I have several issues with XXXX XXXX, a Division of XXXX XXXX. Their address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, NV XXXX. This loan company keeps adding interest monthly on a charged off account raising the balance from {$4000.00} to {$7000.00}. The company does not provide sufficient verification of debt when requested and keeps referring me to a hired collection agency to discuss about the account. There are inconsistencies with their information and information provided by the three credit agencies. I want to resolve this issue and I have disputed XXXX XXXX and the information with all three credit bureaus, but nothing has been done. The credit bureaus have referred me to the CFPB to make a complaint because they do not handle FCRA, SCRA, and any other violations. I was a servicemember, XXXX XXXX, stationed in XXXX at the date of this loan on XX/XX/XXXX. I have had previous loans with this company without any problems. However, this specific loan account has been troublesome. I separated from the XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX and received collection letters from this company when I moved back to XXXX. The letters stated I was past due and the account closed in XX/XX/XXXX. This loan started out with a balance of {$4000.00} and was charged off by XX/XX/XXXX with XX/XX/XXXX being reported 120 days late. However, despite being charged off, the balance has grown to {$7000.00} to this date. This company claims to be military friendly and set on helping military personnel. Yet, the account has been charged off and reported negatively since XX/XX/XXXX while the balance keeps rising. I have repeatedly attempted to resolve this matter with XXXX XXXX, yet they keep referring me to XXXX XXXX XXXX, a collection agency. The loan is still under XXXX XXXX and not sold to the collection agency. In XX/XX/XXXX, when I was able to speak briefly with the XXXX representatives, they stated that the principal was {$4000.00} and that is what was owed. Then they refered me to XXXX XXXX XXXX, who stated differently that the balance was {$5800.00} for example because interest has been charged on a charged off account. XXXX XXXX XXXX has told me that it is XXXX XXXX that is charging the added interest. When I called XXXX XXXX to speak with a supervisor, they told me that the amount was {$4000.00}, but they add the running interest and that the decision is up to XXXX XXXX XXXX if they collect the amount with the additional interest. When I spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX and its supervisor, she told me that the balance they have to collect is exactly what XXXX tells them to collect, which is the principal and the running interest even if the account is charged off. To my knowledge, an account cant be charged off by a company and then still have the amount increasing. This company violates FCRA and SCRA protection offered to servicemembers. On XX/XX/XXXX I asked for verification of debt through XXXX XXXX XXXX since XXXX XXXX would not oblige. I received only two pages of an online promissory note that did not substantiate verification of debt. No other documents were included to properly verify validity of debt. I thought this to be a mistake by XXXX XXXX XXXX and/or XXXX XXXX and asked once more for verification of debt on XX/XX/XXXX. Again, XXXX XXXX XXXX sent me a two page online version of a promissory note. When I called XXXX XXXX XXXX, they told me that it was all the paperwork XXXX XXXX gave them. This promissory note is an online version with no signature. There are several discrepancies with the information provided in the promissory note. There is a discrepancy with the account identification. XXXX XXXX XXXX identified the loan account as the account ending in XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. According to the credit bureaus, the account is identified XXXX just like its identified by XXXX XXXX XXXX. However, the promissory note labels the account as an account ending in XXXX. It also states another account on the promissory note with a balance of {$1800.00}. This account is identified as # XXXX. There is no clear way of identifying the account. In addition, under the title, " Federal Disclosure Statement, '' in the middle of the promissory note, the annual percentage is highlighted as 35.71 %. However, at the bottom of the note, in the last section, it states that the agreed interest is 33.36 % in small writing. This promissory does not match account numbers with the negatively reported one on the credit bureaus and there are too many inconsistencies.

