I purchased a XXXX acre property and was issued a title policy by Meridian Title. The policy stated their were no encroachments on the property. It was later determined that there was a pipeline running across the property and they held a blanket easement on the entire property. Several attempts by me about the problem were ignored by the title company. I had to hire a private attorney to assist me in this issue. It is now over {$5000.00} in legal fees later and the title company attorneys have refused to advance the case to mediation
