When I go to the courthouse and response to the courthouse they told me that case is already close and dissmed with out presentation to the us. The judge order judgments without party affair to the court I been response to the court myself. But no luck. I think the judges is already bought by the lawyer present the by XXXX XXXX XXXX. The judge dont my situation Im very disappointed of the judge for judgments because I cant afford the lawyer presenting me .and XXXX XXXX at the he is XXXX XXXX very seriously sick. He couldnt walk or talk. Im been struggling to taken of him. Even been going to the courthouse the judge is already bought of his judgments. On XX/XX/2017. The judge made his judgments with out talk to us. I dont know what is creditors sue us all know I been harassed by this company. They going to sue me or put me the court with discuss to what is, I am really this appointed by the judge for not knowing our situation.. I very stressful my life since my deceased now. No ones to go. I can not afford to hired a lawyer.

XX/XX/2022 @ approximately XXXX received a notification that my bank account was overdrawn and a hold was placed on my personal bank account in excess of {$3200.00}. Called bank to inquire and advised that I needed to speak to the banks legal team. Upon talking with the banks legal department they advised a judgment was placed against me and they have a court order to place a hold on my account. They provided me with a name and number for the attorney, along with a court case number. I was unable to reach anyone at the phone number provided and was never notified of the pending court case. Michael J Adams XXXX represented XXXX in the amount of {$3200.00}. I am not sure of the accuracy of this information and haven't had an account with this merchant. This information was provided solely by my banking establishment and no contact was made with a live person at the attorney 's office upon calling at XXXX on XX/XX/2022.

Michael J. Adams PC recently garnished by bank accounts for over {$10000.00} over a debt I did not know I owed. I did not receive any communications regarding this debt. When I finally spoke with someone in their office. I was informed the original debtor was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX They sold the debt to XXXX XXXX, XXXX and their law firm filed a lawsuit against me. This person stated they served me with court papers in XXXX XXXX 2014 @ XXXX. I informed him that would have been impossible to do as I was at work on that day XXXX. I asked if they had a signature showing I signed these papers. The guy then tells me he ca n't give me that information and said I could get a lawyer. They took every cent I had out of my bank accounts and left them in the negative by thousands of dollars. I ca n't pay my bills or buy food for my child because all my money is gone. This is not right and I plan to fight this.

On XX/XX/XXXX a legal hold was placed on my account. On XX/XX/XXXX I realized this. They held {$190.00}. On the XXXX my payroll check was deposited, that took {$1400.00}, did not leave me a XXXX to live on. I have signed a payment arrangement with them on XXXX XXXX and they still have not sent the release paper to my bank. They have recieved more than enough to cover first payment. Now I can not reach them. I have left numerous voicemails cause thats all you get and have sent just as XXXX emails, no answer. I need the hold removed and my funds returned so I can pay my rent.