XXXX XXXX XXXX have reported on my credit report every 2 weeks for the past year as being 60 days plus late. I have been trying to catch up but you are XXXX me with daily interest of 35 %. I am going to have to go to an attorney now. Either you reflect my account as current or I will have no choice but to seek legal actions. I am in the right because I have made payments every 2 weeks which means you are charged me 70 % interest a month that certainly violates all state laws and the SCRA. The representative is rude and unprofessional within the attached email and the inappropriate text in the subject line. I ask for a supervisor or someone over him and was told that was him. I then ask for the phone number to corporate or headquarters and was told to XXXX it. He went on to say that he will try to send me a email plaining explaining the context of my account in which hopefully I am capable of understanding. I asked if he was implying that I do not comprehend and he stated " you said that I did n't ''. Then I asked him if the conversation was being recorded and he stated " no ''. I told him I wish it was so when the conversation is reviewed they can hear what he was saying. I never in my life have felt so disrespected and angered by a lender. According to the Military Lending Act the has required me to pay by allotment according to the original contract. However, since I opted not to pay by allotment later within the contract due to financial hardship, it seems as though I am being targeted through my credit with daily compound interest, excessive late charges added, rollover on multiple times, and additional charges. It seems as though XXXX XXXX XXXX takes advantage of the consumer by making sure the consumer does fully understand the term or condition of the financial product or service. The customer service department takes advantage of the consumers frustration and actually initiates verbal conflict with the consumer. XXXX clearly discriminates against certain borrowers and it is apparent in their credit reporting procedures. Regardless, if a consumer like myself has been exercising in good faith to make double payments on two missed payments ; there is no remorse from the lender to apply additional finance charges, late fees, and misrepresent the APR cap. However, I find it hypocritical of XXXX XXXX Financial Bill of Rights to state that their goal is to help build credit ; Applications underwritten to ensure a borrowers ability to repay a loan. It is our goal to only offer loans in amounts we believe our customers will be able to repay, without falling into a cycle of debt. We always underwrite applications and perform credit checks that take into consideration an individuals ability to assume a loan. Then to add this statement as if they are helping others establish credit when it is apparent that they use it as an abuse tactic ; Credit agency reporting to help borrowers build credit history. XXXX XXXX believes it is important for our customers to establish a positive credit history. We take the time to educate and help customers build credit by reporting fair and accurate information in accordance with The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) that may benefit them in the long term. Finally, my last statement from XXXX webpage As the military division of XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX is federally regulated. We proudly serve the military, and understand the unique challenges that military life can bring. Our military loans are designed to help you today. However, the lender has only cost military families to gain further debt with their outrageous daily interest and high APR. XXXX is not designed to help unless you are able to pay the debt within 30 days or allotment. I had a previous loan with the lender in which I had an allotment and did not incur additional interest. Also, I was reimbursed payments several times with unauthorized drafts from my account, but was still charged NSF/LATE/INTEREST.

In XX/XX/2017, I had opened an unsecured loan with XXXX. Upon opening of the loan, I had not setup any automated payments. I was under the impression per the conversations that I had with XXXX that my first payment was due in XX/XX/XXXX. Apparently, the loan was setup middle of the month of XX/XX/XXXX and the first payment was due in XX/XX/XXXX. I had no knowledge of the late payment until I was contacted by XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. When I was contacted, there was an issue with my military pay where they changed my status erroneously which caused me to go the entire month without pay. I had contacted XXXX to let them know the issue and made a promise to pay via an allotment. I had a total of {$200.00} that I could pay them as a token of goodwill, which I made. Once the military had settled the pay issue, I was able to rectify the difference owed and setup my account for auto payment. The account had been automatically paid via an ACH from my checking account every month since then. The issue is that my account has been reporting as 30+ days late on my credit report every single month. The only reason that I found out this was happening was because my wife and I applied for a mortgage. When we applied, our loan officer asked why we have been 30 days late with them for months. The was information that was new to us and we quickly called XXXX to rectify the situation. Between countless phone calls, multiple departments and countless different responses, there has been no consistent statements on their behalf. The last call that was made we were told that because they changed systems in XX/XX/XXXX, that they would have to go back and forth between the old and new systems. The rep we spoke to provided myself with different information than what was previously given ; including alleged phone calls in which I had no recollection of. The issue is that had we know there was a rolling late payment reporting on our account, we would've rectified the situation months ago. I feel like this is a complete UDAAP violation. This is unfair because I had no knowledge of being continually late for 30 days for close to a year. Had I not applied for a mortgage, I still would be late. This has also disqualified me from being able to obtain VA financing. This is deceptive because XXXX had made no attempt to call me, they have not been able to provide me with a consistent answer and they state that they changed systems in XX/XX/XXXX which also makes it impossible for me to validate anything they state because when I check my records online, there are no documents to view. This is abusive because I can potentially lose out on my deposit and home which can cause me a huge financial hardship. Their acts and practices appear to only protect their best interest since the account was setup for automatic payments and their lack of communication, not sending any statements or emails informing me that I have been 30+ days late and their inability to provide me with a consistent, truthful detailed history of communications has given them the ability to continually collect a late payment fee from me every month. This has been a benefit to them. Also, per each conversation had ; I was told that once I setup the automatic payments, they have no records of any calls or communications made/sent to me via any method. I have had loans that once I am past the grace period of the loan ; I will receive automated calls, urgent emails, personal calls or communications via USPS that I am late, yet alone hitting the 30 day mark. The burden shouldn't be held solely on me. I setup the automatic payments to avoid any future issues as per my previously mentioned issue with my military pay. It is very convenient that as soon as I set this service up, they stated ( and confirmed multiple times ) that they never made any communications to me and they collected hundreds of dollars in late payment fees while also damaging my credit.

