Account # XXXX This is a notice to cease & desist. MESA AUTO FINANCE LLC has violated my rights according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section XXXX, Permissible purposes of consumer reports { 15 XXXX, 1681b }. You guys are practicing illegal debt collection practice. A debt collector is those who regularly seek to collect debts. I am the original creditor/consumer, in order for a consumer reporting agency to add anything that must get my permission to do so and i didnt give you guys permission. I define myself as a natural person and not a corporation therefore, I have the right to defend myself and tell you guys what to put on my consumer report and what not to. Also, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX ( p ), I did not authorize you to get my information. I am demanding that you guys stop illegally reporting to all consumer reporting agencies and all forms of communication. Take this off of my consumer reports AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. This is an alleged debt I am not paying anything. This is the first step of litigation. So if you don't honor this cease & desist and honor my demands I will pursue litigation.

my rights have been violated according to the FDCPA, 15 usc 1692. As the original creditor and natural person i did not give this company permission to report any of my personal information to any consumer reporting agencies. According to 15 usc 1692d ( a ) ( 2 ), a company can not report anything negative to my consumer report that will ruin my reputation. The FCRA, 15 usc 1681, states our consumer reports represent us. Also, according to 15 usc 1692e this alleged debt is false and misleading.
