Misleading contract on XX/XX/2023 with myself the true creditor, and the debtor MILLER INVESTMENT AUTO GROUP , INC. dba AUTO NOW although I act on full faith and credit, I was coerced into a vehicle that I did not inquire about. Not only was the vehicle overpriced the interest rate was way above the average. Originally, I was told that {$200.00} down was acceptable then after they got a signature from me and took my social security number as collateral and put themselves in the fiduciary position, they did what was right for themselves. I had paid {$300.00} in store and a {$1000.00} trade-in. After the transaction I found out that the vehicle was worth nearly {$16000.00} less than the amount I agreed to pay. The total cash price turned out to be {$15000.00} with a full payment of {>= $1,000,000}. On XX/XX/2023 I sent by certified mail a full payoff receipt, affidavit of truth, conditional acceptance. The contract was also locked into a UCC statement with said Trust and payoff receipt. The company has violated several laws and regulations and refuses to respond via written correspondence as requested.