On XX/XX/XXXX, I applied for a loan with this XXXX XXXX company, through the verification process they contacted me and said that they thought I was not the one applying for the loan. I explained the agent that although I has asked my wife to help me type the information in the actual application, I had been the one completing and checking agreed and consenting to the application. They denied the application and I call them to follow up why as they had approved me previously and send me an email saying so, they guy I spoke to said that the reason was that they couldn't verify my identity and so they needed to run the information again. He asked me all my details and I gave them and they without asking me pulled a second credit inquiry on my credit, on XX/XX/XXXX - just 7 days after, I had no idea they did, and he never told me he would otherwise I would have never consented. I learned about that until a month later when I checked my credit score and report. After this last time, I was approved for {$2500.00} and since I had an emergency and financial need, I took the loan regardless that they had offered a lower interest they ended up with a 28.023. I made my first payment on XX/XX/XXXX and they took an additional month worth on XX/XX/XXXX, I called them and asked them why, they said it was an error and that they will not take another payment until XX/XX/XXXX, on that day I also requested and gave authorization for my wife to be able to discuss the the account with them and make decisions, well on XX/XX/XXXX they took another month 's payment, and that is a total of 3 months worth of payments in less than 31 days. My wife called them and requested an explanation as to why they were taking additional funds, they told her they were going to take the payment as long as they had the account on file, regardless that I had been told they wouldn't. She inquire why they had not replied to an email inquire I sent asking as to why my credit had been inquired twice and how as a courtesy they could please retrieve the second inquire since I was after all their customer, they guy laughed at my wife asking for that and he said it was done. My wife and I had to look for another loan so we could pay this off, since their service was very awful and the experience with them I regret very much, my wife called and a guy named XXXX answered the call, she greeted him and said he needed some help with my account, the guy without identifying the account told my wife immediately that he can't answer anything my wife advise that she was authorized in the account as I has signed a release for that, he then in a very sarcastic manner spoke to my wife and told her he didn't even know who or what account it was, although she had already identified the account in the automated system that allows them to id the caller previous to them coming to the phone, his customer services was absolutely awful, just like every single person we got to deal with, is absolutely sad that they hide under the promise to want to help military families like us that are struggling in today 's economy, when they have no regard or interest other than charge higher interest rates and take advantage of the necessity of families to really hut you even more. We paid off our loan today thank XXXX after getting the funds from another lender who treated us with respect. I think companies like XXXX XXXX need to be investigated for their bad dealings and bad way to do business, these type of companies should not be in existence, they don't have scruples in their business, I regret very much to have dealt with them. I am not a guy to come and review or report anything, but I want to help other military families like myself to avoid falling into their trap.

I am a US veteran of 20+ years and I would like to report the unfair financial practices by a financial services company by the name of XXXX XXXX ( a military lending division of XXXX XXXX ). I applied for a loan in XXXX of last year and was approved. I needed the loan to offset the cost of expenses as the result of living on a fixed income ( military retirement pension ). The original loan amount was {$1400.00}. The loan has a fixed number of payments ( 1year ). Payments started in XX/XX/XXXX and are to end in XX/XX/XXXX, but because of financial difficulties in XX/XX/XXXX, numerous interest rates and service charges have been added to the principal of the loan. As a result, repayment of the loan will have to be extended past the maturity date of XX/XX/XXXX ( all payments can be completed by XX/XX/XXXX). In addition to the increased amounts on the loan, my otherwise very good credit has been ruined and my credit score has dropped dramatically because XXXX XXXX ( a military lending division of XXXXXXXX XXXX ) has " flagged '' me with a 30-day and just recently a 60-day late payment on my account with all three credit bureaus making it impossible for me to apply for any future lending. On top of that a " hard inquiry '' was placed on my XXXX credit report which I did not initiate. I am requesting removal of these negative items from my credit report from all three credit bureaus and the " hard inquiry '' from my XXXX credit report again which I did not initiate. I have made a recent loan payment of {$130.00} toward my balance of {$710.00}. Since XXXX of this year, I have been trying to get someone at XXXX XXXX ( a military lending division of XXXX XXXX ) to work with me on lowering my monthly payments and to stop payment by military allotment to my bank account. I 've had numerous NSF ACH direct debits on my checking account and several NSF fees added directly to the amount owed. I have always demonstrated a " willingness to pay '' when it comes to paying debts. This account is the only account on my credit report showing a negative status. I spoke with a representative at XXXXXXXX XXXX to discuss the status of my account. I