Today I was at work and a person named XXXX called my job to talk to me about debt that is owed to Millennium Financial. I told her I was currently at work but she demanded that I discuss the debt immediately. I then asked for her phone number and she proceeded to give me the phone number but then demanded that I call her by Monday XXXX XXXX I thanked her for the information and she hung the phone up on me. Her tone during the call was unprofessional and did call the number back to file complaint with her company. I also asked for them to never call my job again and that she never contact me regarding this issue. Millennium Financial and a company named XXXX are attempting to collect on this same debt and I do not feel comfortable discussing it with them.

A collection was placed on my credit of which I had no knowledge about nor received any notice about the amount claiming to be owed to them. The debt collector ( Millennium Financial Group ) looking to be collect for the amount of {$500.00} for XXXX headquartered out of XXXX XXXX, OK. I do not believe I owe this company nor has proper legal documents been filed showing i owe this amount. Both companies have failed to present me with a detailed spreadsheet showing exactly why I owe the company {$500.00}. Both companies are attempting to collect a falsely amount.

I requested validation of the {$570.00} owed to Millennium Financial Group, LLC. On XX/XX/XXXX I received 14 pages of account history from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX including names and dates of children and their procedures not associated with this bill. These are clear violations of all three minor children with appointments dating from XXXX inclosed. I have reached out to both Millenium Financial Group and XXXX XXXX office on Monday XX/XX/XXXX without a response back.

In Fall of 2021, I went to a dentist. After insurance hit, I owed the dentist {$110.00}. The dentist sold my debt to Millennium Financial Group in OK. They inaccurately reported a debt of {$780.00}, and in XX/XX/XXXX, I saw this reported on my credit report. The debt collector inaccurately listed my charges in an effort to negatively impact my credit. When I called and tried to ask them about this, they hung up on me for false accusations.

Millenium Financial Group, is trying to collection on a debt I open with XXXX 's in 2008. That debt is outdated and should not be able to be collected on. I have paid out all my accounts with XXXX in XXXX, Tx. What best describes my situation was not above as an Outdated account that is trying to be collected on. There needs to be a check box for Outdated debts as well for my situation just as well as other consumers.

This is a scavenger who bought a bad debt. Original creditor XXXX sold loan to XXXX. Both accounts were closed in XXXX. Michigan statue of limitations for this type of loan reporting is six years. The original and secondary loan holders have been removed from reporting agencies. Millienium obtained this information in XXXX. This is not a valid debt, and needs to be removed immediately.

They call once a week at least after repeatedly being told to stop calling. The debt they are attempting to collect is well over the 7 year statute of limitations so they have no right to continue this harassment.
