This compliant is being filed on behalf of the lender against the servicing company Mills Escrow Company in XXXX XXXX Texas.
We have several notes being serviced at Mills Escrow Company.
XXXX XXXX XXXX sold a note to XXXX XXXX and we notified Mills Escrow on XX/XX/2018 that the note had been sold and they already have existing accounts for XXXX XXXX so that he was going to continue having them serviced at Mills Escrow Company.
I sent several other emails in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and as of yet they have not transferred the account continue to to send us payment when we are no longer the lender and first payment was posted in correctly making the principal balance not correct per the amortization schedule.
We have filed a complaint on two other issues with the with the Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending but were told that they could not handle our issue we would have to file a complaint with your agency.

We had requested Mills Escrow Company to transfer XXXX XXXX accounts to a new servicing company XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2018.
We sent out a check certified mail to close out the accounts and it was received by Mills Escrow via the notification of the certified mail. Mills has stated that they could not find the check. Since they had not closed out the accounts I have asked them to take the close out fees from the lender income.
Yet we are still waiting for them to be closed out.