was advised by this individual to restrict all communication with XXXX XXXX as there might be a misunderstanding in information regarding my account. So I did. This also raised a flag concerning the unfair practices and treatment of consumers at XXXX XXXX ( a military lending division of XXXX XXXX ) especially towards veterans, servicemembers, and their families. As a XXXX veteran, I am hopeful that I can get this agency to do all it can to help me with this situation because I do n't know where else to turn to. I am reminded of a certain senator in Washington DC who would be very interested in the " credit protection measures '' of the Military Lending Act being applied to veterans, servicemembers, and to their families. Thank you very much Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for being there when we need you the most. Hopefully this can be resolved at your level. Thank you. PS. XXXX, at the Heights Finance office in XXXX XXXX, lies to consumers about the law and the terms of ther contract and tries to bully them into additional commitments. First of all, my interest rate is greater than what I was told it was when I took the loan. Second, my payments are due on the XXXX of the month. I have been a day or two late in the past, but never more than that. This month ( XXXX ) I notified them that my payment would be 12 days late and that I would make it on the XXXX. I was informed by XXXX that I could skip the {$80.00} payment if I made a {$27.00} payment over the phone and my maturation date would just be moved to a month later. I told her I didn't want to do that because it was another month of high interest rates. She then informed me that I was then *required* to come in to the office ( which is 40 miles away ) for a " good faith visit '' today. When I told her that wasn't legal, she said it was part of my agreement with them and I disagreed pointing out it was nowhere in the paperwork and I would not do it. Then she told me they were going to call me every day until they " got their money ''. I reminded her that at that point I was only 2 days past my due date, not 30, and calling me every day would constitute harrassment. I would pay my regular payment and any late fee on the XXXX. She told me she could and would call me every day whether I liked it or not, unless I came in for a good faith visit. She has called several times since, and I just haven't answered, but today, after she called me and I ignored it, I called back hoping for a better interaction. She informed me that if I didn't pay within 7 days of my due date they would report me to the credit bureau and I needed to come in for a " good faith visit '' or pay immedately to avoid my credit being damaged. I told her that I was already past 7 days as it was due on the XXXX and it is now the XXXX and that they legally can not report me until I am 30 days past due and I am only 10 days past due. She said I was wrong and that I had to " come in or pay right now or they'll report me. '' I told her that is not true and I know the law. She then said " You better pay on the XXXX or we'll report you! '' in a very angry voice. As I said, I am only 10 days late. I notified them in advance that I would be, and I have never been more than a day or two late with them in the past. This predatory lender lies to consumers about the terms of their contract, and tries to bully them and lies to them about the law. XXXX at the XXXX XXXX office, in particular, is rude and dishonest. I am very concerned that she will vindictively damage my credit when I have not ever been 30 days late with them.

After a company has charged off your debt they have no permissible reason what so ever to pull a consumers credit. This is a clear violation of my privacy rights under the FCRA LAWS. on XXXX XXXX 2017, XXXX XXXX 2017 and onXX/XX/XXXX the company Pioneer Financial services deliberately violated my privacy rights under the FCRA permissibly reason to pull a consumer credit report being that I have no open account with them or any account in collections with them according to the notes on my file with this company and on my credit report. Under the FCRA this is the definition of Permissible Purpose. Being that this company is not actively trying to provide me with credit, nor are the actively trying to collect a debt there is no reason for them to be pulling my credit. The accounts that I have with them currently are charged off as a bad debt and as a loss. They have not assigned a collection agency to peruse collections so as I stated they have no reason to pull my credit the three times that they have pulled it. This is abuse of power to cause harm to a person personal credit and I would like for them to be further investigated on my behalf. The Phantom Debt Collector Scheme is what happened. The ordeal started in XXXX, and has caused severe consumer injury. In fact the mishap cost me my career. I am still in the process of gathering all the details. I do have the original contracts, bank statements, and L.E.S. statements show how finances were deducted. By the time I realized what was happening it was to late to fix from my geographical location. The criminals tried to frame me for the crimes committed against myself and the United States-XXXX. I was put into a XXXX status for 4 months in XXXX XXXX, and found out that I was XXXX. Pioneer Service " XXXX '' XX/XX/XXXX : - {XXXX} XX/XX/XXXX : - {$XXXX} XXXX - {XXXX} XXXX - {$XXXX} XXXX - {$XXXX} XXXX - {$XXXX} XXXX - {$XXXX} XXXX - {$XXXX} XXXX - {$XXXX} XXXX - {$XXXX} XXXX - {$XXXX} XX/XX/XXXX : - {$XXXX} XX/XX/XXXX - {$XXXX} XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XX/XX/XXXX=- {$XXXX} loss of remainder of sign on bonus : - {$XXXX} Total loss : - {$XXXX} ( Loss of XXXX Career priceless ) I was XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I have tried to fix this ever since. Each time my technology gets