This is XXXX XXXX, I would like to request that the CFPB investigate my complaint against Mid Florida Financing. I financed a vehicle from Mid Florida Financing, My vehicle was illegally repossessed on XX/XX/2023 in XXXX, the peace was breached in this repossession because the company XXXX second Recovery almost ran me over during the repossession on XXXX XXXX XXXX. Mid Florida Financing or XXXX Second Recovery has not complied with any XXXX State or Federal regulations or statutes to legally have possession of my vehicle. Mid Florida Financing informed me my vehicle was sold at the auction. Im requesting a bill of sale from the auction. Im requesting to know what company or parties the vehicle was sold to. Im requesting to know what date time and location was the auction for my vehicle. Im requesting to know if I owe any balances from the sale of my vehicle from the auction. I will be filing a civil action in small claims court and lawsuit against Mid Florida Financing if any information on my credit report is incorrect or not accurate. I will be electing to update a new address on file to receive all notices from Mid Florida Financing. As of today XX/XX/2023 I havent received any notices from Mid Florida Financing detailing the auction or repossession of my vehicle. The new address I want to elect my notices from Mid Florida Financing mailed to is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Since XX/XX/2023 Mid Florida Financing has the wrong mailing address on file and I contacted Mid Florida Financing to elect for an updated address to receive my notices. I contacted XXXX XXXX requesting for the information to be updated and I requested for the usps tracking number for my notices. I will be filing new complaints with all XXXX State and Federal Agencies regarding my repossession and any information that is not correct on my credit report. Im requesting that Mid Florida Financing updated my account information to show on my credit report showing the balance I owe on the vehicle I financed from them. Mid Florida Financing can email me all details about my account.

I PURCHASED A VEHICLEXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, FROM XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX IN XXXX FL. THE SALESMAN TOLD ME THAT NOT ONLY IS THE VEHICLE PUT THROUGH A RIGOROUS INSPECTION, BUT IT ALSO COMES WITH A 24-MONTH WARRANTY WITH A XXXX DOLLAR -DEDUCTIBLE. XXXX XXXXXXXX ALSO ADVERTISES THEIR IN-HOUSE FINANCING WITH MID FLORIDA FINANCE LLC WHICH IS THEIR FINANCE COMPANY. FAST-FORWARD I WAS DRIVING ON XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL. WHEN THE CAR STARTED XXXX AND DECELERATING. THE CAR STOPPED RUNNING ABRUPTLY AND I HAD TO QUICKLY MANEUVER IT TO KEEP FROM BEING IN THE BUSY XXXX XXXX XXXX THE CAR XXXX PREVIOUSLY, BUT I THOUGHT IT WAS THR GAS. I WAS STRANDED OUT THERE FOR 4 HOURS, LEFT THE CAR OUT THERE TILL THE NEXT DAY, AND HAD IT TOWED TO THE MECHANIC THEY RECOMMENDED ME TO. HE TOLD ME HE HAS CARS COMING FROM XXXX XXXX EVERY D AY FOR REPAIR. I WAS LAYED OFF ON XX/XX/XXXX AS AN XXXX. I EMAILED MID-FLORIDA FINANCE LLC AND EVEN UPLOADED MY UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION INFORMATION WITH THEM. LATER I FOUND OUT THAT THEY DO NOT CHECK EMAIL BUT CAN CALL YOU WITH HARASSING PHONE CALLS AND THREATS. I WAS WITHOUT A VEHICLE FOR OVER 2 MONTHS, IN THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT. I WAS UNABLE TO WORK OR LOOK FOR WORK, MISSED DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS, WAS STRESSED, AND WAS EMBARRASSED DUE TO THIS SITUATION. ALL MID-FL WANTED WAS MONEY IN MY SITUATION, GRANTED I LET THEM KNOW THAT I FOUND A JOB AS A XXXX XXXX, AND WILL START WORK ON THE XXXX OF XXXX. IT IS AMAZING HOW I PAID THEM THEIR MONEY AND HAD TO WAIT TO GET CAR BUT THEY CAN WAIT FOR ME. I FEEL THEY KNEW THE CAR WAS A LEMON OR NEEDED A TRANNY, USED ME TO GET IT FIXED AND REPO VEHICLE TO LATER RESALE. I SEE THEM AS A PREDATORY LENDER.

XX/XX/XXXX I purchased what I thought was a XXXX XXXX compass. When I ran into problems with the battery I took the vehicle to a mechanic. He found out XXXX batteries are not compatible with my vehicle because my vehicle is a XXXX. A XXXX jeep compass has more features and a XXXX batteries. Also has back up camera and other accessories. Its that some kind of breech of contract. I have never been late on payment. I actually have my card on auto pay. I called the XXXX department and also the sales team. Both said call the other and they can not help. Im frustrated because I have so much more to pay and Im not pay for the car I bought. Can you please help. No one will listen.

On XX/XX/XXXX I filed a complaint with the better business bureau against the company for reporting a balance on my credit report after responding to that complaint stating that my account with them would be paid by collateral meaning by returning the vehicle they would accept it and XXXX the account out they got the vehicle but added a balance to my account of XXXX when it should state XXXX balance owed in the remakes it states involuntary repossession which I called them to pick up the vehicle so they are in possession of the car and here it is XX/XX/XXXX and the company has yet to update my account

The existence of a derogatory rating on my account is causing me significant concern. I am deeply worried about its potential impact on my credit. It has already resulted in the denial of a recent loan application and an increase in the interest rates on my existing credit accounts. I want to emphasize the severe financial and emotional distress that this negative rating has caused me and will continue to cause until it is resolved.

My car was repoed in XXXX I have yet to receive a letter of intent to sale to the auction the bank says they dont have to give me that information but I looked it up and thats a XXXX XXXX please help me as I get my lawyer involved

I already submitted the payments to bring the account to a XXXX balance. In addition, I was promised if I make the payments my credit history won't be affected. Still today the XXXX account shows in my credit history.

In XX/XX/2023, XXXX repossessed my vehicle. As I had made prior payment arrangements with them regarding this. And they made no attempt to contact me to offer additional assistance. They only came and took my car.
