I had an automobile financed through Meridian Buyers Group, the vehicle was totaled XXXX XXXX, 2016. I had full coverage insurance at the time with XXXX. It took XXXX months to complete the insurance claim. Payments were still made to Meridian Buyers Group, upon Insurance company contacted to advice payment on vehicle, Meridian did not stop charging me late fee, dings agains my credit, then sent paperwork to XXXX stating the vehicle had been repossessed, but in fact that was not true. XXXX issued payment for vehicle and the Meridian Buyers Group sued me and garnished my wages for {$2800.00}. Its still being reported on my credit as a charge off and I had never been late on the payments. Ive made several attempts to clear this issue up with the office, by phone, by email to the office, then reaching out by mail to the CFO as well as emails to the CEO, CFO with no response. I have also made 2 attempts to speak to the legal team as Meridian refers to them as, with no response. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter. I feel as though I have taken all necessary steps to resolve I would like this investigation to start immediately, as well as my credit restored as it should me.

The company states I failed to pay my XXXX payment. I sent the proof of payment to them on XXXX. Payment cleared my bank on XXXX. Company picked up the car on XXXX. I called to request info and was told I would be given a call back. No one called me back. When I called on XXXX I was told I could not retreive the vehicle. I bought this car with a warranty and it falls under the lemon law and no one helped me try and fix the car. I even took it to XXXX when the alt went out and they still didn't do anything. I told them where the car was and they said " it's not worth it '' ... ... ... .... Soo??? I getting charged for a car that they don't think it's worth getting back. Total XXXX

I had bought a XXXX XXXX XXXX and it had an extended warranty and within day three the check engine light came on the warranty never was picked up I Kept calling the warranty people and they never helped the alternator went out so I took it to XXXX And we needed a new alternator and they wouldnt pay for it but that wasnt the only time it broke down