hacked or broken and the process ends. In XXXX the Veterans Affairs awarded me XXXX for the XXXX associated with being XXXX from my career prematurely. Also in XXXX 7 days later in another state the FTC was shutting down the Phantom Debt Collectors that had harassed me since XXXX 's first payday loan. Each debt seemingly went into several collections agencies that were connected to military debts. ( Pioneer Services & XXXX ) XXXX XXXX loan discharged XX/XX/XXXX + {$XXXX} I have receipts for phantom debts that I have paid that were not actual debts. Total loss is still being calculated. Around XXXX of XXXX I took out a {$2500.00} loan with a company online called XXXX XXXX XXXX. Their website left the impression that they were legally able to operate in the state of Hawaii and that they operated in accordance with the SCRA and MLA. All monthly payments were made. On XX/XX/XXXX I took out another loan with them for {$3000.00} at a 32.78 % interest. I combined my monthly payments for the two loans ( monthly payment : {$240.00} ) but the two accounts were still open. Fast forward to XXXX of XXXX when my last payment was made to them. I had some financial troubles as well as issues with my debit account. I do some research on lending laws and practices. I find out that the state I reside in- Hawaii- requires lenders to not only be licensed to do business in that state but also caps the interest rate at 24 %. I also find out that the MLA doesnt allow loan rollovers. I send an email to XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX questioning the legality of the loan. I receive no response back but on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX I receive a missed call from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I return the call at XXXX XXXX and Im told by Mr. XXXX, my account representative, that I have a past due balance of around {$1600.00} and that my account will be charged off if I dont make a payment by the end of the month reflecting negatively on my credit. I set up a payment with him. I then begin to question him on the legality of the loan and he responds by listing the companys credentials and that any matter pertaining to the companys legality is XXXX XXXX XXXX. I then ask for the Lending Agreement. He responds by saying I can either email the company my authorization to email the documents or check online in the Documents section of My account. I head to my account and none of the Lending Documents are there only the updated Privacy Act. I also see that my original loan of {$2500.00} has been closed without my knowledge and appeared to have been refinanced without my knowledge. I call Mr XXXX back to inquire about the lending documents. When I told him the only Documents that appeared was the Privacy Act, he responded with what more do you need then? He then proceeded to read of the loan details but made no attempt to send me the loan agreement. Only after calling him a fifth time did he give me the email contact so I could email the authorization but have no exact time frame of when Id receive a response. I am currently waiting for response as well as seeking legal advice.

I immediately contacted the corporate office of XXXX XXXX to find out why they allowed their branch manager to disclose personal information on me that I did not give permission to do and they had a District Manager by the name of XXXX XXXX call me, but he said it was not against any of my rights or laws for XXXX from XXXX XXXX to call XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX disclosing my payment history and personal information, but I work at a Finance company as well and it violates my rights and we are not allowed to disclose anything to another creditor, especially to call them back just to make me look bad to the new loan company to keep them from doing my loan. I want something done about this and I want to be notified or if you can refer me to who I need to contact besides their corporate office or district manager because they are taking up for each other and I have all the proof and the branch manager as a witness from the new loan company. I obtained a loan from XXXX towards the end of 2016. I have been making my payments that was agreed upon initially every month and they have been reporting me to the credit bureau as behind every month. I have called for two weeks straight and was kept on hold for hours every day. The automated system try to refer me to the online site but I can not get on my account because it keeps telling me to contact customer support. They wouldnt refinance my loan as I requested unless I reapply for another loan which I refused because that would be adding on to my current loan. After my refusal to reapply for another loan, they went ahead and submitted new application which required a credit pull that was declined without my authorization and then they told me that I wasnt qualify anyway. Due to my PCS move to a new state, I took a huge pay cut which was the reason I wanted to refinance but they decline. I asked for copies of the actual contract and the payment history because I had no clue what the balance was and they just ignored my pleas. This has been going on for months. They locked my account and it tells me to contact customer service but its going on 3 weeks now and was put on hold for hours. I receive no update on my payments & balance and recently out of curiousity because I know the loan should be close to being paid off but no luck. I am so tired of these companies getting away with these types of fraudulent business behavior. The sad thing they advertise so much about helping military families and yet theyre taking from them more than helping. I am never working with this company ever again. It was a time of distress that I had to take this loan from them to help cover my brothers XXXX because he was XXXX and his insurance had dropped him