I have had several credit inquiries from Michael Andrews and associates within the past year of XX/XX/XXXX. These hard inquiries are without my knowledge or consent, and I have not had the option to obtain the report as required by law. The inquiries are from XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, after calling the company they refused to provide me with information, and I was not willing to give my social security because they are already pulling my credit. They hung up on me and I still have no knowledge what this company has intentions on doing to my credit. After calling leaving a voice mail in their office to ceased and desist on inquiring my credit report I filed a complaint with the better business burial. I received another inquiry today XX/XX/XXXX from a simular company from the same address and contact information as Michael Andrews and Associates under a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX inquiring on an installment loan. These inquiries on my credit are unfair business practices and unlawful, due to my lack of knowledge on why they are even inquiring every 6 months or so and applying for loans that is unauthorized and the companies failure to provide that information as requested. I have no debt based on my credit report on all 3 reporting agencies and Ive pulled my credit recently to make sure of that. I will make sure this matter gets escalated as needed and resolved.

Good Morning, My name is XXXX XXXX. I have previously contacted the CFPB in the past ; concerning this company continuing to check my credit ; resulting in unauthorized Hard Inquires. From my understanding ; the bought the debt that was owed on a repossessed car from XXXX XXXX XXXX. After the car was sold ; first investors stated that I owed {$10000.00}. They stated that they failed to update my address to the one that I had provided ; so they were willing to accept 25 % of the balance. Due to their mistake. I asked for this in writing ; I never received. When I called sometime earlier this year ; was told that XXXX ; which is also " Michael Andrews and Associates ''. This company is not willing to work with me ; they have filed a lawsuit against me for almost {$13000.00} ; which is more tan what is owed. Now, they keep checking my credit for no reason. When I called and asked them the reason ; they say they purchased the loan,, and can check my credit as many times as they want. I think this is a violation of my rights ; I never signed anything with this company,, and I have asked them to refrain from checking my credit ; they are causing unnecessary hard inquires.

I contacted Michael Andrews and Associates after a hard inquiry was placed on my XXXX credit report on XX/XX/XXXX18. I contacted them within 1-2 days of the inquiry to find out who was authorizing this pull of credit and why. I spoke to a representative who answered and asked me for my name, which was provided. She told me that I would be receiving something stating the reason for the credit pull. I told her I had not authorized anyone to pull my credit and I did not have any business with this " law firm ''. She then stated that this was in connection with my previous car and that they were handling the case and that it was in my contract which would be mailed. To date I have not received any documentation or notification from this company or supplied any information as to why my credit was pulled without my authorization and consent. I am requesting this inquiry be removed under federal consumer protection laws as it was not authorized and the company has provided no evidence to support justified reasons or where authorized by law and/or contract to receive my credit information.

I purchased a car from XXXX XXXX in XXXX Ga in XX/XX/XXXX. The finance company that I made payments to was XXXX XXXX XXXX for a while then the car was sold to XXXX XXXX, then to XXXX XXXX. I'm not sure if XXXX XXXX and Michael Andrews and Associates are the same but the car was repossessed in XX/XX/XXXX by Michael Andrews and Associates. I spoke with the manager named XXXX about payment arrangements and he agreed to let me keep the car if I made a payment the same week I spoke with him. However, I made the payment that week and the car was repossessed the same week. Now im receiving calls from Michael Andrews and Associates about suing me for the remaining balance after selling the car, which is {$5000.00}. I don't agree with their decision and I'm seeking justice because I don't think it's fair how they handle business.

Michael Andrews & Associates LLC obtained my consumer credit report on XX/XX/2022 without my consent from XXXX with no lawful good reason. I do not do business with them and never attempted to. This violates my privacy rights and is of grave concern to me since I continue to be a victim of identity theft and XXXX has neglected to remove fraudulently and inaccurate reporting from my consumer report. I have also been denied for credit products recently due to these fraudulent items. I have called and sent a letter asking for this to be rectified and I have been ignored. 15 USC 1681 4 and 15 USC 1681 4 VIOLATIONS DO NOT TRY TO SAY THIS SI N'T ME AS A STALL TACTIC. I HAVE INCLUDED MY IDENTIFICATION!

Received a call from XXXX which works for Michael Andrews & Associates LLC after talking to him and informing him that we have not received any information over the mail and that we were not aware of any collections, he wanted me to come to a payment arrangement immediately. After I told him I was not able to do it at the moment he told me that if we did not pay arrangements would be made to garnish my wages and that I will have to pay more than what he was offering me.
