impact on my credit score, which can affect my ability to obtain credit in the future. Therefore, I am requesting that these hard inquiries be removed from my credit report immediately. I have already contacted the credit reporting agencies and disputed these inquiries, but I have not received a satisfactory response. I am hoping that your organization can assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible. My credit report clearly shows the unauthorized hard inquiries. Well my complain is with a financial institution called mission financial a dealer named XXXX based in XXXX, AL sold a 2007 freightliner truck to me and mission financial finance the truck which I made a down payment of XXXX and I started with a tile processing error by their rep which took about 3 to 4 months before that issue was resolved then after I register the truck and start to work after a month and half the truckbroke down which I tried to repair it spend XXXX on it and it was still not fixed did not miss a payment till the truck broke down less than 30days and they forced and repo the truck which they have repair loan programm but refused to offer me any assistance which end up me losing about XXXX which I think it 's just a bad way of financing I worked had to get the truck and end up losing now am back to square 1 again they could have help me get my truck back to work instead they took it and left me a poor layman suffering please I think the consumer agency should look into their practices. Thank you.

XXXX XXXX is reporting incorrect information such as terms, amounts, balance, origainal balance to XXXX. i have asked to send contract that bears my signature no response. they have been asked to verify no response but keep increasing there balance on loan monthly and when challenged. XXXX also has fail to verify information and provide such information to me on several attemps to resolve this 1681i, which provides, in relevant part, as follows : If the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in his file is disputed by a consumer, and such dispute is directly conveyed to the consumer reporting agency by a consumer, the consumer reporting agency shall within a reasonable period of time reinvestigate and record the current status of that information .... If after such reinvestigation such information is found to be inaccurate or can no longer be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall promptly delete such information.

after I got an credit card my credit score was dropped by XXXX XXXX and there is no explanation as to why my credit score was dropped by these many points and also when ai am logging on to my account I feel as though I am being cyber stalked because A Calculator pops up and i don't have or have I installed a calculator app on my laptop I know that I lost my wallet but I have been experiencing this type of cyber stalking since I lost my wallet I believe that some in my neighborhood or some one with in the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that is cyber stalking my laptop given i lost my wallet while I was at home I have been reporting this incident as much as I can even now have this cyber stalking calculator in my tool bar nowI just want to know how I can stop this cyber stalking its not safe

Mission Financial keeps upd ating my credit report with different new amounts from what the debt actually is and the last balance that was due to them in XXXX w as {$2100.00} now it has impacted my credit report that this company keeps updating these ridiculous amounts and they keep updating with XXXX accounts on my credit file and I tried disputing this XXXX times with the credit bureaus ( XXXX & XXXX ) a nd to no avail has anything changed so I am attaching what they are reporting twice on both credit bureaus and also this debt is ove r 7 years old a nd I can not understand why do they keep updating my credit profile and changing the amount due. I have attached and updated reports of this action.

I picked up a XXXX in XXXX Ga XXXX. The truck was a lemon. The truck made it back to XXXX and quit. I had a mechanic look at the vehicle. He stated the vehicle was a lemon and It would not haul any load because the vehicle reconditioned. The truck broke down and was towed to wrecking yard at XXXX request. I received a check from insurance company in which I then gave to XXXX 's for {XXXX} I had this vehicle one day which the law allows for 30 day I believe in state of Texas. However how is it that I owe XXXX on vehicle the insurance only paid half. The account does not belong to me but it belongs to XXXX 's XXXX and the trucking company they guided me to.

After the commercial vehicle was resold at the auction the amount was not deducted from the amount owed. {$31000.00} I payed on the XXXX XXXX XXXX for 8 months and nothing was applied to the loan reflecting a lower balance. The lender did not disclose voluntary repossession or repossession of any kind. The lender also did not inspect properly which in result caused a voided warranty they sold to me for XXXX because the commercial vehicle DEF system was deleted which depreciated the truck by {$10000.00} dollars as to why it only sold for {$3000.00} At the auction. The deleted DEF system was not disclosed at the time of purchase.

I am writing to complain about Mission Finance and XXXX Credit Bureau. Mission Finance sent me a bogus certified letter. The letter did not provide a phone number, return address, or location for the Auction sale. XXXX has this listed as a repossession on my credit score which is prohibiting me to obtain a job as an XXXX XXXX and purchasing a home. I reported to the Federal Highway Tax and fuel that the XXXX was destroyed. I had paid for the 2290 Form and could not get my money back

mission financial sued for the remaining amount on the truck for XXXX then they reported XXXX on the credit report. they are displaying unfair debt practicies by re-aging the debt and changing the amount owed. Everytime I call they give me a different amount but they put XXXX on my credit report. They clearly have violated [ XXXX XXXX ] subsection XXXX ( XXXX ) my mis-representing the amount owed.

The company claimed they corrected the problem and as of XX/XX/2017 the company updated the information to {$13000.00} plus dollars which previously the company responded was incorrect. This is continuing to make my credit unstable and I am considering retaining counsel if this continues this has been going for at least a year.

There is a company called MISSION FINANCIAL SVCS personal loan company who run my credit without my permission and did hard inquiry on my credit. I realize this few days back when I was applying to buy a new car. I need to sue that company for without matching someones ID and simply run the credit by just getting SSN.

Mission financial auctioned off this repoed commercial vehicle. After auction I was notified the commercial truck was purchased at auction for the full price I owed. This account says paid and closed. Account states repo paid balance XXXX.