because the XXXX treatment was too expensive and this is what I had to deal with. I dont fully have access to my credit report so no dates are available for me to give Ive been declined to access my accounts. I cant proof my identity to get a job I am a United States born citizen an I am asked for proof of my citizenship for everything. XXXX XXXX has attempted to take me to court for a wage garnishment from a debt I fell behind years ago ( Early-Mid XXXX ) due to job loss./possibility of homelessness. I rightfully would receive an exemption due to having received government assistance within a 6 month time frame and filled out a form stating such. I also currently work for a XXXX XXXX XXXX and am unfamiliar with the legal system so there was miscommunication regarding the paperwork for the garnishment with said company I work for. My checks were then garnished ( before the court made a final decision ) and XXXX XXXX began continuously receiving money from my checks despite my attempt to contact them to explain this. The head branch manager at the XXXX location refused to return any funds to me and threatened to sue me again even if the judge does find me exempt for that moment. I've even mailed proof of why I'm exempt but found out in court ( late XX/XX/XXXX ) they were not going to even present it because the attorney they sent was very unprepared and knew nothing about my case. They still ended up receiving up to {$600.00} and I requested a refund of this which the person ( head branch manager ) responded to with a " sure ''. I've not heard back since but I do see that they have initiated yet another attempt to wage garnish me. They have not even updated the amount that was originally owed to reflect the funds they should have never received from the beginning. There are several issues : ( XXXX ) The creditor has reported Balance and Past Due on the account of {$1600.00} every month since XX/XX/XXXX, but it turns out the actual Balance and Past Due amounts were {$2600.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX XXXX The account was charged off in about XX/XX/XXXX, but duplicate charge off codes were reported every month ever since. In one section of my credit report they have my name and address wrong. I've never spelled my name like it shows in the report and I've never lived at one of the addresses it shows either. They also have some of the companies & the dollar amounts listed 3 and 4 times ... ... .. That's ridiculous!!!! All that does is make my credit look worse than what it actually is!!!!! There's also some companies still listed on my report that I have already filed bankruptcy on 7 or 8 years ago and some 10 years ago that are still on there and they shouldn't be!!!!!! It doesn't matter if a person tries to do the right thing or not because the government is going to do what it wants too anyway regardless if they hurt that person 's feeling or mess up their life to where they are not able to buy anything or if that person tries to safe face from getting embarrassing phone calls or being told they are going to get sued!!!! You know things do happen in life that we can't control, like getting hurt in an accident to work you're not able to work or pay your bills ... ... I got a installment loan with Heights Finance in XXXX. Lost my job due to work comp case in XXXX, they were notified. In XXXX, I received a letter from collection agency for {$3200.00}. I remained in contact with company. In XXXX, I received the last billing statement stating acct balance was {$3200.00}, but I was only able to pay {$98.00}, bringing total to {$3100.00}. The account went into charge off status. Had XXXX on elbow that same month & short term XXXX had not started yet. Company was aware, but continued to call & harass me twice a day even after the change in acct status. Due to the stress that caused, I wrote them & demanded they no longer call me, but to communicate in writing from here on out. Credit report disputes from XXXX, show they reported the balance to be {$3100.00} up until I paid {$3200.00} in XXXX, then they all of a sudden show an unpaid balance, today they show XXXX payments due for XXXX & XXXX. The company has never sent an updated statement showing any unpaid balance-my address has never changed, which could have been paid in XXXX if there were any, but continues to increase it on my credit report. Thankfully I check that or I would have no idea what they're doing!! The company also continues to update the account as if it is currently open. Everything they've sent me in XXXX shows the balance being {$3200.00}, I have a copy of the last statement & the check from the bank & when they processed it. Heights Finance put a judgement back in XX/XX/XXXX i was getting a divorce at that time and could n't pay the billing. They did n't start garnishing my wages until XX/XX/XXXX I believe they intentionally waited to garnish/contact you until the debt was almost out of statute in order to accrue as much interest as possible - I have had the same phone number for a number of years. This month in XX/XX/XXXX the garnishment was terminated because Heights Finance profit and Loss did n't give the balance to them since the garnishment. I called profit and loss several times to resolve this matter before they go and file another garnishment and I have tried contacting them several times to see what your options are here and no one will even return your call. My first call was XX/XX/XXXX XXXX spoke with XXXX and she said the manager was on vacation would be back XX/XX/XXXX. So then i called on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX and spoke with XXXX she said the manager just came back from vacation and has n't looked at his emails or files as of yet. They would call me. then i called again on XXXX at XXXX spoke with callie again and she said the XXXX has n't reviewed my file yet. I have tried to resolve this. But nothing seems to be happening. On XXXX XXXX 2016, XXXX placed an account on my credit file which i did not recognize. The account was from a company called heights financial corporation.I immediatetly researched the company and loan in question. Obtained. Their Phone number and address. I called and spoke with a representative and explained the reason im calling. They put me in contact with a senior representative spoke with a XXXX XXXX again explaining the situation she researched in her company files is my name, social security number and address that matched any accounts in my name. The research camey up negative she immediatly responded that i doo not have An account with them and werey suppose. For starters, the staff at the XXXX office has used abusive practices including demeaning me when I fall even a week behind on my monthly payment. I've been hounded and harassed by their regional managers ( I believe they're called this ) and even been threatened with action against my credit report - even when I was on time! I believe fees were unnecessarily put on my account, although I've been denied access to my account to prove such. The amount they purport I owe is almost as much as I borrowed - almost two years later. Yesterday, XX/XX/XXXX, I received an alert by XXXX XXXX that a " civil action '' entry was put on my credit report - and there are NO open cases in XXXX County, Indiana which was initiated by XXXX XXXX. This is an abuse of power to harm my credit. Today, XX/XX/2018, I received an alert from XXXX XXXX that a hard inquiry was made on my credit file. I have not applied for a XXXX XXXX product, and there is no permissible purpose for pulling my credit as a hard inquiry. This has done unnecessary damage to my credit report, and I will be seeking redress for this. I wanted this complaint on file with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. After I paid off the loan I received a congratulations message 2 times from the company and they offered me 2 times more money and a new loan amount. I accepted the new loan and began sending in payments before the due date of XX/XX/XXXX for the new loan. I payed the 1st payment of XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX and suddenly they began sending messages that I owed them a payment and a late fee of XXXX by email all of a sudden. I showed them every email that stated XX/XX/XXXX was the payment due date for the 1st payment although I payed XXXX in advance of that date. I forwarded all the emails ever sent to me about all the dates and payments and receipts of payments to the consumer advocate on their website as well as XXXX to prove that I knew what I was talking about and that they are messy with their books. They reccommended that I call some number and speak with someone who claimed they waived the fee but she never admitted to the mistake. I told her I would email proof and go even further as to file a suit if necessary for them trying to mess with my credit score by denying me due process. She reassured me by phone but not by email which I found to be very suspicous because they add on fees which they magically construe without explanation and then lie about it until you prove that they can be sued.

During one of my deployments a XXXX XXXX loan was refinanced in my name. I was unaware of this debt until about XX/XX/2017. This account wasnt opened by me but to prevent loss of my clearance I caught the payments up and have been making them in effort to prevent my credit from taking any continued downspiraling. I contacted XXXX to request a goodwill effort to have the late payments removed from this account because I was unaware of the loan and was XXXX when it was opened / refinanced. I have never heard from anyone about this issue. I make the monthly payment on time and digilently did what was necessary to bring it current when I found out this account had been refinanced. XXXX XXXX XXXX is suppose to be a company looking out for servicemembers but instead it seems like a predatory lender. High interest rates and no flexibility to help servicemembers .Where are the benefits for servicemembers on XXXX or protection? I am not asking to discharge the loan only asking for XXXX to remove the negative payment history as i was on XXXX to XXXX when the loan opened and when the late payments occurred. I have made numerous attempts to get help with this by contacting the Customer Advocates, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX only to hear nothing back. I was entered into a loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX through Mid-country Bank back in XX/XX/XXXX. The account was paid up on time by automatic withdrawal ( which is required by their services in order to obtain the loan ) all the way up until XX/XX/XXXX. At this time I was almost done paying off the loan and was suggested to refinance the loan to borrow more when another issue aroused. When I did such the bank supposedly paid off the remainder of that loan with the new loan amount ( a roll up ). A few months later they kept calling me and sending me letters saying I still owed for the older loan and refused to delete that amount or remove it from my credit report. I was still paying on the new loan by automatic withdrawals until they kept adding interest did the prior loan at this time when my bank account was closed for fraudulent activity they closed out both my accounts and placed them on a charge account for two separate loans that are on my credit report as we speak. I feel that they have violated my military lending rights as well as predatory trying to collect a debt that was already included into a new debt. As a result of this Mid Country Bank is reporting to the credit reporting agencies that there are two outstanding debts ( charge offs ) on my credit report potentially affecting my financial records which could affect my job.

I was working with a financial advocate to clean up my credit report and get my debts cleared and in doing so we disputed some things on my credit report to make sure things were accurate. A payday loan that I took while I was in the military service from a company called XXXX XXXX is the problem. I initially took the loan for {$3000.00} dollars on XX/XX/2013. I paid this loan until I was XXXX from the military on XX/XX/2013. I brought this balance down to {$1600.00} dollars over this course of time with {$120.00} payments every month via an alotment on my paycheck. After I was XXXX from the military I lost everything and I went through a period of XXXX. Working with the advocate, after we disputed and checked the accuracy of the debt and it was reported completely accurate at {$1600.00} dollars by all three credit bureaus. Within 60-90 days of getting the reports that it was accurate, the creditor sold my debt to another party and increased the debt to {$4100.00}. This is a violation of the fair credit reporting act and the fair debt collection practices act and therefore, I want the amount to reflect accurately and I want to stop this company from doing this to veterans like me. I got a personal loan for XXXX. They are charging me 35 percent apr, plus a XXXX dollar " finance charge ''. They forced me to have insurance on the loan for if I lost my job or had a financial hardship it would pay the payment. I ran into some money trouble, and the finance company refused to let me use insurance to pay payments, putting me almost XXXX payments behind. My two children and I are living in a hotel while we wait for the below issue to be resolved. No one has been able to remove the information from my account. Pioneer services has a loan of ours which we stopped paying on because they cant send us proof of a signed contract. the time this loan was taken out our ID and SSN were stolen and a lot of drama came from it. For some of the stuff we actually thought it was us but turns out a lot of it was n't. Now they keep harassing my mom who I have n't talked to in a long time and calling her day in day out We are stationed overseas and do n't have any contact with her since my dad passed away. The company won a garnishment against me in a judgment on XXXX XXXX 2019. The garnishment did not commence until XX/XX/2019. The garnishment was paid in full on XX/XX/2019. The amount of the garnishment was XXXX After the amount was paid in full plus an additional {$20.00} that was not agreed upon the company never reported that the account was in charge off status and judgment/garnishment status. Step 1 : What is this complaint about? XXXX pulled my credit report without my permission. When I asked why, I was told that the representative was not willing to put the reasons why in writing. I had a loan with Pioneer lending as a young soldier in the military. I deployed into a XXXX XXXX for XXXX months and became XXXX XXXX. When I contacted this company to tell them about deployment so that SCRA protections would fall into place, they never took action. When I became XXXX serving my country, the company did not look into the " XXXX protection '' on my account- when my Wife made them aware of the XXXX blast. Instead, this company continued and still continues to hike on excessive interest rate- for years. MidCountry XXXX sold my loan to another company " B '' on XX/XX/XXXX. I received two XXXX forms from both companies in XX/XX/XXXX. I found that mortgage interests received from borrowers ( the numbers in box XXXX ) add up not equal to the amount I have paid in XX/XX/XXXX. I reached out to MidCountry XXXX, which explained to me what happened in their end and ensured me that their XXXX is correct. The same thing happened when I contacted company B. In total, I spent more than 4 hours talking to both companies back and forth multiple times, which was a very frustrating process. The attorney, XXXX XXXX, threaten me with lawsuit and stated that I do not pay my bills when I tried to give my bankruptcy attorney information. He hung up on me and when I called back, He would not give me his last name until I confronted how he was acting and this is not how an attorney is suppose to act nor say the words he was using to me. While in the military I took out a loan. Upon discharge I ran into financial pitfall. XXXX XXXX military lending company refused to accept payment directly from me and mad me pay their collector. Account payment was agreed And settled in full with documentation to prove. I called XXXX XXXX company they said the account was closed and paid in full. I filed multiple disputes to have the account corrected. I called the primary creditor only to have the agent say that they will not report the account paid in full even though it is for 60 days. I told them they were lying to the CRA about the status and she said well it took you longer to pay us back. I am currently XXXX XXXX military and have been trying to obtain my secret clearance. On the process of doing so I found some creditors from accounts that my ex-wife opened without my knowledge. Two of the accounts were from the same Creditor by the name of XXXX XXXX. Good evening : The information concerning the Pioneer/Mid Country Bank loan ( # XXXX ) that is on my credit file with the three credit bureaus *is* being reported correctly/fairly to XXXX. However, the information *is not* being reported correctly by Pioneer/MCB to both XXXX and XXXX. Pioneer indicated that I must file a dispute with the credit bureaus to have information on my credit file corrected. I have already filed disputes with both XXXX and XXXX. However, as of XXXX XXXX, 2017, the results of each of their investigations claims that the information is being reported correctly to their respective companies by Pioneer/MCB. I have an installment loan that I have had for about 4 years now. My vehicle is being held as collateral. Heights Finance will call my phone and my place of employment up to XXXX times per day each. Often times due to only one person income I pay within 30 days of due date. My recent ACH payment has been returned after only being processed once in my bank account. Had a loan with Heights Finance. My daughter had a XXXX and was not working. My daughter and I live in the same house only different apartments. We combined our money to pay bills. A problem happened with the allotment I had set up and it stopped, so I got behind in payments. They agreed to refinance so that I could get current but for the past XXXX years all the payments I have made have gone only to the interest. I lost my job but I bought the insurance to pay for my payment in case that would happen. I talked to someone when they called and they said they could n't do anything about it. Also when I refinance my loan, they did n't take the principal amount to calculate the new amount but the whole loan ( with all the interest calculated in ) making the payment that much higher. Civil action was taken against me with Heights Finance. Attempting to work with them directly, the company would not answer any questions regarding the account over the phone and were extremely rude each time a call was placed.
